Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that are thought to influence the work participation of married women in Indonesia. Female labor participation is considered important because it can help accelerate the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the data in this research is raw data from the 2020 National Labor Force Survey (sakernas) published by the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research method in this study is a quantitative method, while the data analysis method uses binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that overall the predicted factors affecting the work participation of married women in Indonesia showed a significant influence. It was found that the education level variable showed a negative significant effect, which means it tends to decrease the probability of married women participating in the labor market, while the age, employment sector, and income variables showed a positive significant effect, which means it tends to increase the probability of married women participating in the labor market. Abstract

A tourist village is a location or settlement that offers a tourism experience focusing on culture, nature, or local heritage. One example of a tourist village in Lombok is Sukarara Village, renowned for its traditional weaving industry and traditional Sasak houses. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the potential of Sukarara Village in developing the traditional industry sector and cultural tourism, with a focus on implementing interventions that support economic growth and cultural preservation. The findings reveal that Sukarara Village has significant potential in the traditional industry, particularly in the production of woven fabrics, and offers significant attractions for tourism with its traditional Sasak houses. The results uncover that women in this village play a crucial role in the weaving industry, and collaboration among local stakeholders has contributed to supporting the village's economic growth. The conclusion of this study is that Sukarara Village possesses a substantial economic potential that can be enhanced through synergy between traditional industry and cultural tourism. With effective interventions such as digital promotion and collaboration with tour guide agencies or major events, the village can maximize its economic potential and preserve its culture. Collaboration among various stakeholders, including local government, artisans, tourism professionals, and the village community, is the key to achieving this goal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya optimalisasi penerapan Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) di SD Negeri Pesawahan, Sidoarjo, yang sering kali terdampak oleh banjir selama musim hujan. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama: (1) Mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan buku pop-up ramah lingkungan berkonsep bilingual dengan permainan interaktif dan kotak musik untuk mengoptimalkan SPAB terkait banjir di SDN Pesawahan Sidoarjo; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh program tersebut terhadap pemahaman dan perilaku warga sekolah dalam menanggapi bencana; dan (3) Mendeskripsikan pembentukan serta perkembangan komunitas tanggap bencana yang berkualitas untuk mendukung program di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis deduktif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik dan guru di SD Negeri Pesawahan, Sidoarjo. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Program ini mencakup serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk sosialisasi, pre-test, edukasi, simulasi, evaluasi, post-test, dan penutup, menggunakan buku pop-up ramah lingkungan dengan konsep bilingual dan permainan interaktif bernama 'Gappina'. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deduktif. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa program ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan perilaku warga sekolah dalam menanggapi bencana. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan perilaku guru dan peserta didik terkait tanggap bencana banjir. Dengan demikian, penerapan SPAB dapat berjalan lebih optimal.
