Abstract

This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.

Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

Abstract

The aim of holding this PKM activity is to diversify bitter melon fruit into chips for the women of KWT Medulu, Bendewuta Village, Wongeduku District. The selected participants were 10 people who had bitter melon gardens in their yard. The activity stages were lecture and practice. PKM activities were carried out well, participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in PKM activities. Monitoring results showed that the amount of increase in participants' knowledge and skills increased from 100%, from 10 participants who answered that they did not know before the training activity in making bitter melon chips, it increased to 100% or 10 participants answered that they knew and were able after the training. This shows that training activities can be said to be successful because there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the training participants.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the role of relational capacity and networking in the success of start-ups within entrepreneurial ecosystems. The study synthesizes findings from existing research to highlight how strong relational capacity facilitates access to essential resources, information, and market opportunities. It also underscores the importance of diverse and extensive networks in fostering innovation and adaptability. The dynamic nature of entrepreneurial ecosystems, supported by favorable policies and a culture of innovation, is crucial for start-up growth. Despite challenges in building effective networks, digital technology presents new opportunities for start-ups to expand their networks and leverage virtual resources. This study concludes that effective relational capacity and networking are critical for the sustainability and success of start-ups. Limitations include the scope of literature and the need for empirical validation through further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sisi sejarah lembaga pendidikan pesantrenyang menjadi tradisi model pendidikan Islam khas Indonesia. Dalam perjalanansejarah bangsa Indonesia, peran pesantren tidak hanya dalam hal mendidikmasyarakat Indonesia dalam meningkatkan keimanan, ketakwaan, danberakhlak mulia, tetapi juga mampu menggerakkannya agar bangkit danberjuang merebut kemerdekaan dari penjajahan dan mengisi kemerdekaandengan hal yang konstruktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif.Data-data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber-sumber kepustakaan yang dianalisismenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa aspek kesejarahan pesantren masih menjadi perdebatan para ahli karenabelum adanya data-data sejarah yang bersifat valid. Dalam konteks sejarahpendidikan di Indonesia, ketidakjelasan ini bukan hanya untuk lembagapendidikan pesantren yang pada awal-awal pendiriannya masih berpusat diJawa, namun faktanya demikian itu juga terjadi dengan lembaga pendidikan lainyang semodel, seperti: balai, surau, dan madrasah. Meski demikian, pesantrendianggap sebagai model pendidikan paling tua di Indonesia yang telah diakuikualitasnya, jika dilihat dari segi kemampuannya dalam mencetak kader-kadergenerasi penerus bangsa yang handal dan mampu, baik dalam bidang agamaataupun dalam pentas peran dan tokoh kepemimpinan nasional

Artikel ini tentang apa dan bagaimana implementasi ICT-CFT atau Kerangka Kompetensi TIK untuk Guru Versi 3.0 UNESCO tahun 2018 dan juga kendala dan tantangannya sehingga dengan temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar konsep pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Indonesia. Adapun hasil temuan dari kajian pustaka yaitu proposal PAI di Indoneia; 1) Pendidikan dibangun atas prinsip; kerjasama, koloborasi, dan solidaritas sosial sesama umat manusia. 2.Pembelajaran dengan media berbasis TIK atas kompetensi ICT-CFT UNESCO versi. 3.0. bagi guru.
