Abstract

The food needs of each region can be influenced by various factors, one of the products that has high demand is cooking oil, in the last five years, cooking oil is one of the staple foods needed by the people in Rokan Hulu district. The amount of demand for cooking oil can be measured based on the elasticity of demand for the product. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the elasticity of cooking oil demand in Rokan Hulu district and measure the value of cooking oil demand elasticity in Rokan Hulu. The research method uses the quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis and elasticity analysis, the data used is secondary data.The results of this study show that 1) The factors that affect the demand for cooking oil in Rokan Hulu district are partially variable bulk oil prices, per capita income and population, while the variables of packaged oil prices and egg prices have no influence on cooking oil demand in Rokan Hulu district. Simultaneously, all variables have an influence on the demand for cooking oil in Rokan Hulu district. The value of determination shows that 99.6% of oil demand is influenced by all independent variables2) The elasticity of demand for cooking oil in Rokan Hulu district consists of price elasticity, namely the price of bulk cooking oil and packaged cooking oil is inelastic, income elasticity, namely per capita income is inelastic, cross elasticity, namely the population is inferior elastic and the price of chicken eggs is inelastic. Abstract

The agricultural sector used by the Indonesian population is plantations. Palm oil and rubber plantations are one of the leading sectors in Rokan Hulu Regency, where the community fulfills its economic needs from these commodities. Farmers in Air Panas Village switched from cultivating rubber to oil palm because rubber production was no longer optimal, but farmers faced limited capital, equipment and lack of expertise so they formed a partnership with KUD Wisma Tani under the guidance of PTPN V. This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of plasma farmers on the performance of partnership implementation, knowing the service attributes that are important to improve and maintain and knowing the implementation of the partnership between KUD Wisma Tani and plasma farmers. The research location was determined purposively in Air Panas Village. The method used was simple random sampling with a sample of 79 people. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The research results show that farmers are very satisfied with the implementation of the partnership with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 83.53%. Attributes that are considered important to maintain are the ability of KUD Wisma Tani to provide seeds, the ability to purchase all harvests according to the agreed price, conformity to the physical standards of the seeds provided, all FFB products accommodated by KUD Wisma Tani, suitability of the FFB selling price and payment time for the harvest. , ownership of oil palm plantation land certificates, ability to guarantee the purchase of FFB, seriousness in conveying the aspirations of plasma farmers and seriousness in overcoming pest and disease problems. The implementation of the partnership between KUD Wisma Tani and plasma farmers is established under the guidance of PTPN V involving routine monitoring and evaluation to ensure the achievement of common goals.

Abstract

Marketing of Si Talbak coffee at PT Penabur Benih Indonesia is still not optimal so there are still products that have not been sold. The type of research carried out was quantitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy for Si Talbak coffee at PT Penabur Benih Indonesia and determine strategic priorities that are suitable for the company. In order to obtain the required strategy, use the IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix. Strategic priorities obtained from the results of the analysis include carrying out product development, updating flavor innovations, highlighting product superiority, maximizing the application of production technology and information to increase productivity and business promotion, market expansion, contracting with farmers, and increasing the stability and professionalism of source work. human power.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian terdiri dari beberapa subsektor, yaitu subsektor pangan, hortikultura, dan perkebunan. Salah satu subsektor yang cukup penting adalah subsektor perkebunan. Perkebunan mencakup seluruh kegiatan yang melibatkan budidaya tanaman tertentu (baik musiman maupun tahunan) di lahan atau media tanam lainnya dalam ekosistem yang sesuai. Petani sawit rakyat di Desa Bangun Jaya Kecamatan Tambusai Utara terdapat beberapa risiko yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan. Risiko terjadi karena adanya fluktuasi perubahan jumlah produksi yang mempengaruhi harga-harga, umur dan pasar dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar produksi dan pendapatan petani kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Tambusai Utara, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, serta mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat risiko produksi dan pendapatan petani kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Tambusai Utara, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penentuan pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara Purposive di Desa Bangun Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 86 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi setiap petani dalam 24 kali panen sebanyak 20.702 Kg. Rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima oleh petani kelapa sawit dalam 24 kali produksi sebesar Rp. 48.475.461. berdasarkan analisis tingkat risiko produksi kelapa sawit koefisien variasi sebesar 0,002 dan tingkat risiko pendapatan petani kelapa sawit yaitu sebesar 0,003. Artinya bahwa usahatani kelapa sawit yang berada di Desa Bangun Jaya Kecamatan Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu memiliki tingkat risiko yang sangat rendah.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bumdes Karya Agung Mandiri di Desa Pasir Agung Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Costumers Statisfaction Index (CSI). Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan BUMDes Karya Agung Mandiri Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 252 orang. Sampel diambil secara sengaja dengan melihat nasabah yang masih aktif selama 5 tahun dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dari metode Importance Performance Analysis  (IPA) terdapat 3 atribut yang termasuk kedalam Kuadran I, 9 atribut pada Kaudran II, 10 atribut pada Kuadran III, dan 3 atribut pada Kuadran IV. Sedangkan hasil dari metode Costumers Statisfaction Index (CSI) menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan untuk atribut kualitas pelayanan pelanggan adalah 77,04% berada pada rentan 66% - 80% dengan kateogri “puas”. Artinya secara keseluruhan pelanggan BUMDes Karya Agung Mandiri sudah puas atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh BUMDes.

Abstract

Large red chili is one type of vegetable with high economic value that is often used as a cooking spice in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence supply and measure the elasticity of supply of large red chili in Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression. The data used is monthly secondary data from the Food Security Service and the Central Statistics Agency processed using the Eviews 7 application. The data was processed from 2021-2023. The results of the study show that the price of large red chili has a positive effect on supply with a coefficient of 0.0845, and is significant at alpha 10%. The price of cayenne pepper has a positive effect on supply with a coefficient of 0.0198, population and onion prices have a significant effect at alpha 5% with 0.000 each. The results of the elasticity analysis show that the price of large red chili is inelastic with an elasticity value of 0.2442, meaning that a 10% price increase only increases supply by 2.44%. The price of cayenne pepper is inelastic with an elasticity value of -0.4373, meaning that a 10% price increase only increases supply by 4.37%. The population is inelastic with an elasticity value of -24.4365, meaning that a 10% price increase only increases supply by 24.4% and the price of onions is inelastic with an elasticity value of -0.7741, meaning that a 10% price increase only increases supply by 7.7%.
