Abstract

Community service activities to provide knowledge about Budgeting for Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Bandar Lampung. activity methods with workshop presentations, discussions and exercises for making budget reports. The series of community service activities is as follows: the implementation team presents material on making budget reports consisting of a sales budget and cash budget, the Service Team asks for participant feedback regarding the quality of the training including understanding of the material, activity benefits and satisfaction with activity implementation, based on the feedback provided Community service activities have a good impact on participants where participants can better understand budgeting.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan kepada masyarakat desa wisata pulau pawang dalam mengembangkan literasi kewirausahaan digital. Kegiatan inti dilaksanakan di desa wisata pulau pawang pada tanggal 27 juni 2023. Metode yang digunakan yakni berupa pemaparan materi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai literasi kewirausahaan digital melalui beberapa platform media sosial yang sudah familiar seperti Whatsapp, Facebook dan Instagram. Selain platfom media sosial tersebut, peserta juga diajarkan bagaimana mendaftarkan usahanya di platform seperti Go Food dan Grab Food.

Abstract

The quality of a good lodging place or hotel will not be separated from the optimal performance of employees. This is in line with the increasing business development causing competition between economic actors in the hospitality sector to be tighter, so to be able to compete companies must pay attention to quality in the field of HR, in order to improve the development of employee performance and optimize all aspects and motivate employees related to company activities. Human resource development is needed so that the level of performance in employees is more creative and innovative. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data collected in the form of respondents' opinions, attitudes, experiences, and other characteristics. When used to determine certain samples and populations, quantitative research techniques can be considered as positivism-based research methodologies based on the results of t tests of human resource development variables and motivation to produce t count greater than t table (1,997) and a Sig value of less than 0.05 This means that there is a partial influence on employee performance that the impact variable between human resource development and motivation has an effect significant to employee performance. As a result, the hypothesis in this study is that together human resource development and motivation have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether leadership, work environment and organizational culture have a joint influence on employee performance at Perum Damri Bandar Lampung City. The type of data in this study uses quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The sample used is Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling type. With a sample of 60 employees who work as office staff at Perum Damri Bandar Lampung City. The analysis technique used is through validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypothesis tests. From the results of the research that has been done shows that Leadership has an influence and is significant on Employee Performance with an influence contribution of 26.1%. Work Environment has an influence and is significant on Employee Performance with an influence contribution of 25.7%. Organizational Culture has an influence and is significant on Employee Performance with an influence contribution of 37.3%. Leadership, Work Environment and Organizational Culture have a simultaneous and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perum Damri Bandar Lampung. Leadership, Work Environment and Organizational Culture have an influence and are significant on Employee Performance at Perum Damri Bandar Lampung by 89.1%. The remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
