Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze students' creative thinking abilities in the Pythagorean Theorem material. The ability to think creatively is the ability that students have to solve problems in problems in a different, unique way or have never been found by others. In this study the method used is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were 3 students of class VIII. The level of creative thinking ability is divided into 3 namely, creative, less creative, and not creative. Data collection was carried out by providing 4 questions on the Pythagorean theorem material which contained indicators for assessing creative thinking abilities, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail. In this study, it was found that 1 student had the ability to think creatively, and 2 student had the ability to think less creatively.Keywords: Creative Thinking Ability, Phytagorean Theorem

Abstract

This research aims to produce learning media in the form of Android applications that achieve valid, practical and effective criteria so that they are suitable for use. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) methodology. The steps for developing this application use the ADDIE model which stands for analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in this research were class X SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir students. The instruments used in this research were media and material expert validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and posttests. The research results related to validity reached a validity level in the "Very Valid" category with media validity reaching 88.78% and material validity reaching 95.57%, reaching a level of practicality with the "Very Practical" criteria as indicated by the student response questionnaire which reached a score of 90, 13% and the response questionnaire given by the teacher reached a score of 93.08%, reaching a level of effectiveness with the criteria "Very Effective" based on the completion score determined by the school with test results showing the percentage of student completion getting a score of 91.67%. With this it can be concluded that the Kumer - Math application based on differentiation learning for creative thinking skills in trigonometry comparison material is very suitable for use.

Abstract

Penilaian dan evaluasi merupakan elemen penting dalam proses pembelajaran, memberikan informasi berharga baik bagi guru maupun siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan konsep dasar, tujuan, fungsi, prinsip, teknik penilaian, dan langkah-langkah evaluasi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan analisis deskriptif erhadap literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa penilaian dan evaluasi adalah elemen esensial dalam proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi, memberikan umpan balik, dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Teknik penilaian yang beragam, mulai dari tes tertulis hingga penilaian proyek, mendukung evaluasi yang komprehensif terhadap aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor peserta didik. Prinsip-prinsip seperti validitas, keberlanjutan, keadilan, dan objektivitas harus dijadikan pedoman untuk menghasilkan evaluasi yang akurat dan bermakna. Selain itu, langkah-langkah evaluasi yang sistematis, mulai dari perencanaan hingga penafsiran data, membantu pendidik dalam menyusun kebijakan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap konsep dasar penilaian dan evaluasi untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara optimal.
