Abstract

HU Kabar Priangan is a company engaged in the media sector that has a great responsibility in presenting information both in the form of newspapers and online articles and advertising services. This company has related problems in borrowing goods still using a semi-manual system using spreadsheets for managing goods, borrowing, and returning goods. Semi-manual recording using spreadsheets in a company has obstacles and weaknesses including can result in data errors, no history, and can lose information. The system that is run has not fully helped the work, because the need for effective and efficient data and can be needed (availability) has not been met. With these problems, this research will be designed and built a web-based goods lending information system that functions to facilitate the management of goods data. With the goods lending information system, the process of borrowing, returning, monitoring goods, and searching for the status of goods can be easily and quickly carried out. The system development method used in this study uses the Waterfall method, and for system design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based goods lending information system using the Laravel 9 framework and MySQL as a database that can facilitate the process of managing goods lending

Abstract

BMS MART is a company engaged in the sale of various herbs that have been listed in BPOM. The recording process and salary calculation applied by BMS MART are still manual and not modern, which uses handwriting methods and manual calculations. This takes a long time and is less efficient for employees and the owner. In solving this problem, the author designed a web-based employee payroll information system using laravel. In its design, the author uses PHP as its programming language with a MySQL database, using the Waterfall Method, and using the Laravel Framework. With the design that the author has made, it is hoped that the company BMS MART will gain convenience in the process of recording, calculating, and reporting employee payroll and become more efficient and faster

Abstract

An employee is someone who works or has worker status in an organization, company orgovernment agency. This individual has the responsibility to carry out the duties and obligations that havebeen determined by the rules and policies that apply in the workplace. Meanwhile, leave is a period of timewhere an employee is given permission not to come to work for a certain period of time. Providing leave is aprivilege given to employees as part of company policy or applicable employment regulations. The researchmethod used to create a web-based leave application system with research method that can be used is thesystem development method. This method involves steps such as requirements analysis, system design,implementation, testing, and evaluation. With research inti the development of a web based leave managementrecorded in a systematic and perfectly monitored manner in a database.

Abstract

This research proposes designing a website-based daily inspection application for IT devices to improve information technology management at the Tasikmalaya Islamic Hospital. The research method uses a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach which includes feasibility studies, planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, implementation and maintenance. In the analysis stage, user needs are identified and application features are described, while system design includes architecture, user interface, and database structure. Implementation involves the use of specific programming languages and frameworks with thorough testing focused on sustainability, security, and reliability. The application was tested and implemented at the Tasikmalaya Islamic Hospital, with test data analyzed with quantitatively method. Research ethics includes consent and data security. The research schedule is prepared in detail. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution in improving the management of hospital IT equipment and become a reference for similar research in the future

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah membawa kita kedalam era serba berkembang dengan pesat dan signifikan, terutama pada sektor proses bisnis dalam sebuah perusahaan. PT Sarana Kreasindo Teknologi, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelatihan TI dan penempatan kerja, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola data relasi mitra perusahaan. Data yang dikelola meliputi data perusahaan, data follow-up, dan data permintaan. Volume data yang besar dan terus bertambah menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pencarian data dan berpotensi terjadinya redundansi data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen relasi perusahaan berbasis web. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data. Dengan sistem yang terstruktur, data dapat diakses dan dicari dengan mudah, serta meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan input. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipilih adalah metode waterfall, karena dirasa cocok untuk menggali kebutuhan pengguna secara detail. Implementasi sistem informasi manajemen relasi perusahaan berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT Sarana Kreasindo Teknologi dalam mengelola data relasi mitra perusahaan secara lebih terorganisir, efisien, dan mudah diakses.

