Abstract

This article delves into the intricate relationship between political campaigns, specifically presidential and legislative, and their impact on economic growth. Employing a robust analytical approach, the study systematically examines how these political events influence economic dynamics. The research integrates a comprehensive review of economic-political theories and empirical data analysis to assess the extent to which political campaigns affect economic indicators such as GDP growth, investment, and consumer confidence. By correlating election cycles with economic fluctuations, the study offers a nuanced understanding of the interplay between political activities and economic performance. The findings reveal significant insights into the temporal and causal relationships between political campaigns and economic growth, highlighting the role of political stability, policy anticipation, and investor sentiment. This article contributes to the broader discourse on economic-political interactions, providing valuable implications for policymakers, economists, and political strategists. It underscores the importance of considering political factors in economic forecasting and policy-making, especially in periods leading up to major elections.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and rapid economic change, the role of local governments in managing bureaucratic dynamics and developing strategies to encourage local economic growth has become increasingly crucial. Local businesses are the backbone of a region's economy, and the performance of local government bureaucracy and policies can have a significant impact on community welfare and potential economic growth. This research aims to analyze bureaucratic dynamics in the local business environment and local government strategies for encouraging economic growth. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which makes it possible to analyze bureaucratic dynamics and regional government strategies comprehensively. Research data was obtained through a literature review of research results and previous studies that are relevant to this research topic. The research results reveal that strong political support, availability of adequate resources, and cooperation between government institutions are essential supporting factors for local government strategies in encouraging local economic growth. On the other hand, obstacles such as conflicting policies, budget constraints, and economic uncertainty are challenges that need to be overcome. These conclusions provide an in-depth understanding of the complexity of the role of local government in creating a business environment that supports local economic growth and provides valuable insights for public policy and decision-making at the local government level.

Abstract

This study examines the regulation of digital rights in the era of artificial intelligence, with a specific focus on privacy protection and consumer rights in Indonesia. Rapid diffusion of AI-driven services has intensified data processing practices, algorithmic decision-making, and cross-sector digital consumption, raising complex legal and ethical concerns. Using a structured literature review methodology, the study synthesizes peer-reviewed articles, policy documents, and authoritative legal sources to map prevailing regulatory approaches and debates. The review analyzes international frameworks on data protection and consumer protection to identify normative standards relevant to AI governance. Findings indicate that AI systems amplify risks related to personal data misuse, opacity, and power asymmetries between platforms and consumers. In the Indonesian context, existing digital regulations provide a foundational basis for rights protection but reveal gaps in enforcement capacity, interoperability, and AI-specific safeguards. The literature further highlights tensions between innovation-driven policy agendas and the need for robust accountability and transparency mechanisms. This study contributes by integrating privacy and consumer protection perspectives within a unified digital rights framework tailored to AI applications. Policy implications underscore the importance of adaptive regulation, institutional coordination, and rights-based oversight to address AI-related harms. The article concludes by outlining directions for future research on AI governance and digital rights reform in emerging economies.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pengelolaan limbah medis yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan risiko serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat, petugas kesehatan, serta lingkungan sekitar. Kota Padangsidimpuan, seperti kota-kota di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan limbah medis yang aman dan ramah lingkungan di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk di Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki. Meskipun telah ada kebijakan dan regulasi yang mengatur pengelolaan limbah medis, namun implementasinya seringkali masih belum optimal. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas kebijakan kesehatan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan limbah medis di Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 3 orang yaitu Kepala Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki, Petugas Kesehatan Lingkungan, dan Pembimbing Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Februari tahun 2024. Pemilihan informan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), serta analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil: Penelitian didapati kebijakan kesehatan yang diambil dalam penanganan limbah medis di Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki sudah memenuhi syarat mengkuti Permen LHK No: P.56/Men LHK Sekjen/2015 tentang tata cara dan persyaratan teknis pengolahan limbah B3 dari Fasyankes dan PMK No. 75 tahun 2014 tentang Puskesmas. Fasilitas pengelolaan limbah medis sudah memadai serta penanganan vektor juga sudah mengikuti peraturan keputusan Kepala Bapeda No. I Tahun 1995 tentang tata cara persyaratan teknis penyimpanan dan pengumpulan limbah bahan berbahaya dan berancun. Kerja sama juga sudah dijalin dengan pihak ke 3 yaitu PT. Rona Uli Jaya Utama terkait pengankutan limbah medis. Tetapi belum adanya dilakukan pelatihan tentang pengolahan limbah medis sebagai penunjang kinerja petugas limbah medis baik dari pihak puskesmas maupun pihak ke 3 atau dinas kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Pengelolaan limbah medis di Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki sudah berjalan dengan baik dimana kebijakannya mengikuti permen LHK nomor P.56/menlhk-setjen/2015 sebagai dasar pengolahan limbah medis serta fasilitas yang tersedia sudah memadai dan telah melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga namun untuk kompetensi staf belum pernah dilakukan pelatihan terkait pengelolaan limbah medis.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Akreditasi Puskesmas merupakan suatu proses penting yang menilai dan menjamin mutu layanan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh Puskesmas. Kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas menjadi faktor kunci dalam mencapai standar yang diperlukan untuk memperoleh akreditasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja tenaga kesehatan terhadap akreditasi Puskesmas Sosopan Kecamatan Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Sosopan Kecamatan Sosopan Kabupaten Padang Lawas selama Desember 2023 sampai dengan Januari 2024. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Sosopan sebanyak 65 orang dan pengambilan sampel secara total sampel (exhaustic sampling). Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner penelitian yang diberikan kepada sampel serta pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil: Penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi (p=0,001), insentif (p=0,001), pelatihan (p=0,001), penghargaan (p=0,008), masa kerja (p=0,002), sarana dan prasarana (p=0,006) berpengaruh terhadap akreditasi Puskesmas Sosopan. Sedangkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah insentif dengan nilai Exp (B)= 7,033. Kesimpulan: Akreditasi puskesmas dipengaruhi oleh faktor motivasi, insentif, pelatihan, penghargaan, masa kerja dan sarana prasarana sehingga diperlukan dinas kesehatan memfasilitasi pegawai puskesmas untuk mengikuti pelatihan untuk akreditasi.
