Abstract

The research was conducted by the author with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of education, coaching, work culture and employee attitudes individually and collectively on the work performance of Tanjung Raya Muara Enim Health Center employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that education, coaching, work culture and employee attitudes had a significant influence individually and collectively on the work performance of Tanjung Raya Muara Enim Community Health Center employees

Abstract

The research entitled Improving the Quality of Public Services Based on Marriage Management Information Systems (SIMKAH) in the Religious Affairs Office of Muara Enim District aims to identify and analyze the Application of Marriage Management Information Systems (SIMKAH) and its improvement in the quality of public services at the Office of Religious Affairs in Muara Enim District. This study uses qualitative research methods based on theories/opinions according to experts and existing literature.The results of the research show that the quality of services provided through the application of online SIMKAH has increased, this can be seen from the results of interviews with informants regarding the application and methods of using SIMKAH and the advantages offered by SIMKAH through the use of digital media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, education, work planning and supervision individually and jointly on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency DPRD Secretariat. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that leadership, education, work planning, and supervision have a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency DPRD Secretariat

Abstract

Implementation of POAC management carried out by CV’s manager includes the planning, namely creating an appropriate model design; the organizing, namely carrying out analysis and solutions; the actuating, namely formulating ways to gain profit; and the controlling, namely providing recommendations. This research is multidisciplinary research because it involves two academic disciplines (mathematics and management) to solve a particular problem together.Keywords: POAC, management, linier programming
