Abstract

The results of this study indicate that mothers who have children aged 6 years make good use of MCH books by 41.4%, have good knowledge of 63.8%, have a positive attitude towards the use of MCH books by 48.3%, get good support from officers health by 48.3% and those who received good support from the closest family were 44.8%. Based on the analysis, there was no relationship between mother's knowledge and the use of MCH books (p=0.382), there was a relationship between mother's attitude and the use of MCH books (p=0.034), there was a relationship between health worker support and MCH book use (p=0.017) and closest family to the use of MCH handbooks (p=002).

Abstract

Salah satu agenda utama SDGs adalah menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan kematian Balita. Pemeriksaan antenatal yang berkualitas dan teratur selama kehamilan akan menentukan status kesehatan ibu hamil dan bayi yang dilahirkan. Edukasi kesehatan ibu hamil sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan ibu dan janin selama kehamilan. Tujuan dari edukasi dan deteksi dini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada ibu hamil sehingga mereka dapat menjaga kesehatan mereka dan janin dengan baik selama masa kehamilan. ditemukannya ibu–ibu dengan kategori risiko terhadap bahaya kehamilan yaitu terdapat 2 orang ibu hamil usia dibawah 20 tahun dan 1 orang dengan hasil pemeriksaan kadar haemoglobin kurang dari normal. Intervensi masalah ini adalah motivasi p-artisipasi peserta dalam kelas ibu hamil, pemenuhan nutrisi seimbang ibu hamil dan kontrol kehamilan minmal 6 kali kunjungan selama kehamilan. , diharapkan ibu hamil memiliki tingkat kewaspadaan yang lebih baik sehingga mereka dapat memetakan faktor risiko kehamilan serta komplikasi persalinan yang mungkin dihadapinya. Dengan bekal pengetahuan dan kewaspadaan tersebut, ibu hamil dapat secara intensif melakukan upaya- upaya pencegahan dan kesiapan penanggulangannya.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a pain in the uterus that occurs during menstruation and is one of the most common causes of pelvic pain and menstrual disorders in women. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of young women toward the management of dysmenorrhea in class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Doloksanggul, Doloksanggul District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional design. This research was located at SMA Negeri 1 Doloksanggul, Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The research was conducted in April - May 2023 starting from the initial survey to data processing. With a total population of 219 people and sampling with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 69 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, then examined and processed using a frequency distribution table. Of the 69 respondents, most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge, as many as 40 people (58.0%), and a small number of respondents had less knowledge, as many as 11 people (15.9%). Most of them had a positive attitude as many as 60 people (87.0%) and a small portion had a negative attitude as many as 9 people (13.0%). Most of them did not treat dysmenorrhea as many as 40 people (58.0%). A small number of 29 (42.0%) handled dysmenorrhea. It is expected that respondents will be able to increase their knowledge and information about dysmenorrhea management such as reading health books, asking health workers, or using facilities such as the internet to find out good dysmenorrhea management efforts.
