Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan memanah bersama anak-anak dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para santri serta membangun koneksi sosial emosional dalam pengembangan karakter sejak dini di TPA Al-Fatih Batanghari, Lampung Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan anak-anak usia dini di TPA Al-Fatih sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan memanah, dan pendampingan dalam mengembangkan karakter melalui aktivitas memanah. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pendampingan memanah bersama anak-anak di TPA Al-Fatih dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun koneksi sosial emosional dan pengembangan karakter sejak dini. Melalui kegiatan memanah, anak-anak dapat belajar mengendalikan emosi, meningkatkan konsentrasi, ketekunan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial seperti kerjasama, komunikasi, dan saling menghargai. Partisipasi anak-anak dalam kegiatan memanah juga meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan keberanian mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi anak-anak untuk memperluas pengetahuan mereka tentang olahraga memanah dan mengenal nilai-nilai positif yang terkait dengan pengembangan karakter.

Abstract

The independent PAUD curriculum has been implemented since 2020 and is used to introduce material for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project. There are 2 scopes of the Merdeka Curriculum, namely Teaching Modules and Project Modules. This curriculum is used in accordance with the local wisdom context of each region, especially in Ponorogo and the implementation of this project module aims to analyze the material of the Merdeka PAUD Curriculum project module based on local wisdom culture through the introduction of the Ponoragan Gong Gumbeng musical instrument. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. descriptive. From the results of the analysis, the researchers found material for the Ponorogo Gong Gumbeng Project Module which included: (1) outing class to see a performance in Wringinanom village, (2) STEAM activity where we carried out painting gong gumbeng art tools from bamboo, (3) a book with a series of pictures of related activities with gong gumbeng, (4) exhibition of exhibition works related to gong gumbeng performances at schools.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe optimizing the role of teachers as transfer of knowledge, motivator and facilitator in overcoming bullying in early childhood. This type of qualitative research is case study. Research objects: teachers and students. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that in order to optimize the role of teachers in the framework of overcoming bullying in early childhood teachers develop role optimization by a). Developing a role as a transfer of knowledge for early childhood through careful planning with varied activities, as well as developing techniques that are considered appropriate to the child's level of development, for example through singing and playing activities. b). Strengthen the role of teachers as motivators to develop student potential, increase student creativity, and arouse students' interest in learning according to their talents, and c). Making the teacher's role effective as a facilitator by seeking learning references, seeking learning resources, and maximizing the use of learning resources to develop learning to be of higher quality.