Abstract

Abstract. Village-level archive management is a crucial aspect of village government administration, aimed at ensuring order, transparency, and accountability in data storage. However, archive management in villages is still largely carried out manually, often leading to various issues such as inefficiency, difficulties in document retrieval, and the risk of data loss. Cihaurbeuti Village faces similar challenges, necessitating a digital-based solution to enhance the effectiveness of archive management. This study aims to develop a web-based archive management application specifically designed to meet the administrative needs of the village. The system development follows the Agile methodology to ensure flexibility and quick adaptation to user needs. A case study was conducted in Cihaurbeuti Village, with system testing performed using the Black Box Testing method to ensure optimal functionality. The research findings indicate that the application can accelerate archive retrieval, reduce the risk of document loss, and improve administrative transparency in the village. With this system, archive management becomes more structured and efficient, supporting a more modern village governance system. The implementation of this system is expected to serve as a model for developing similar applications in other villages facing similar archive management challenges.

Abstract

Abstract. In the rapidly evolving vehicle repair service industry, an effective management system is essential to enhance operational efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based management system using Laravel and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The system is designed to assist in transaction recording, service management, and automatic invoice generation. The RAD methodology enables flexible and iterative development tailored to user needs. Laravel was chosen for its capabilities in database management, security aspects, and scalability. The system's key features include an automated cashier, service management, and invoice creation and printing. Testing results indicate that this system improves transaction efficiency, provides more accurate financial reports, and minimizes recording errors. By implementing this system, vehicle repair businesses are expected to enhance competitiveness, accelerate service delivery, and offer a better customer experience. The adoption of information technology in workshop management serves as a strategic solution to meet the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Politeknik Kesehatan Tasikmalaya adalah institusi pendidikan tinggi yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Seiring dengan perkembangan informasi teknologi, pengelolaan arsip menjadi aspek yang semakin penting dalam berbagai instansi, termasuk di Politeknik Kesehatan Tasikmalaya. Saat ini pengelolaan arsip di Politeknik Kesehatan Tasikmalaya sudah dilakukan secara digital, namun masih ditemukan kendala dalam pencarian arsip fisik, serta kurangnya catatan mengenai lokasi penyimpanan arsip sehingga kesulitan dalam mencari arsip yang dibutuhkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan arsip, baik dari bidang penyimpanan maupun pencarian arsip. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi QR Code untuk memetakan dan memudahkan pencarian data arsip. Dengan menggunakan QR Code, setiap kotak arsip dapat diberi kode unik yang memuat informasi tentang data arsip, sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan arsip secara cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan dalam pengelolaan arsip. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada sistem pencarian manual yang memakan waktu, serta pemanfaatan teknologi QR Code yang dapat memverifikasi keberadaan arsip dengan lebih mudah.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip yang efektif penting untuk memastikan kemudahan akses dan keamanan dokumen. Rumah BUMN Tasikmalaya masih mengandalkan sistem manual dalam pengarsipan, sehingga berisiko mengalami kesalahan pencatatan, duplikasi data, serta kesulitan pencarian dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi e-Arsip berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) untuk pengembangan sistem yang bersifat iteratif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis PHP dan MySQL sebagai database, dengan fitur utama meliputi penyimpanan data UMKM, laporan UMKM, manajemen surat masuk dan surat keluar, serta pencarian dokumen digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem e-Arsip mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan, mempermudah akses dokumen, serta mengurangi risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan dokumen fisik. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung digitalisasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi di Rumah BUMN Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This qualitative case study evaluates the effectiveness of the IT-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) information system developed at PT Hifni Jaya Makmur (PT HJM), a medium-scale agricultural commodity company specializing in coffee and black pepper. The company faces challenges, including seasonal fluctuations in raw material supply and limited vehicle availability for deliveries. To address these issues, a digital SCM system was implemented, featuring key features such as demand forecasting using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, safety stock calculation, and delivery monitoring. The evaluation was conducted using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model, which involves six dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data were collected through triangulation of interviews, observations, and system documentation. Findings indicate that the system significantly improved procurement accuracy, reduced processing time, and enhanced delivery planning. However, further enhancements such as multi-period forecasting, automated vehicle scheduling, and integration with external data sources are recommended to increase the system's effectiveness.
