Abstract

BPPW JABAR (Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Jawa Barat) under the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Directorate General Cipta Karya, is a representative of the Central Government to support the Coordination function with the Regional Government, In the BPPW JABAR organizational structure, there is an Individual Consultant who is placed specifically to deal with obstacles experienced by the organization in the use of IT services, but in its application, there has never been an evaluation for any process of repairing the constraints experienced and documentation for the process of repairing IT service constraints, resulting in every obstacle never experienced repeated with the same case. That is because the number of people who handle IT problems is only 1 person and there is no IT work structure so that work is carried out based on continuous orders, if it continues to occur it will result in obstruction of existing business processes and processes, due to problem handling IT services are not completed quickly and precisely because of the limitations of people and lack of documentation for any problems that have been experienced and resolved. Not just repairing IT service constraints. In the BPPW JABAR organization the dependence on centralized data and secure data storage becomes a high need because every existing data is important and confidential data because it is related to planning data and the implementation of development in the field of Cipta Karya, so the need for an IT service for data storage centralized and can be shared specifically for the work environment of the BPPW JABAR organization and people who have access to the data. The steps taken are evaluating IT services in service operations to assess the level of readiness of the IT problem improvement process experienced by the organization while using IT services and to conduct a GAP analysis between the existing conditions of IT service improvement with the level of maturity expected by the organization in the process of improving IT services and design service strategy for related centralized data and can be shared.

Abstract

The design of the application for the application and approval of employee leave is very useful to simplify and speed up the process of filing for leave to be applied at PT. XXX and can help improve performance in the HRD (Human Resource Development) Section because nowadays technology is growing rapidly with website-based applications. It is also hoped that the studies that have been carried out can inspire readers. By using xampp, the CodeIgniter Framework that we need in designing this application which also includes employee data, leave requests, leave approvals and reports on submissions and approvals for taking leave. In addition, in the design and development of this application there is an engine twige method to assist the performance of making application designs to make it look more attractive. Application settings are carried out by the admin both in the process of data security and data confidentiality. All of these things are used to accommodate the necessary data and streamline the application.

Abstract

The design of random pickup scheduling application is very useful to simplify and speed up the process of making the picket schedule that will be applied to the IT BID Section in West Java Police because nowadays with the rapidly growing technology with the application of this website based hopefully can make the performance on the part of BID IT is increasing. Also through the studies that have been done in the hope can inspire the reader. By using xampp, the application packages that we need in designing a website-based app can work fine, as for the features contained in xampp like ¬apache web server, php, MySQL are available. Not only using xampp application package, but also equipped with CodeIgniter Framework that helps the writer's performance easier in designing and building applications that also includes attendant data, picket data, schedule data and graphics chart to see the implementation of picket every officer. In addition, in the design and construction of this application there are methods HMVC (Hierarchical Model View Controller) to help the performance of making the application to be more structured. Application settings performed by the admin both the process of data security and data confidentiality. All of these are used to hold the necessary data and smoothen the application. Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah membawa kita kedalam era serba berkembang dengan pesat dan signifikan, terutama pada sektor proses bisnis dalam sebuah perusahaan. PT Sarana Kreasindo Teknologi, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelatihan TI dan penempatan kerja, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola data relasi mitra perusahaan. Data yang dikelola meliputi data perusahaan, data follow-up, dan data permintaan. Volume data yang besar dan terus bertambah menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pencarian data dan berpotensi terjadinya redundansi data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan sistem informasi manajemen relasi perusahaan berbasis web. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data. Dengan sistem yang terstruktur, data dapat diakses dan dicari dengan mudah, serta meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan input. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipilih adalah metode waterfall, karena dirasa cocok untuk menggali kebutuhan pengguna secara detail. Implementasi sistem informasi manajemen relasi perusahaan berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT Sarana Kreasindo Teknologi dalam mengelola data relasi mitra perusahaan secara lebih terorganisir, efisien, dan mudah diakses.

Abstract

his community service program aims to empower youth in Tunjung Village through training in graphic design and branding using the Canva application. The training responds to the limited design skills among local youth, despite their basic knowledge of digital devices. In the digital era, the ability to produce visually appealing content is essential for promoting local products, supporting micro-enterprises, and enhancing community activities. The program was implemented using an Action Research (AR) approach, consisting of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ abilities to use Canva in designing various visual materials such as posters, banners, and logos. Despite several technical obstacles, such as limited device availability and unstable internet access, the training ran effectively. Final evaluations indicated positive responses from participants, who found the materials beneficial in enhancing their digital literacy and entrepreneurial potential. This initiative contributes to strengthening youth capacity in utilizing technology for productive and creative purposes.

