Abstract

Cabai merupakan tanaman yang di butuhkan di masyarakat Indonesia baik sebagai bahan penyedap masakan, tanaman kesehatan, bahkan sebagai mata pencaharian, selain itu cabai merah memiliki nilai gizi yang cukup tinggi, dan juga mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga cabai merah di Kota Manado Provinsi Sulawesi Utara menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Utara dengan data berupa harga cabai per bulan di Kota Manado periode tahun 2020-2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah produksi , luas lahan , curah hujan , dan inflasi . Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan model regresi linear berganda  dan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial luas lahan  dan inflasi  berpengaruh positif terhadap harga cabai merah. Secara simultan produksi , luas lahan , curah hujan , dan inflasi  berpengaruh terhadap harga cabai merah di Kota Manado Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Chili is a plant that is needed in Indonesian society both as a food flavoring ingredient, a health plant, even as a livelihood. Besides that, red chili has quite high nutritional value, and also has high economic value. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the price of red chili in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi with a lot of data per month in Manado City for the 2020-2022 period. The variable used in this research is production , land area , rainfall , inflation . The results of this study obtained a multiple linear regression model   and show that partially land area  and inflation  positive effect on the price of red chili. Simultaneous production , land area , rainfall , and inflation  effect on the price of red chili in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bahkan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, institusi maupun perusahaan. Sumber Daya Manusia juga merupakan usaha yang dituntut kemampuannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengefektifkan penggunaannya sehingga Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan kunci yang menentukan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan. Dalam Bengkel Indomobil Nissan Datsun Kombos, jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan berbeda-beda dikarenakan tingkat kemahiran atau produktifitasnya. Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui pembagian tugas karyawan pada Bengkel Indomobil Nissan Datsun Kombos sehingga mendapat waktu kerja yang optimal. Metode Hungarian dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui pembagian tugas karyawan sehingga mendapat waktu kerja yang optimal. Hasil pembagian tugas karyawan yang diperoleh dengan metode Hungarian jika dibandingkan dengan penempatan karyawan sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya efisiensi waktu sebanyak 191.4 menit per setiap 5 pekerja melakukan 5 pekerjaan.

Abstract

The culinary industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, yet many restaurants still rely on manual ordering systems. This study addresses the operational inefficiencies at RM Solideo Kuliner, where manual ordering causes long queues, order recording errors, and customer dissatisfaction. The research aims to design an Android-based online food ordering information system to overcome these challenges. The Agile methodology was employed for system development due to its flexibility in accommodating changing business requirements. Data collection involved interviews with restaurant stakeholders and direct observation of existing processes. The system was developed using Flutter framework and Dart programming language, with Firebase serving as the backend database. The resulting Android application enables customers to register, login as guests, browse menus, place orders, select payment methods, and track order status in real-time. Black Box testing confirmed that all features function according to specified requirements. Usability evaluation with 10 respondents yielded positive feedback, with 90% rating the application as easy to use and having an attractive interface. The implementation successfully improved operational efficiency by reducing order processing time by 60% and minimizing recording errors to less than 2%. This digital transformation demonstrates the potential for technology adoption in enhancing customer experience and business operations in the culinary sector.

Abstract

The management of waste banks often encounters issues such as manual transaction processing, limited transparency, and low public participation in waste sorting and recycling. This study presents the development of a web-based application for the Tonsea Recycle Center (TRC) aimed at improving operational efficiency, data transparency, and user engagement through a point-based reward mechanism. The development process adopted the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) methodology, encompassing stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The application was developed using HTML, CSS, Python, Django, and SQLite, and includes features such as user authentication, transaction management, a reward point system, and an administrative dashboard[1]. Functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and security testing were conducted to evaluate the system. The results demonstrate that the application effectively overcomes the limitations of the manual system by automating transaction records, enabling real-time data access, and enhancing transparency. Positive user feedback from UAT confirmed the system’s usability and functionality. This research concludes that the TRC web application significantly contributes to improving waste bank operations and community involvement. Future enhancements are suggested, including integration with digital payment systems, AI-based waste classification, and mobile application development to increase system accessibility and utility.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a healthcare service website for Puskesmas Modoinding to improve efficiency and accessibility of public health services. Previously, information delivery including doctor schedules, service types, operating hours, and patient registration was conducted manually, often causing delays and limited information distribution. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, comprising four phases: requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation. Data collection employed interviews, observation, and literature study with 12 stakeholders (10 patients, 2 administrators). The website was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL database. Black Box Testing demonstrated 100% success rate across 28 test scenarios covering admin and patient interfaces. System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation yielded average scores of 85.5 for patients and 87.5 for administrators, both exceeding the 'Very Good' threshold of 80. Ten core features were successfully implemented including online registration, queue status checking, and administrative data management. The developed website enables community members to access healthcare information remotely without physical visits, reducing average registration time by approximately 40%. This research concludes that web-based healthcare systems using RAD methodology can significantly improve service efficiency at community health centers while meeting user requirements and usability standards.
