Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa kemajuan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sistem pengelolaan absensi peserta magang. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sukoharjo saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan absensi peserta magang, yang mengakibatkan risiko seperti manipulasi data, pendataan yang kurang terstruktur, dan kemungkinan data hilang atau rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring peserta magang yang lebih terkomputerisasi sehingga data yang dihasilkan lebih efisien dan akurat. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memungkinkan pencatatan absensi secara komputerisasi, pelaporan yang cepat, dan analisis data yang lebih akurat. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem, dengan pemanfaatan bahasa pemrograman PHP, sistem basis data MySQL dan framework Bootstrap. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan model waterfall.

Abstract

Document management is a crucial aspect of the functioning of any organization, including the Mojo Village Office. Efficiently organizing the storage and access of documents is vital for office operations and services to the community. Manual archiving processes often face various challenges such as disorganized storage, delays in document retrieval, risk of loss or damage, and limited storage space. These issues can be addressed by designing and creating an information system that can manage document archiving in a computerized manner, making the archiving process easier for users. The research method used in this study is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model, which involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The information system developed in this study uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The aim of this research is to create a document archiving information system that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of document management at the Mojo Village Office and facilitate users in the process of searching, accessing, and managing documents.Pengelolaan dokumen adalah aspek krusial dalam fungsi setiap organisasi, termasuk di Kantor Kelurahan Mojo. Mengatur penyimpanan dan akses dokumen dengan efisien sangat penting untuk operasional kantor dan layanan kepada masyarakat. Proses kearsipan manual seringkali menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti ketidakrapihan penyimpanan, keterlambatan dalam pencarian dokumen, risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan serta keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan merancang dan membuat sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola kearsipan dokumen secara komputerisasi yang dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam proses kearsipan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall yang melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Sistem informasi yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi kearsipan dokumen yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen di Kantor Kelurahan Mojo serta dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam proses pencarian, akses dan manajemen dokumen

Abstract

ABSTRAK CV Satria Unggul saat ini sedang mencoba untuk membenahi sistem penulisan inventaris yang saat ini digunakan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi biaya operasional perusahaan dan pada akhirnya mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar. Metode manual yang saat ini masih digunakan adalah penulisan data dengan buku dan kemudian data tersebut ditulis pada file Microsoft Excel. Metode yang saat ini digunakan kurang efektif karena metode ini memakan waktu yang terlalu lama sebelum dapat ditinjau ulang dan sangat mungkin terjadi kesalahan pada penulisan data karena kesalahan manusia (human error) saat penulisan data dilakukan secara manual. Didasari oleh masalah tersebut, aplikasi berbasis situs web dikembangkan untuk membantu pegawai CV Satria Unggul dalam mendata inventaris yang masuk dan keluar dengan lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Bahasa pemrograman HTML, dan PHP dan juga menggunakan basis data dari MySQL. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan proses peninjauan data menjadi lebih efisien dan tidak memakan waktu sebanyak sebelumnya. Hasil dari pengaplikasian sistem informasi yang dirancang mengindikasikan peningkatan produktivitas CV Satria Unggul dari semua aspek yang dikelola oleh sistem pengelolaan barang masuk dan keluar CV Satria Unggul. ABSTRACT CV Satria Unggul is currently trying to improve the system that is currently used to track the incoming and outcoming goods with the aim that it could lower the company expenses and making bigger profit while reducing the amount of workloads that is endured by the staff since the current system is still tracking the goods manually. The manual method used is to record all the incoming and outcoming goods on paper and forms and then copy it one by one to a Microsoft Excel file. The current method is ineffective because it takes too long for the data to be finalized and it is really prone to error due to human error when recording the goods on paper. Based on these problems, a website-based application is made so it could help the staff on recording the goods in CV Satria Unggul. The method that is used in this system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The model of SDLC used is the waterfall model. The goods tracking system is made using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database. With this system, the goods recording progress is more efficient and not as time consuming as before. The result of the application of the designed information system indicates productivity improvements on CV Satria Unggul on aspects that is being controlled by the CV Satria Unggul’s inventory management system.