Abstract

The digital era has brought fundamental changes in the management, storage, and transmission of data and information across various sectors, including government, industry, education, and daily life. The rapid development of information technology, such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data has enhanced efficiency and ease in data processing. However, on the other hand, this progress also opens gaps to various security threats that are becoming increasingly complex and sophisticated. Cyber attacks such as hacking, data theft, DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, phishing, malware, and ransomware have become a serious challenge in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and information. This research aims to provide comprehensive knowledge about various aspects of data and information security in the digital era, including protection techniques used to secure data from both internal and external threats. This activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which was conducted in MA Cimalaka, Sumedang Regency. The results indicate that participants have understood the importance of data security in facing various challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem analisis sentimen real-time untuk data media sosial dengan mengintegrasikan arsitektur edge computing dan Apache Kafka. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan big data, analisis opini publik dari platform media sosial menuntut pemrosesan data yang cepat, efisien, dan akurat. Sistem yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan perangkat edge untuk melakukan pre-processing data dan ekstraksi fitur secara lokal, yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi latensi dan beban jaringan sebelum data dikirim ke pusat analisis menggunakan Apache Kafka sebagai message broker. Metode ini dibandingkan dengan pendekatan berbasis cloud tradisional, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi analisis sentimen secara signifikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah penyediaan solusi yang dapat diskalakan dan dioperasikan secara real-time untuk pemantauan opini publik, yang berguna dalam berbagai sektor seperti pemasaran digital, pemantauan isu sosial, deteksi krisis, dan analisis tren sosial. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara edge computing dan Apache Kafka berhasil mempercepat proses analisis sentimen dengan peningkatan throughput yang signifikan dan penurunan latensi, tanpa mengorbankan akurasi analisis. Model analisis sentimen yang digunakan mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi pada data uji. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan terkait sinkronisasi data dan isu keamanan dalam sistem terdistribusi, yang dapat menjadi fokus penelitian lanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem analitik berbasis big data untuk aplikasi real-time di dunia nyata, serta membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja dan skalabilitas sistem ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan website desa di Desa Pahonjean. Fokus utama adalah pemeliharaan dan pembaruan website desa sebagai sarana utama dalam penyebaran informasi dan transparansi pemerintahan desa. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pembaruan tampilan website, optimalisasi fitur, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi desa melalui website berkontribusi terhadap kemudahan akses informasi oleh masyarakat dan meningkatkan interaksi antara pemerintah desa dan warga.

Abstract

Peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang media sosial dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai media informasi KaryalaksanaKKN2024, Ibun, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan KKN yang dirasakan perlu untuk diperkenalkan kepada pihak luar, Masyarakat Desa Karyalaksana belum terlalu mengenal lebih dalam tentang tiktok karena mereka belum terlalu mengikuti lifestyle saat ini terutama dibidang media sosial. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melihat beberapa referensi, diskusi dan melakukan proses produksi video tiktok. Diskusi yang disampaikan adalah materi isi produksi video tiktok. Proses produksi video dilakukan secara Bersama-sama dengan anggota kelompok KKN. Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN ini diharapkan banyak manfaat bagi desa karyalaksana dalam meningkatkan pemahaman media sosial tiktok.  Hasil video tiktok kegiatan KKN membuka pandangan citra positif mengenai kegiatan KKN di Desa Karyalaksana. Pentingnya media sosial dapat membantu dan mempermudah informasi kegiatan selama KKN berlangsung

Abstract

This qualitative case study evaluates the effectiveness of the IT-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) information system developed at PT Hifni Jaya Makmur (PT HJM), a medium-scale agricultural commodity company specializing in coffee and black pepper. The company faces challenges, including seasonal fluctuations in raw material supply and limited vehicle availability for deliveries. To address these issues, a digital SCM system was implemented, featuring key features such as demand forecasting using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, safety stock calculation, and delivery monitoring. The evaluation was conducted using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model, which involves six dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data were collected through triangulation of interviews, observations, and system documentation. Findings indicate that the system significantly improved procurement accuracy, reduced processing time, and enhanced delivery planning. However, further enhancements such as multi-period forecasting, automated vehicle scheduling, and integration with external data sources are recommended to increase the system's effectiveness.
