Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of how the influence of workload and individual characteristics on the performance of nurses at the Bumi Massenrempulu General Hospital, Enrekang Regency, through burnout as an intervening variable. This research is categorized as explanative research using a quantitative approach. This is intended to be able to describe or describe in a systematic, factual and accurate manner the object under study. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach aims to describe systematically and analytically about the characteristics of an individual, symptom, condition or certain groups between a symptom and other symptoms in society. The results of this study are: 1) Workload has an effect on burnout, this proves that a high workload will increase burnout, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.288 and the t-statistic value of 2.815. This value is greater than t-table (1.983); 2) Individual characteristics affect burnout, this proves that having high individual characteristics will increase burnout, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.521 and the t-statistic value of 6.525. This value is greater than t-table (1.983); 3) Workload affects performance, this proves that a high workload can also improve nurse performance, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.388 and the t-statistic value of 3.803. This value is greater than t-table (1.983); 4) Individual characteristics do not affect performance, this proves that high individual characteristics will not always improve nurse performance, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.118 and the t-statistic value of 1.137. This value is smaller than t-table (1.983); 5) Burnout affects performance, this proves that high burnout will reduce nurse performance, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.629 and the t-statistic value of 6.091. This value is greater than t-table (1.983); 6) Workload has an indirect effect on performance through burnout, if the workload is high it will improve the performance of nurses if there is a change in burnout in a more positive or better direction, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.181 and the t-statistic value of 2.889. This value is greater than t-table (1.983); 8) Individual characteristics have an indirect effect on performance through burnout, if individual characteristics are high it will improve nurse performance if there is a change in burnout in a more positive or better direction, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.327 and the t-statistic value of 3.935 . This value is greater than t-table (1.983). 983); 8) Individual characteristics have an indirect effect on performance through burnout, if individual characteristics are high it will improve nurse performance if there is a change in burnout in a more positive or better direction, this is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.327 and the t-statistic value of 3.935 . Customer satisfaction is the most essential concept in the business sector since it is utilized to attract customers. Customer satisfaction is occasionally dependent on service quality and price. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service price and quality on customer satisfaction in the Shopee app. The quantitative research approach combines with descriptive and verification methods in the study. The study begins in February-April 2023 at Pasundan University's Faculty of Economics and Business in Bandung, West Java. The proportional random sampling technique was employed to obtain samples among 100 students. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that was filled out directly by the respondents. Data were analyzed using a hypothesis testing test that began with the F test (ANOVA), t test, and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2). According to the test results, service quality and pricing have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. As a result, Shopee should continue to enhance the services that it offers to customers in order to attain high customer satisfaction and sell products at affordable prices.

Abstract

This article is related to the diffusion of innovations, especially those known based on the Innovation Diffusion Theory or IDT which states that in general diffusion behaviour can be defined through individual perceptions regarding the use of certain innovations. The basic definition of diffusion gives rise to different understandings in two research streams. First, in economics and non-marketing disciplines, diffusion is seen as the spread of an innovation over time among different groups (Brown, 1981). While the second in the marketing discipline, diffusion refers to "the process of an innovation being communicated through certain channels over time to members of a social system" (Rogers, 2003,pp. 110-119). This article closes with suggestions for a more comprehensive innovation marketing system based on the framework of digital transformation that not only would be useful for the future researcher, but also for the real- world domain as it begins with people his/herself, the marketing process, and marketing application in real-world business practice as it gives them an advantage over their competitors to strive during the age of circular economy.
