Abstract

Employee performance assessment serves as a crucial tool in gauging individual effectiveness and contribution, while also providing feedback and development strategies to enhance future performance and productivity. The Karawang Immigration Office has implemented an e-performance appraisal system that takes into account the public satisfaction index. This system incorporates data from public satisfaction surveys, employee performance data, and regulatory data as inputs. The assessment process utilizes a scoring method tailored to the employee's performance indicators. This research aims to explore the e-performance appraisal system at the Karawang Immigration Office from the public satisfaction perspective. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study utilizes three data collection methods: interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of the e-performance appraisal system based on the public satisfaction index at the Karawang Immigration Office has been successful. The system encourages improved employee performance and public satisfaction with the Karawang Immigration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang. This research is a type of descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Non-TPI Karawang Class I Immigration Office in May 2023. The data collection technique was carried out by filling out a QR Code-based questionnaire in collaboration with the Legal and Human Rights Research and Development Agency. And from the results of this study it can be seen that the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for Class I Non-TPI Karawang Immigration Office services received a Very good predicate.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen persediaan yang paling efektif pada UMKM Warkop Pancong Lumer Fariz Karawang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti menganalisis manajemen persediaan di UMKM Warkop Pancong Lumer Fariz Karawang. Data hasil observasi wawancara, dan dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen persediaan pada UMKM Warkop Pancong Lumer Fariz belum optimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan minimnya persediaan yang ada, karena terdapat keterbatasan dalam mengelola persediaan. Untuk itu, peneliti menggunakan teknik safety stock, EOQ, dan ROP untuk menganalisis persediaan yang dapat menunjang pengelolaan persediaan secara efektif dan efisien.
