Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian, untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang Citra Merek dan Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Berbasis Android pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif, yaitu : mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 182 responden dari populasi 380 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Analisis Rentang Skala dan Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Methode Successive Interval (MSI), program computer Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Handphone berbasis android memiliki citra merek yang baik, Mahasiswa setuju berperilaku untuk membeli dan menggunakanya. Terdapat korelasi yang positif antara citra merek dan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta terdapat pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari citra merek dan perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, perilaku konsumen, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

mengetahui bauran pemasaran yang tepat bagi koperasi konsumen Yayasan Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan dalam menjalankan usahanya sehingga dapat berkembang dan berjalan secara maksimal yang pada akhirnyaa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan Yayasan Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan khususnya serta masyarakat sekitar pada umumnya. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Materi mencakup teori tentang bagaimana menemukan peluang bisnis/usaha dan bauran pemasaran yang tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan pengelolaan koperasi konsumen pada yayasan Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan dengan sebaik mungkin. Sosialisasi dan Pendampingan tentang pengelolaan bauran pemasaran dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh yayasan Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan agar mampu berkembang dan dapat diberdayakan melalui koperasi konsumen pada yayasan tersebut. Peserta diberikan pemahaman terkait pentingnya membaca peluang bisnis/usaha, pemberdayaan koperasi, dan perancangan strategi bisnis yang tepat dengan harapan agar usaha koperasi pada yayasan tersebut bisa berkembang dengan baik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi yayasan Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan melalui peningkatan usaha koperasi konsumen dengan menerapkan bauran pemasaran yang tepat. Kata kunci : Bauran Pemasaran, Koperasi. The organization of this community service activity aims to find out the right marketing mix for the Raudhatul Irfan Heritage Foundation consumer cooperative in running its business so that it can develop and run optimally which in the end is expected to improve the economy and welfare of the Raudhatul Irfan Heritage Foundation in particular and the surrounding community in general. The community service method used is lecture and discussion. The material includes theories on how to find business/business opportunities and the right marketing mix to improve the management of consumer cooperatives at the Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan foundation as well as possible. Socialization and Assistance on the management of the marketing mixof products produced by the Raudhatul Irfan Heritage foundation so that they can develop and can be empowered through consumer cooperatives at the foundation. Participants were given an understanding regarding the importance of reading business/business opportunities, empowering cooperatives, and designing appropriate business strategies in the hope that cooperative businesses at the foundation can develop well. The results obtained from this activity are expected to contribute to the Pusaka Raudhatul Irfan foundation through increasing the consumer cooperative business by implementing the right marketing mix.Keywords— Marketing mix, Cooperative

Abstract

Due to their role in the implementation of company policies and operational activities, human resources are an important asset in a business organization. Companies' resources, such as capital, methods, and machines, cannot produce optimal results without the support of optimally performing human resources. In order to achieve objectives and carry out the company's functions and objectives, employees play a crucial role in any organization. Employees develop into planners, executors, and controllers who constantly actively contribute to the achievement of an organization's, industry's, or business's goals.The achievement of goals is supported by employees, but employees' attitudes toward work are also influenced by their own thoughts, feelings, and desires. These attitudes are referred to as work-related satisfaction, stress, and frustration, as well as work overload, environment, needs, and so forth. Employees' unhealthy thoughts will result in customer dissatisfaction due to high stress and low motivation.Workplace stress is typically viewed as a negative condition. However, because stress arises as a result of pressure from superiors and the work environment, including customer satisfaction, at a certain level, work stress can improve employee performance. For instance, if a worker has a specific goal that requires more effort than usual, he or she will experience stress.Companies must be careful to identify shifts in consumer needs and desires, which change almost constantly, in order to satisfy customers. Buyers will move after forming perceptions of the offer's value, the performance of the company's employees in service, and customer satisfaction following purchase, depending on how the company presents its offer. The level of one's feelings after comparing (performance or results) to his expectations is known as consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology means that business actors must also be quick to adjust to these changes, one form of technology that is widely used by people is social media. The number of active social media users in Indonesia in January 2022 grew by 12.35% from last year. More precisely, the number of active social media users in early 2022 is 191 million people, while in 2021 there will be 170 million people. Social media is the most widely used by Indonesian people where the percentage reaches 88.7%. In second and third positions are Instagram and Facebook with respective percentages of 84.8% and 81.3%. Marketing is an important part of running a business. There needs to be good management so that the business can grow and develop better and be able to compete with its competitors. One of the important elements in marketing is marketing strategy and marketing mix. A marketing strategy is needed so that market segments, target market determination, and market positioning can be selected correctly. Utilization of social media can provide conveniences in the promotion and buying and selling process carried out by MSMEs with their consumers and can minimize costs. However, to do this, seriousness must be taken in utilizing social media, namely having to give more or intensive time in managing marketing through social media. Saung Kabogoh Restaurant is a typical Sundanese restaurant which is located at Jl. Siliwangi, Nagasari Village, West Karawang District. Abstract