Abstract

The SMK N 20 Surakarta Laboratory currently needs an application program for an online scheduling system to make the work of laboratory technician staff easier. Management of current maintenance and repair schedule data still uses manual recording. Manual recording has the weakness of being easily damaged due to exposure to water and tearing. In addition, the double recording model from the general ledger to Microsoft Excel takes a lot of time, causing delays in maintenance and repair schedules for computer equipment. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes to design an online-based maintenance and repair schedule information system at SMP N 20 Surakarta through this research. The aim of this research is to design a scheduling information system that is real time and can be accessed from anywhere. Researchers used the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the process of developing a maintenance and repair schedule information system. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. With the existence of an online-based maintenance and repair schedule information system, it is hoped that maintenance of computer equipment in the SMP N 20 laboratory will not be hampered.

Abstract

Magang merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan mahasiswa tingkat akhir agar mendapatkan pengalaman dan wawasan tentang dunia kerja. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan suatu Instansi yang dibentuk untuk menangani urusan pemerintahan di bidang Komunikasi dan Informatika. Pendaftaran magang di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika masih belum tersistem, dengan datang langsung ke instansi untuk menanyakan ketersediaan lowongan magang sampai dengan persetujuan magang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis berencana membuat sistem informasi pendaftaran magang berbasis website dengan menggunakan software XAMPP, Bahasa Pemograman PHP serta basis data MySQL. Penulis juga menggunakan metode waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu Requiments Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, dan Operations and Maintenance. Sistem tersebut dapat dijalankan pada PC maupun smartphone oleh calon pendaftar magang dan admin untuk mengelola data siapa saja pendaftar magang yang telah mendaftar. Dengan sistem informasi magang tersebut, diharapkan dapat memudahkan instansi terutama di bidang sub-bagian umum kepegawaian dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendaftaran magang.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, magang, waterfall, xampp, php, MySQL

Abstract

Human Resources Management has the responsibility of managing the payroll system. The function of the payroll system is to provide compensation to workers in the form of salaries in exchange for contributions from an institution. The payroll data processing process requires a high level of accuracy to avoid errors, so that it can produce accurate salary calculations. The current process of managing payroll data for the Head of Neighborhood Units (RT) in the Sugihan Sukoharjo sub-district still uses manual methods, this causes the presentation of payroll reports to not be able to run quickly because it requires high accuracy. Delays in presenting payroll reports do not rule out the possibility of delays in salary payments. To anticipate this, the RT Head's salary system at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Subdistrict Office needs to be supported by a computerized information system. In order to develop a payroll information system for RT Heads at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Subdistrict Office, researchers designed a website-based payroll information system using the Native PHP programming language and MySQL database. The researcher presents the design of this payroll information system in the form of scientific research published in research journal format. The aim of designing this website-based payroll information system is to provide convenience for the Human Resources Management section at the Sugihan Sukoharjo Village Office in managing the RT Head's payroll data, so that the presentation of payroll reports becomes faster. Abstract

The design of a website-based marketing information system at Eny Convection is the result of the author's daily observations as one of the worker of the Eny Convection Industry. Eny Convection is a home industry that is engaged in manufacture and sell fashion and its needs. A bussiness cannot be separated from marketing, which is a way to attract people's attention to a bussiness or product. Eny Convection it is only done through social media, it becomes an obstacle at Eny Convection that often customers have difficulty in finding information, and often curtomers experience disappointment because when looking for inventory quantities are not available. The purpose of this research is to create on online application  that will be built by Eny Convection with data colection used bt interview, obserevation, documentation library research. Eny Convection product marketing which is producted with the concept of PHP (Personal Home Page). The results of the marketing are that the development system uses the waterfall system method, the system design Deamwevawer application or Sublime Text and MySQL as a database to improve the marketing Konveksi Eny. The conclusion of this research is that it able to improve marketing at Eny Convection in more professional way to market product and make it easier for customers to find product information available at Eny Convection.

Abstract

Promotions are given to increase the work motivation of lecturers so they can carry out their duties to the fullest. The main elements as a position assessment are education, research, community service and supporting elements for the main duties of lecturers. The problem faced by the lecturers at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) was a lack of time in preparing the documents for promotion due to the large amount of credit score data that had to be compiled manually. For this reason, it is necessary to build an information system that makes it easier for lecturers to compile proposals for promotion and find out the actual achievement of credit scores. Based on the description of the problem above, the formulation of the problem to be solved in this study is, "How to design an information system for calculating credit score increases in the functional composition of lecturers at the Faculty of Law, UNS". This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model with the object under study is a lecturer credit score calculation system based on the attachment to Minister of Education and Culture No.92 of 2014 to build an information system for calculating credit score for lecturer promotion. The programming language used to design this information system is PHP Native with MySQL database for data storage.
