Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo Tuban Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, dampak dari upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo Tuban Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, serta faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru meliputi: kegiatan mengadakan rapat rutin guru minimal 1 kali dalam 1 bulan, menugaskan guru dalam kegiatan workshop, menugaskan guru dalam kegiatan KKGMI, melaksanakan supervisi guru, melakukan komunikasi individual dengan guru. Kedua, hasil yang dicapai dari implementasi upaya kepala madrasah yaitu: dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kedisiplinan guru, ketertiban berorganisasi dan kompetensi sosial guru, meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru, memperluas pengetahuan guru serta mendapatkan ilmu yang baru sehingga mampu menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, menanamkan kepribadian yang bertanggung jawab terhadap profesi. Ketiga, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari upaya kepala madrasah yaitu: faktor pendukung meliputi: kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah, semangat untuk menjadi guru yang profesional. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambatnya yaitu: perasaan sungkan kepala madrasah kepada guru yang lebih tua dan lebih lama mengajar di sekolah tersebut, dan minimnya alokasi dana untuk kesejahteraan guru.

Abstract

This assistance aims to identify and analyze the level of literacy skills of students in madrasas, which include reading literacy, numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, and socio-cultural literacy. The method used in this research is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with a descriptive design. Data was obtained through test results reports given to students at Madrasah Aliyah Daruth Thalibin. The results of the mentoring show that overall, students' reading literacy skills are classified as proficient (good), but they still need to be improved so that students can understand more complex texts. Numeracy literacy shows varied results, with most students having sufficient basic understanding, but lacking in applying mathematical concepts to everyday problems. It is hoped that this research will provide an overview of the challenges and potential that students have in dealing with various types of literacy, as well as provide recommendations for developing a more comprehensive curriculum in madrasah.

Abstract

Waste is something that has no value and is useless if ignored, but if processed, it can become a source of income. This research aims to educate students about the science and technology that emerges from abandoned waste. This research also provides counseling and guidance to students on the waste recycling process. This practice involves processing waste into products that provide economic value, reducing waste accumulation, and transforming waste into something beautiful when processed. The method used in this research is participatory action research (PAR). The implementation of this PAR method is divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This research aims to increase students' awareness of the environment within the Al Inayah Islamic boarding school environment, namely in Perintis Village, Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to increase students' awareness of the environment through training on waste recycling at the Al Inayah Islamic boarding school. And this activity provides many benefits not only for internal parties, namely the Islamic boarding school itself, but also provides benefits to the community in general because it is productive, educational and creative. The results of this activity can improve the quality of students in their life skills which in the future will provide benefits and can be developed further
