Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to apply the value of integrity in corporate governance to achieve strong, balanced, and sustainable global economic growth towards a golden Indonesia in 2045. This research design is ex post facto, namely from something that is done afterwards.  The analysis technique used is descriptive to see events in the form of rare or unusual phenomena that may not be anticipated and can provide valuable insights and contribute to understanding for management in actualising good corporate governance. The results of the study concluded that the steps that need to be implemented by management in good corporate governance by actualising the value of integrity include: humble, honest, patient, sincere, trustworthy, fighting spirit in working and offering the best work. This research has practical implications for the management of business entities or companies in increasing economic productivity, creating stability and anticipating crises that will be faced by the global community towards the Golden Indonesia in 2045.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the level of education, competence and work experience on employee performance. The research data is primary data with a questionnaire as a tool for collecting it. The sample for this study was police officers at the Central Java Regional Police Office, Itwasda Division. The sampling method for this research is probability sampling, with a total sample of 65 people. Data analysis methods used include data quality tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (partial T test), coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variable level of education had no positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the competency variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work experience variable had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of testing the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square obtains a score of 34.9 where this figure includes the influence of the variable level of education, competence and work experience on employee performance simultaneously. The suggestions given should be able to optimize performance and be able to assist further researchers in filling out the questionnaire because the answers given are very valuable for researchers. Then for further researchers to be more detailed in conducting research as well as being able to add research variables from learning factors and beliefs then add the number of samples and research in other objects or areas

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and Analyze the effect of job engagement on employee performance with employee loyalty and turnover intention as a mediating variable at one of manufacturing company (musical instrument furniture, wood working and plastic injection) located in the industrial area of Wijaya Kusuma, Semarang, Central Java. The sample technique used is random sampling by using questionnaires and was distributed to 120 respondents consisting of contract employees with a minimum working period is 3 months, with returned data as many 117 questionnaires, and which later was proceeding as many 113 questionnaires. The data is then processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated by AMOS. The result of this study was found there is a significant effect between job engagement on employee performance; there is also a significant effect between job engagement on employee loyalty; then there is a significant effect between job engagement on turnover intention; then there is a significant effect between employee loyalty on employee performance; and in addition, there is a significant effect between turnover intention on employee performance. The findings are discussed in the light of previous evidence, and the implications can be used for the company.Key word :Job Engagement;Employee Performance; Employee Loyalty; Turnover Intention and Manufacturing Company

Abstract

This article examines the role of human resources (HR) in building resilience and competitiveness of tourist destinations in Semarang City. Tourism is important in improving the regional economy, but it faces global challenges, including changes in tourism trends and the pandemic. This research highlights the importance of developing and training competent HR to address these challenges. Using a qualitative approach, the study identifies the role of HR in supporting the sustainability of tourist destinations through innovation, technology, and collaboration among stakeholders. The results show that improving HR quality, effective leadership, and digital technology are key factors in strengthening the competitiveness of Semarang's tourist destinations at national and international levels.
