Islamic education institutions as one of the open social institutions, and as agents of change need to pay attention to the demands of changing times. Changing institutional status is a demand for professional, high-quality education and offers many choices. Especially with the welcome flow of globalization and industry 4.0 which gave birth to a competitive and competitive environment. So that changes in Islamic education institutions are part of efforts to face challenges and capture opportunities for Islamic education. these changes require strong efforts by stakeholders in reviewing and evaluating change management, leadership, facilities, students, finance and the readiness of human resources is very influential in building Islamic education institutions.

Education in Indonesia is granted to all citizens according to regulations, there is no discrimination in access to education. The same opportunities for education for all Indonesian citizens in line with the Dakar Declaration of 2000 on the World education forum produce a global agreement that education for all. Education that unites normal children with physically disabled children, children who have more ability or referred to children with special needs in one place is called inclusive education. One of the designated schools are elementary Saim since July 2012. Service management crews by the class teacher is still very poor due to a special teacher comes only once in a month and the new second grade teacher who has been educated to take the training to become a master Special Advisor (GPK) , How to improve service to the crew in Saims Elementary School is Principal proper supervision to the teacher. Based on the stages of research that uses qualitative approach to research design action for three cycles obtained positive results for the school.

Religious Affairs policy is important because at the moment the new order that the Indonesian people are still in the fight for the dynamics of community life state and nation toward a more settled. This resulted in a diploma of Islamic educational institutions have the same role with the diploma of general education institutions. Transformative leadership is a leadership model which gives direction of positive changes in organizations or Islamic educational institutions. Based on the author's observation, transfomative leadership is not only oriented on the effort in creating changes and improving the quality of members' resources, but also as efforts in order to improve the quality which is more responsive and dynamic with the development of period. Based on the previous experts' opinion, none had ever stated that transformative leadershio should be sensitive toward the development of period and see to the values taught by Prophet Muhammad. Historically, transformativr leadership was established among the leaders of islamic boarding house, it was if that leadership is translated as an effort of making changes and being sensitive toward the organization's interest. Transformative leadership which can affect islamic educational institution will give good impacts in order to develop the organization's productivity, in which their Islamic vision and mission will be achieved effectively. This is because transformative leaders can become a figure and inspiring leader of those organizations, in which they can grow the members' loyalty, also be able to solve old problems with new methods.

Moral decadence that occur today are not only struck in adults in various professions and jabatanya, but also has hit young people especially students young shoots that are expected to continue the struggle for truth, justice and peace in the future. Things like that are worrying for their educatiCon practitioners. Virtuous character is the embodiment of experience / execution of religious teachings. No virtuous character means not implement the teachings of the religion. Leadership is an element that cannot be avoide in life. it is human nature to always form a community with leaders who can advance the organization. In the context of good leadership is someone who has spiritual,social capabilities and can control himself and can influence, invite, move, and guide others to achieve common goals as taught by the prophets. This research aims to analyze the dimensions of transformative strategic policies in Islamic madrasah and higher education education, focusing on policies issued by the Ministry of Indonesia Religion . In the context of rapid social change and modernization, Islamic education faces complex challenges that require responsive and inclusive policies. Through a descriptive qualitative approach based on phenomenological studies, this research explores the experiences and perspectives of stakeholders in implementing education policies. The research results show that education policies must respond to diverse communities' needs, integrate local values, and create synergy between formal and non-formal education. In addition, improving the quality of human resources, active participation from the community, and innovation in the curriculum are the keys to achieving effective educational transformation. This research also emphasizes the importance of evaluation and monitoring in education policy to ensure sustainability and equal access to education. In this way, it is hoped that the resulting policies can contribute to the development of education that is not only academically competent but also forms strong character and moral values in the younger generation so that they can contribute positively to community development

Konflik merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan organisasi. Konflik sendiri dapat menjadi permasalahan yang serius pada setiap organisasi, apapun bentuk dan tingkat kompleksitas organisasinya, terutama konflik yang terjadi pada institusi pendidikan tinggi. Konflik juga dapat menjadi kekuatan positif bagi kemajuan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini mengkaji sumber-sumber konflik dan urgensi penyelesaian konflik di Perguruan Tinggi Islam. Strategi mengatasi konflik antar pimpinan di Perguruan Tinggi Islam dilakukan dengan melakukan beberapa komponen: Tabayun, Tafahum, Ta’awun, Ittifaq, Ishlah, dan Taka’tuf. Dalam menyikapi pemimpin yang otoriter, langkah strategis diambil dengan melibatkan tiga pihak yaitu atasan langsung, pemimpin sendiri, dan bawahan langsung. Dari ketiga bagian vertikal tersebut, kepemimpinan otoriter diharapkan bisa terkontrol. Sedangkan dalam menyikapi pemimpin yang menghambat karir bawahannya dilakukan dengan melakukan pergantian pemimpin. Konflik harus dirangsang karena konflik dapat menjadi pendorong perubahan dalam suatu organisasi. Konflik dapat menjadi kekuatan pendorong perubahan dalam suatu organisasi. Konflik dapat mengubah perilaku dan menyadarkan berbagai pihak yang berkonflik akan kesalahannya sehingga kedepannya mampu meningkatkan produktivitas lembaganya.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to present the results of an analysis of the influence of Islamic leadership management of financial institutions and the perspective of the Al Quran and Al Hadist. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with library research techniques (library research) taken from the results of observation of the cases studied. The results of this study reveal that leadership management in financial institutions must be carried out with full responsibility for the principles of honesty (shiddiq), consistent (istiqomah), transparent (tabligh), professional (amanah) and intelligent (fathanah). Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan hasil analisa dari pengaruh manajemen kepemimpinan Islam terdahap lembaga keuangan dalam prespektif Al Quran dan Al Hadist. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskripstif kualitatif dengan teknik studi kepustakaan (library research) yang diambil dari hasil pengamantan terhadap kasus yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapakan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan dalam lembaga keuangan harus dilakukan dengan penuh rasa taanggung jawab prinsip jujur (shidiq), konsisten (istiqomah), transparan (tabligh), profesional (amanah), dan cerdas (fathanah).
