Abstract

ABSTRACT The improvement of comprehension about cultural heritage and conservation to the young generations can be done by education and training. The methods applied are presentation with discussion and training of conservation. The advantage of comprehension signification about cultural heritage is indicated by the improving percentage from 30 students (81.08%) became 37 students (100%), about rescuing of cultural heritage from 36 students (97.89%) became 37 students (100%), about conservation from 15 students (40.54%) became 34 students (91.89%). And for conservation technique become 34 students (91.89%) from 5 students (13.52%). The result shows that technics of education and training is efective for advance students in comprehending the cultural hetitage and conservation techniques.

Abstract

Program pengembangan karier atau promosi memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai untuk menyelidiki minat, kebutuhan. dan pilihan karier dalam perusahaan. Melalui pengembangan karier pegawai dibantu untuk mengembangkan kecakapan dan kemampuan yang diperlukan sasaran jabatan. Produktivitas kerja yang tinggi bagi pegawai sangat diperlukan dalam setiap usaha mencapai tujuan organisasi. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah masih kurang maksimalnya produktifitas kerja dalam pekerjaan Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia atau BKPSDM Kabupeten Lampung Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi pengembangan karier terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variable independen terhadap variable dependen adalah sebesar 94,3 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5,7 persen ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak teridentifikasi dalam penelitian ini. Dari pengolahan data statistik dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00 kurang dari 0,05 dengan nilai t hiung lebih dari ttabel  yaitu 19,060 lebih dari 2,068, dengan demikian hipotesis diterima yang berarti promosi berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Lampung Barat.

Abstract

Abstract: Employee attendance is an attendance data collection process which is an important performance appraisal for a company engaged in software and information technology consulting. Companies that still use manual attendance are of course very unfortunate if in this digital era they do not take advantage of increasingly sophisticated technology. In this case, many employees continue to falsify manual attendance data which is detrimental to the company and hinders its progress. Using a manual attendance system also has a lot of risks and takes a lot of time because you have to record the attendance of each employee. Therefore, the authors created a selfie photo employee attendance system with GPS that can detect whether the employee taking the attendance is in the office area or not. with a radius of 200 meters from the office point. With the employee attendance application, it can help companies in not controlling employee work time and helping managers to find out which employees are absent in the office and not every day. Respondents' assessment of the employee attendance application acceptance test obtained the percentage of the SB rating category by 34%, B by 48%, C by 14%, and K by 4%. From this assessment it can be concluded that the application made is acceptable to respondents and this application can help employees and company directors for employee attendance based on selfie photos with a radius

Abstract

Air sungai di daerah perkotaan merupakan sumber daya air alami yang harus dijaga dan diamankan dari penyebab pencemaran, seperti discharge dari limbah industri, limbah domestik, limbah pertanian dan lainnya. Salah satu kegunaannya adalah sebagai bahan baku Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM).Monitoring parameter penentu kualitas air menjadi satu hal yang sangat penting.untuk dilakukan pemrosesan data hingga dapat dihasilkan kualitas air sungai dan titik potensial sumber pencemaran. Setiap titik dilengkapi dengan sensor-sensor yang dapat melakukan identifikasi parameter-parameter penentu kualitas air seperti sensor suhu, PH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), serta kejernihan.Hasil keluaran berupa nilai konsentrasi parameter yang terkandung dalam air sungai menuju lokasi pengolahan selanjutnya digunakan untuk parameter penentu kendali proses pengolahan air sungai menjadi air yang layak dikonsumsi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: sensor suhu, PH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO)

Abstract

The E-Learning System of Dr. Soetomo University in Surabaya provides academic services for hybrid learning, also known as E-Learning. This system has been running for a long time and has received many complaints from users, such as server downtime during exams, repeated material uploads, and service management issues. To support operational and incident management, an evaluation is needed to ensure the system runs smoothly and to determine the optimal quality of service. This study focuses on the ITIL V4 framework tailored to the needs and conditions by utilizing practices such as Incident Management, Monitoring and Event Management, Service Continuity Management, Service Desk Management, and Service Request Management. An analysis is conducted by distributing questionnaires to directly involved users, including lecturers, students, heads of study programs, and academic affairs sub-department heads. Based on the calculation results, the maturity level of the Unitomo E-Learning System is still at level 3 (Defined) with a score of 3.37. Recommendations include improving documentation, standardizing the assessment of system service quality, and providing good user training and support to enhance performance.Keywords: E-Learning; Information Technology Infrastructure Library V4 Framework; Service Evaluation AbstrakSistem E-Learning Universitas Dr. Soetomo Surabaya memiliki pelayanan akademik untuk pembelajaran hybrid atau disebut E-Learning. Sistem ini telah berjalan lama dan banyak keluhan yang diterima pengguna seperti permasalahan server down saat ujian, upload materi berulang, dan manajemen layanan. Untuk mendukung operasional sekaligus pengelolaan insiden layanan IT diperlukan evaluasi yang bertujuan memastikan sistem berjalan baik dan mengetahui kualitas layanan berjalan optimal. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada framework ITIL V4 menyesuiakan kebutuhan dan kondisi dengan menggunakan praktik Incident Management, Monitoring and Event Management, Service Continuity Management, Service Desk Managament, dan Service Request Management. Analisa dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengguna yang terlibat langsung dalam pengguna, yaitu Dosen, Mahasiswa, Kaprodi dan Kasubbag TU Akademik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maturity level sistem E-Learning Unitomo masih berada di level 3 (Defined) dengan nilai 3.37. Abstract

