Kepuasan pasien didalam mendapatkan jasa pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit merupakan tujuan utama dari segala upaya tatakelola manajemen rumah sakit. Pasien menjadi semacam’’auditor partisipatif’’ yang mempunyai otonomi untuk menyematkan opininya, sebagai tidak puas atau puas sekali atas pelayanan kesehatan yang didapatkannya. Oleh karena itu rumah sakit sebagai lembaga yang menjual jasa layanan kesehatan berusaha untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada para pasiennya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan mengenai jaminan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Poliklinik Ortopedi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. R. Soedjono Selong Lombok Timur. Perspektif jaminan atau assurance merupakan critical point yang harus mendapatkan perhatian utama dari sistem tatakelola rumah sakit, karena pengaruhnya yang positif-siginifikan terhadap derajat kepuasan pasien. Analisis dilakukan dengan refleksi teoretis terhadap beberapa parameter jaminan yang dibakukan oleh literatur rujukan yakni terutama dari aspek kemampuan sumber daya manusia (sikap sopan santun karyawan dan komunikasi yang baik). Assurance adalah jaminan dan kepastian yang diperoleh dari sehingga mampu menumbuhkan rasa percaya pasien. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan dari aspek jaminan di RSUD Dr. R. Soedjono Selong Lombok Timur masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Kecemasan yang terjadi pada ibu hamil tergantung dari usia kehamilan yang sedang dijalani danpada trimester ketiga kecemasan dirasakan semakin meningkat karena berbagai hal seperti keadaan bayi yang dikandung, proses persalinan, nyeri yang dirasakan dll. Tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan diantaranya terapi murottal al qur’an karena dengan mendengarkan al qur’an dapat menenangkan jiwa seseorang, sehingga dapat mengurangi kecemasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh terapi murottal al qur’an terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida trimester III. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi experimentnon equivalent control group(pretest-posttest). Populasi seluruh ibu hamil di bulan Oktober 2018 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian ibu hamil primigravida trimester III berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang kelompok intervensi dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan adalah HRS-A.Uji analisis bivariat yang digunakan yaitu uji wilcoxon dan mann whitney dengan hasil penelitian nilai p value<0,05 sehingga terdapat pengaruh terapi murottal al qur’an terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida trimester III dan dapat disimpulkan terapi murottal al qur’an dapat digunakan oleh ibu hamil untuk menurunkan kecemasan yang dirasakan selama kehamilan. Patient safety culture is an important aspect in healthcare organizations. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the implementation of patient safety culture in a regional public hospital on Lombok Island. This study is a quantitative study with an analytic survey using a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 127 inpatient room nurses using proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then analyzing the data using multiple linear regression with the research findings of leadership effectiveness, work motivation and knowledge management have a significant effect on the implementation of patient safety culture. That the leadership effectiveness variable is the dominant variable influencing the implementation of patient safety culture in regional public hospitals on Lombok Island.

Abstract: The role of parents, especially in the current era of globalization, is very necessary, especially with regard to technological sophistication. This research discusses the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village, Kec. South Daha. The formulation of the problem in this research is: what is the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village, subdistrict. south side. and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. Based on the problem formulation, the aim of this research is to determine the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 Village, Kec. South Daha District. Upper South River. As well as supporting and inhibiting factors.The main subjects of this research are families or parents (father and mother) who live in the village of Samuda 1 Rt. 04. Meanwhile, the object is the role of parents towards children in responding to social media as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in overcoming the impact of social media. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The author used observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. and data processing techniques using editing techniques, data classification, and data interpretation. Then in analyzing the data the author used qualitative descriptive and concluded inductively.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of parents in overcoming the impact of social media use in Samuda 1 village has been effective, thereby fostering commendable moral habits. This is in accordance with the many religious activities participated in by parents, children and teenagers in the village. The effectiveness of the parent's role is driven by supporting and inhibiting factors that can be overcome by the parents themselves, community environmental factors, and social media factors that are used intelligently and wisely. Keywords: Coping, Impact, Media, Role, Social. Abstrak: Peran orangtua apalagi diera globalisasi seperti sekarang, sangat diperlukan terutama berkaitan dengan kecanggihan teknologi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa Samuda 1 Kec. Daha Selatan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimana peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa samuda 1 kec. daha selatan. serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di Desa Samuda 1 Kec. Daha Selatan Kab. Hulu Sungai Selatan. Serta Faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Subjek pokok penelitian ini adalah keluarga atau orangtua (ayah dan ibu) yang berdomisili di desa Samuda 1 Rt. 04. Sedangkan objeknya adalah peran orangtua terhadap anak dalam menyikapi media sosial serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanggulangi dampak media sosial.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penggalian data penulis menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. dan teknik pengolahan data dengan teknik editing, klasifikasi data, dan interprentasi data. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan disimpulkan secara induktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orangtua dalam menanggulangi dampak penggunaan media sosial di desa Samuda 1 sudah efektif, sehingga menumbuhkan kebiasaan-kebiasaan akhlak terpuji. Hal ini sesuai dengan banyaknya kegiatan keagaman yang di ikuti oleh para orangtua, anak-anak, dan remaja di desa tersebut. Keefektifan peran orangtua ini didorong oleh faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dapat diatasi oleh orangtua itu sendiri, faktor lingkungan masyarakat, dan faktor media sosial yang digunakan dengan cerdas dan bijak. This study examines the relationship between time management and motivation on academic performance among university students. The objective of the research is to explore how these factors influence academic outcomes and to address inconsistencies in prior findings. A quantitative methodology was employed, targeting the entire student population of a private university in East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Pearson Correlation analysis was used to assess the relationships between the variables. The results revealed that time management was not significantly associated with academic performance, while motivation demonstrated a significant positive correlation with academic outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of fostering motivation and cultivating positive attitudes to enhance academic success. The study highlights practical implications for educators and policymakers in designing interventions that target motivational factors to improve student performance in higher education settings.

