Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to describe the two say two stray learning model towards analyzing the poem "Karangan Bunga" by Taufiq Ismail class x SMA Indah Medan. The method used in this study is an experimental method that is the two group design post-test method. The instrument used was an essay test or written test that analyzed the poem "Karangan bunga" by Taufiq Ismail. From the results of data processing the average experimental class was 76.87 with a standard deviation of 9.90, while the control class 56 with a standard deviation of 8.15. Thus it can be said that the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. After testing the hypothesis obtained tcount = 10.33 then consulted with a table at a significant level of 5% with dk = (n1 + n2) - 2 = (40 + 40-2) = 78, then obtained a significant level of 5% = 1.982 (with interpolation). Then compared between tcount with ttable obtained tcount> ttable 10.33> 1.982 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted namely stating that the two say two stray model can be applied to improve students' abilities in analyzing the poem "Karangan bunga" by Taufiq Ismail to class X SMA IT Indah Medan. Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran two say two stray terhadap menganalisis puisi “Karangan bunga” karya Taufiq Ismail kelas x smk PAB 3 Medan Estate. Model pembelajaran two stay to stray (TS-TS) dikembangkan oleh spencer kagan (1980). Model ini bisa digunakan dalam semua mata pelajaran dan untuk semua tingkatan usia peserta didik. Model TS-TS merupakan sistem pembelajaran kelompok dengan tujuan agar siswa dapat saling bekerja sama, bertanggung jawab, salaing membantu memecahkan masalah , dan saling mendorong satu sama lain untuk berprestasi. Metode ini juga melatih siswa untuk bersosialisasi dengan baik. Populasi adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 80 orang, sebagai total sampling sebanyak 80 orang dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu  kelompok kelas kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen yaitu metode two group design post-test. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah esay tes atau tes tertulis yaitu menganalisis puisi “karangan bunga” karya Taufiq Ismail. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 76,87 dengan standar deviasi 9,90, sedangkan kelas kontrol 56 dengan standar deviasi 8,15. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 10,33 selanjutnya dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan dk =( n1+n2) – 2 = (40+40 – 2) = 78, maka diperoleh taraf signifikan 5% = 1,982 (dengan interpolasi). Kemudian dibandingkan antara thitung dengan ttabel diperoleh thitung > ttabel 10,33 > 1,982 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yaitu menyatakan bahwa model two say two stray dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisis puisi “Karangan Bunga” karya Taufiq Ismail pada siswa kelas X SMK PAB 3 Medan Estate. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Two Say Two Stray (TS-TS), Menganalisis Puisi, Karangan Bunga

Abstract

The prospect of the textile and garment sector in Indonesia is predicted to continue to decline since the last few years. The purpose of this study is to predict financial difficulties in textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Enterprise Risk Management, and Labor Costs. The Financial Distress model used in this study is the Altman Z score. This research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study were 12 textile and garment sector companies with saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, the proportion of Enterprise Risk Management had no significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, and Labor Costs had a significant negative effect on predicting Financial Distress.

Abstract

Different marketing methods from store distributors (distros) to sell clothing (clothing) are exciting to use as research themes. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and supply chain on customer value impact on brand equity. The sample in this study is consumers (end-users) from distributions in the city of Bandung. The research method is quantitative research with an analysis method using path analysis. The study results show that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of social media and supply chain on customer value which has implications for brand equity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability and liquidity on dividendl policy in a study of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesian Stockl Exchange for the period (2019-2023). The method used in this research is the descriptive associative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly by studying documents related to research. Data is taken in the form of published data on thel official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The population in this studyl was 98 companies and the sample used was 11 companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period (2019-2023). The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive analysis, regression analysis with normality test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test, hypothesis testing using the t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Cette étude vise à décrire le niveau de politesse linguistique dans les commentaires accompagnant les publications de bandes dessinées sur le compte Instagram @Jokowi. La méthode de recherche utilisée est qualitative, avec une approche d'analyse de contenu, car l'objet de cette étude est constitué de documents écrits. Les données ont été recueillies à partir de plusieurs commentaires sur le compte Instagram @jokowi, en particulier ceux accompagnant les publications de bandes dessinées sur Instagram. Trois publications de caricatures ont été sélectionnées comme données, à savoir celles publiées le 16 octobre 2023 sur la Journée mondiale de l'alimentation, le 28 octobre 2023 sur la Journée du serment des jeunes et le 10 novembre 2023 sur la Journée des héros. Ces publications de caricatures ont généré des milliers de commentaires, mais les chercheurs ont limité les données aux commentaires grossiers et irrespectueux. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé que les fonctions de violation de la politesse linguistique présentes dans les commentaires sont les suivantes : exprimer et ironiser, qui se manifestent sous forme d'actes de langage assertifs ; conseiller, interdire et questionner, qui se manifestent sous forme d'actes de langage directifs ; et d'autres fonctions de violation, notamment les fonctions expressives qui comprennent critiquer, blâmer, insulter, se moquer, condamner, mépriser et espérer.

Abstract

The development of hardware and software technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Currently, companies are still experiencing difficulties in processing data and information. Spare parts that are not available when needed can hinder maintenance and repair plans. For this reason, controlling spare parts inventory in the Asia Jaya Motor workshop company is very necessary to maintain the quality of goods. Asia Jaya Motor Workshop is a business operating in the automotive sector, where this place cannot be separated from an accurate information system. However, data management still uses manual methods, seeing the problems that occur at the Asia Jaya Motor Karawang Workshop, very high accuracy, convenience and speed are needed. The aim of this research is to obtain an effective and efficient spare parts inventory analysis so that spare parts procurement and control plans can be accurate in supporting maintenance and repair programs. The data collection techniques for this research are library research and field research. So, the total cost of spare parts inventory in the 2011-2014 period according to the Economic Order Quantity method for each spare part has increased. The total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory according to the Economic Order Quantity method is lowest in the 2021 period and the total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory is the highest in the 2023 period.