Dengan diberikannya pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu PKK terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala dan permasalahan dalam proses penyusunan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari tahap perencanaan dan persiapan dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan dilengkapi dan diakhiri dengan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan ibu PKK di desa Linggarsari kurang memahami mengenai laporan keuangan, namun setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukam ibu PKK di desa Linggarsai telah memahami dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Ibu PKK dalam membuat laporan keuangan PKK secara personal maupun berkelompok.

Abstract

The Office of Population and Family Planning Control (DPPKB) Karawang district is a government agency that has an important role in controlling the population in Karawang district through the family planning (KB) program. Practical Work is carried out by means of an internship in an agency or company in the Karawang area related to the aim of providing insight to students about the real world of work. This practical work report aims to find out the Work Environment at the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Office. The basic method of obtaining data is by means of direct interviews, observations, and direct field observations. Overall the work environment at the Population Control and Family Planning Office in Karawang is running well, comfortably and smoothly, but the problems that often occur in the population control and family planning services are that there are often obstacles to the attendance application, namely SIAP which often occurs errors and makes it difficult for employees, besides that in the work environment of the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Service there are several people who are not harmonious in carrying out their work. The solution that must be done is to add an internet connection to make it faster and provide training for this SIAP application, while to overcome The solution for workers who are not in harmony is to negotiate and bring someone together in an amicable way so that they are back in harmony again.

Abstract

The level of education affects financial management as seen from indicators of understanding work and also business actors understand the prospects for the business to be carried out in the future, so that financial understanding is needed. Lack of financial literacy or understanding of MSME actors about finance makes MSME actors wrong in financial management or financial planning still low. In making financial decisions effectively and efficiently a business actor is required to have good knowledge of financial management, this ability is known as financial literacy. This study aims to determine the effect, level of education, income, understanding of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the behavior of financial managers in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors have several different definitions in each literature according to agencies or institutions and even laws. After conducting an interview with one of the MSMEs, it can be compared with the theoretical basis obtained from some of the literature that supports this writing. So the existence of financial literacy for MSMEs can help in managing MSME finances in terms of their profits and expenses.

Abstract

A marketing strategy based on Digital Marketing is an effective marketing strategy because it can provide a very large role for the progress of the development of a company. With the trend of using the internet in Indonesia which is already very large, companies are increasingly taking advantage of digital developments which are increasing over time by implementing their marketing strategy as one of their tactics to increase company traffic and achieve the expected targets. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of digitalbased marketing strategies has on service quality at BKKBISA. This research method is a qualitative approach using a case study model and a phenomenological method. Respondents in this study were BKKBISA users throughout the island of Java, Indonesia. The study population was 382,199 people and a sample of 100 respondents using BKKBISA. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews on a Likert scale and distributed via Google form. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing plays a major role in BKKBISA's marketing strategy which is carried out digitally so that it affects the quality of services available at BKKBISA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang. This research is a type of descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Non-TPI Karawang Class I Immigration Office in May 2023. The data collection technique was carried out by filling out a QR Code-based questionnaire in collaboration with the Legal and Human Rights Research and Development Agency. And from the results of this study it can be seen that the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for Class I Non-TPI Karawang Immigration Office services received a Very good predicate.

Abstract

Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian jumlah penduduk yang ada di kabupaten karawang melalui program keluarga berencana (KB). Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan dengan cara magang kerja disuatu instansi atau perusahaan didaerah Karawang terkait dengan tujuan memberi wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu indikasi rendahnya kualitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah tersebut adalah adanya pelanggaran disiplin yang banyak dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah. Metode dasar dalam memperoleh data yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung, pengamatan, serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil laporan Kerja Praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Karawang sudah cukup baik, walaupun didapati beberapa pegawai yang masih belum menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan job desk, dan terdapat beberapa pegawai datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan jam dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh Dinas. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Peningkatan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah Kurang tegasnya Sanksi yang diberikan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang serta lunturnya Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Adapun penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan memberikan sanksi dan tindakan yang lebih tegas terhadap setiap pelanggaran agar setiap pegawai bisa lebih Disiplin lagi dalam segala hal dan dapat memberikan efek jera agar Pegawai yang lain tidak meniru atau melakukan pelanggaran serupa atau lebih berat lagi.