Abstract Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that focus on religion, have a very large share in educating the lives of the nation's children. Most boarding schools to date still have classic problems related to sanitation, hygiene. The cleanliness and health of students in boarding schools are still not prioritized, causing skin diseases that are easily transmitted to students. In supporting the lives of students in boarding schools, it is important for students to maintain the cleanliness of the pesantren environment and maintain personal hygiene, namely by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Providing education through the delivery of healthy management materials in the style of santri through the application of PHBS begins with the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. This activity involved 100 santriwan and santriwati SMP-IT Pondok Pesantren Asshohwah Al-Islamiyah, Gerung, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Delivery of material through counseling, mentoring, and guidance to students on how to maintain cleanliness and health through PHBS. The evaluation stage is carried out by assessing the students' understanding of the material that has been delivered. This service activity is not enough to provide education, but there needs to be a follow-up observation and monitoring of the implementation of school PHBS so that students really maintain cleanliness and health, thus obtaining healthy students for a strong Indonesia, from students for the country.

PT Gojek Indonesia Tbk is a prominent Indonesian technology firm renowned for its diverse digital services, including transportation, food delivery, retail, and payment solutions. PT Gojek employs a workforce division, which includes Gojek drivers. The quality of work outcomes is contingent upon the job happiness of Gojek drivers. Work flexibility and organisational culture directly impact job satisfaction, while indirectly, they may be influenced by work-life balance. The study comprised 84 samples obtained through purposive sampling. The findings indicated that work flexibility did not significantly impact job satisfaction. The work culture exerted a favourable and substantial influence on job satisfaction. Work flexibility exerted a favourable and substantial influence on work-life balance. The work culture did not significantly impact work-life balance. The equilibrium between work and personal life exerted a favourable and substantial influence on job satisfaction. Work-life balance can facilitate the connection between work flexibility and job happiness. WLB cannot facilitate the connection between work culture and job happiness.

Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada guru pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sesi teori dan praktik yang melibatkan penggunaan berbagai perangkat lunak serta platform pembelajaran digital, seperti Google Classroom, Kahoot, dan Canva. Guru pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial diberikan kesempatan untuk mengeksplorasi fitur-fitur teknologi yang mendukung pembuatan materi ajar, evaluasi pembelajaran, serta komunikasi dengan siswa secara lebih efektif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan alat digital untuk menyusun materi, mengelola kelas secara daring, serta meningkatkan interaksi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran ilmu sosial di SMP Swasta di Kabupaten Lombok Barat serta mendorong inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan berbasis teknologi.Abstract: This training aims to provide understanding and practical skills to social studies education teachers in integrating technology into learning. The methods include theory and practice sessions involving various software and digital learning platforms, such as Google Classroom, Kahoot, and Canva. Social studies education teachers can explore technology features that support the creation of teaching materials, learning evaluation, and communication with students more effectively. The results of this training show an increase in the understanding and skills of social studies education teachers in implementing technology in the learning process. Social studies education teachers become more confident in using digital devices to compile materials, manage classes online, and increase student interaction and involvement in learning. Thus, this training is expected to improve social studies learning quality in private junior high schools in West Lombok Regency and encourage innovation in the world of technology-based education.

Collaboration between the business world and academic institutions serves as the cornerstone for fostering economic growth. However, in practice, the management of legality remains a challenge for MSMEs and students, who lack a clear understanding of how to manage it. Consequently, the importance of community service, particularly in the management of NIB and Halal Certificates, cannot be overstated. This community service activity was designed for students and 26 MSMEs in Mataram City and West Lombok Regency, employing a community service approach that was structured into two sessions: the first session is the provision of materials, while the second session focused on counseling and direct mentoring. This initiative spanned one year (from May 2024 to May 2025) in accordance with the stipulated free halal certificate quota allocated by the government program. The outcomes of this community service initiative encompassed students' mastery of the advantages of business legality and the process of acquiring NIB and Halal Certificates, students assisted business owners in obtaining these two legal documents, and facilitated the acquisition of NIB and Halal certificates for business owners more easily and effectively through the collaborative of community service team and students who had undergone training by the community service team.