Sistem informasi kampus Universitas Dr. Soetomo mengelola data akademik mahasiswa antara lain kartu rencana studi, transkrip, ijazah, kuliah kerja nyata dan penilaian dosen. Saat ini, sistem informasi kampus dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Informasi dan Teknologi (IT) Universitas Dr. Soetomo dan digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk keperluan akademik selama mereka mengikuti kuliah. Karena keberadaannya sangat penting, maka perlu memastikan agar sistem informasi kampus tersebut harus dalam keadaan optimal. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan audit dengan cara mengukur tingkat kapabititas sistem informasi kampus Universitas Dr. Soetomo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengaudit sistem informasi kampus Universitas Dr. Soetomo untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas sistem dalam rangka mempercepat tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tahapan dimulai dari perencanaan, pengumpulan data, pengolahan dan analisis data. Analisis data digunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 pada domain deliver, service dan support (DSS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kapabilitas sistem berada pada level 1 dari level 3 yang diharapkan oleh manajemen. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pihak manajemen perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan pada standar operasional dan dokumentasi penanganan sistem.

Abstract

Kompor gas merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk memasak, yang bisa saja menyebabkan terjadinya kebakaran yang disebabkan banyaknya orang yang sering lupa mematikan kompor dan terkadang orang masih tidak tahu bahwa kompor masih dalam keadaan menyala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan notifikasi pada aplikasi telegram dan mendapatkan alarm suara dari buzzer ketika kompor dalam keadaan menyala. Metode penelitian dalam perancangan sistem ini mengacu pada model sistem deteksi api pada kompor gas dengan alat yang berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32. Pada penelitian ini komponen yang digunakan adalah  flame sensor dan buzzer. Hasil pada penelitian ini yang diperoleh adalah sistem dapat mendeteksi kompor dengan mengirimkan pesan notifikasi di aplikasi telegram secara berkala selama 5 menit sekali dan alarm suara pada secara berkala selama 5 menit sekali bahwa kompor sedang menyala. Sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu mendeteksi dan menghindari potensi terjadinya bahaya kebakaran.

Abstract

Computers have become one of the technological tools that play a crucial role in enhancing society's productivity. Therefore, many desktop computer users assemble their own computers to achieve computer performance according to their preferences or needs. However, some people lack information about the variations, specifications, and capabilities of each computer component to be assembled. This research offers a recommendation system that is part of a decision support system (DSS) to assist users in providing recommendations for computer components that are being sought and needed based on brand, price, and specifications using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Profile Matching methods. Parameters are based on the processor, motherboard, graphics card (VGA), storage, RAM, power supply, and casing with priority categories based on specifications, price, and brand. Data weighting is done using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, while the Profile Matching method is used for ranking the weighting results. The research results show an accuracy rate of 60% using the Profile Matching method, while the AHP method achieves an accuracy rate of 57%.

Abstract

Trichoderma sp. is a type of fungus that exists in the root zone of plants and is able to protect plants from disease. This biological agent is known to be able to overcome the attack of fusarium wilt which often attacks chili plants. Tuban Regency became a chili center area because in 2022 it managed to produce 36,528 tons of cayenne pepper and 6,760.98 tons of large chili. One of the sub-districts in Tuban Regency that has the highest chili production rate is Grabagan Sub-district with a production rate of 81.91%. The high rate of chili production, both cayenne pepper and large chili, is proportional to the increasing challenges of chili cultivation. This community service activity has the main objective of introducing biopesticides from the biological agent Trichoderma sp. to chili farmers in Grabagan District, Tuban Regency as a solution to chili wilt disease caused by the fungus Fusarium sp. Community Service activities initiated by the Faculty of Agriculture Lecturer Team of Sunan Bonang University Tuban have been carried out by involving 13 chili farmers in Grabagan District at the Grabagan District Extension and Food Security Center (BPKP). This activity contains counseling related to the propagation of Trichoderma sp. fungi in a simple way and sustainable agriculture with the concept of Back to Nature. The activity was complemented by hands-on practice of Trichoderma sp. fungi propagation using rice as a substrate. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the participants, it was found that 10 out of 13 chili farmers in Grabagan sub-district still depend on the use of synthetic pesticides. After receiving the counseling, 12 out of 13 chili farmers expressed their willingness to implement environmentally friendly agriculture by utilizing biological agents Trichoderma sp.

Abstract

The use of electronic cigarettes (vapes) is expected to be a healthier alternative to tobacco cigarettes. However, various studies have shown that electronic cigarettes also contain hazardous substances such as Benzene and Carbon Monoxide which damage lung health. Previous studies have studied methods for detecting hazardous gases in the lungs, but most of them use expensive devices and complex methods such as SPME–GC/MS which are not easily accessible to the public. This study aims to develop a portable, easy-to-use, and affordable, non-invasive and real-time hazardous gas detection device, especially for Carbon Monoxide and Benzene. This device uses an Arduino microcontroller board and MQ-7 and MQ-135 gas sensors to measure gas levels from users' breath. The results showed that 30 participants exceeded the safe limit of Benzene of 0.5 ppm and 17 participants exceeded the safe limit of Carbon Monoxide of 6 ppm, indicating the potential risk to lung health of electronic cigarette users. These findings can increase public awareness of the dangers of electronic cigarettes and encourage reduction or cessation of their use.
