Abstract

Human physical crimes are unlawful acts and prohibited by the rule of law, which can harm or damage the body of others. This study aims to examine the number of groupings of types of crimes against human physique in 2019 to 2020 in all areas of East Nusa Tenggara province. To do this, we use the K-Means Clustering method to group the types of physical crimes against humans. The data used came from the Central Statistics Agency of East Nusa Tenggara province. The K-Means method is one of the non-hierarchical data clustering methods that seeks to partition data into the form of one or more clusters/groups. After the application of the K-Means algorithm in the grouping of types of crimes against human bodies in 2019 to 2020 in the East Nusa Tenggara region, there are 3 centroids, C1 for areas with low crimes, C2 for areas with moderate crimes and C3 for areas with high crimes. The initial centroid value is determined randomly and then for the next centroid is adjusted to the result of the calculation of the closest distance (minimum). The final results obtained are areas with low crime totaling 13 regions, namely East Sumba, Lembata, Sikka, Ende, Ngada, Manggarai, Rote Ndao, West Manggarai, Central Sumba, Southwest Sumba, Nagekeo, East Manggarai, and Sabu Raijua. There are 7 areas with moderate crimes, namely West Sumba, Kupang, South Central Timor, North Central Timor, Belu, Alor, and East Flores. As for the area with high crime, there is 1 area, namely Kupang City.

Abstract

Raskin (rice for the poor) is a rice program for the poor. The Raskin program is one of the government's efforts to reduce the burden of expenditure on poor families. However, in practice, decision-making for determining the criteria for rice recipients usually does not refer to the criteria of poor families, resulting in misdirected rice distribution. To address this issue, a decision support system will be developed to assist in the targeted distribution of Raskin using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. This research was conducted by finding the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out to determine the best alternative. The criteria used were: Type of Employment, Income, House Condition, Family Size, Age. The results of the study recommend that alternative 4, with the highest score of 0.676, be selected to receive Raskin assistance

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competencies of young workers through Microsoft Office and digital administration training to support work readiness in Medan City. The main problem faced by the participants was the low ability to use digital office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, which are essential skills in the modern workplace. The implementation methods included observation, practice-based training, mentoring, evaluation, and follow-up activities. The participants consisted of 20 young workers with senior high school and vocational school educational backgrounds. Initial survey results showed that 60% of participants were in the low competency category, 30% in the moderate category, and only 10% in the high category. After the training activities were conducted, participant competencies increased significantly, with the high competency category rising to 55%, the moderate category reaching 35%, and the low category decreasing to 10%. In addition to improving technical digital administration skills, the program also had a positive impact on participants’ confidence in facing technology-based employment opportunities. The partners’ responses indicated a high level of satisfaction because the training materials were considered relevant to current community and labor market needs. Therefore, this community service program can serve as an effective solution for improving the digital competencies of young workers and supporting the enhancement of human resource quality in the era of digital transformation.
