Abstract

Pancasila is the legal basis for all legal and constitutional resources in the country of Indonesia. All behavior in nationality will be governed in pancasila, especially in legal and political spheres. At present, a Indonesia tela has become an easy target for law-enforcement politicians. The law is blunt up and blunt down, can we see in the case of Jessica Wongso’s cyanide coffee. The case has been going on since 2016 - now, the final decision of the panel of judges remains a raging debate throughout Indonesia. The pancasila implementation in the case of Jessica Wongso’s is very correct with the item of 5, which is social justice for all people of Indonesia. Mirna's death was thought to have been caused by a cyanide contaminated coffee intake. Before the police put a suspect in the murder case, mass media, especially online media, together accused Jessica Wongso, as many of mirna's friends in gulping down the coffee, as the person responsible for mirna's death. In their news, without much verification and with great haste from the phase of inquiry, inquiry, to trial, some online media have judged Jessica’s, also called the trial by the press. Especially in Jessica's case, with the hope that in the future there will be no further negative effects from the giver.

Abstract

The roadway, as a shared public space, requires all users to develop awareness, tolerance, and adherence to traffic regulations. The response of online motorcycle taxi drivers to the stop tot tot wuk wuk movement represents a form of articulated tolerance awareness in road interactions, particularly within the socio-traffic context of Surabaya City. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observations. The analysis process utilized the Miles and Huberman model, while data validity was ensured through technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the stop tot tot wuk wuk movement is perceived by drivers as a critique of the improper use of sirens, which often generates psychological pressure, discomfort, and unequal relations among road users. Although online motorcycle taxi drivers frequently choose to yield for the sake of safety and traffic flow, they also experience ethical imbalance in the use of public road space. This phenomenon illustrates that tolerance on the road has not yet matured as a shared moral consciousness. Thus, the movement serves not only as an expression of social critique but also as a reflective moment to strengthen the values of tolerance and traffic ethics.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era requires educational institutions to produce students who are adaptive, creative, innovative, and capable of solving complex problems in response to technological advancement and societal needs. One approach that can support this goal is edupreneurship, which integrates entrepreneurial values into educational processes through contextual and meaningful learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the actualization of edupreneurship, school strategies in strengthening its implementation, and the challenges encountered at SMP Negeri 49 Surabaya. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that the Kokurikuler Jawara 49 (Jajanan Wirausaha 49) program and waste-processing activities into creative products successfully foster students’ independence, self-confidence, responsibility, environmental awareness, and creative and innovative thinking skills. Teachers play significant roles as facilitators, motivators, and mentors in supporting experiential learning activities. Furthermore, the utilization of local resources in entrepreneurial projects provides authentic learning experiences that enhance students’ twenty-first-century competencies. Despite these achievements, several challenges remain, including low self-confidence among some students, disparities in digital literacy, and limitations related to facilities, time allocation, and continuous guidance. The study concludes that project-based and experiential edupreneurship is an effective strategy for preparing students to face the challenges of the Society 5.0 era. The implementation of such programs contributes not only to entrepreneurial competence but also to character development and social responsibility. These findings offer practical implications for schools seeking to strengthen entrepreneurship education and create sustainable learning environments that support the development of future-ready generations.

Abstract

Amidst the growing challenge of rising voter abstention (Golput) in every General Election (Pemilu), Civic Education serves as a strategic subject in political education, particularly for first-time voters. This study employs a content analysis method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using the political education material for first-time voters as the unit of analysis. The material is sourced from the Civic Education textbook for Higher Education published by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) in 2016. The research findings reveal that: First, the Civic Education textbook for Higher Education contains one specific chapter that discusses elections. Second, the textbook generally emphasizes the importance of national identity and democracy, aligning with the students’ profile as learners. Third, specific and crucial issues in democracy-building—such as elections, the enrichment of technical election vocabulary, and discussions on corruption and other democratic problems need stronger emphasis in the future.
