Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Inspectorate Office of Bantaeng Regency. The population and sample of this study were 50 employees of the Regional Inspectorate Office of Bantaeng Regency, using a saturated sample and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) HR competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t test value obtained by HR capabilities (X1) of 3.908 where the t test value> the t table value 1.30, (2) work motivation has a positive effect but not significant to employee performance, as evidenced by the t test value on motivation (X2) of 1.519, where the t test value> t table 1.30, (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the environmental t test value. Work (X3) of 3,465> t table value of 1.30, with a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05, (4) HR competence, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of f count of 39,724 with a significant value of 0,000, where the significant value the t table value is 1.30, and with a sig value of 0.000

Abstract

The objectives of this research for three years (2021-2023) are: Year I: (1) Mapping MSMEs in South Sulawesi which have prospects to become suppliers of large or export-oriented businesses, (2) Analyzing the effect of strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in sustaining South Sulawesi's economic growth; Year II: (1) Conducting guidance and education to MSMEs and coaching agencies at the levels provincial and district in strengthening and increasing competitiveness, (2) Reviewing and establishing strategies for strengthening and increasing MSMEs competitiveness; Year III: ( 1) Build a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and (6) Applying a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs so that unable to sustain the economic growth of South Sulawesi. Diladata collectionkukanthrough a survey with 120 respondents in four districts of the sample (Makassar, Pare-pare, Bantaeng and Bulukumba). Testing the hypothesis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the help of Software SPSSVersion 25. The results revealed that strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs had a positive and significant impact on supporting economic growth in South Sulawesi. For this reason, the goal of this research is to build a model of MSME competitiveness, it is important to realize it in the next research stage in 2022 and 2023. The implication of this research is to contribute ideas to the Government South Provincial Sulawesi in the form of a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, serta pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Penelitian dilakukan pada kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juli 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 60 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh human capital dan analisis) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Hotels Ibis Budget Cabang Makassar. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS untuk menguji pengaruh modal manusia dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Human Capital berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, artinya jika tingkat human capital meningkat maka kepuasan kerja karyawan juga akan meningkat. 2) Pemberian insentif berpengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, jika insentif ditingkatkan maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan meningkat, 3) Human capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, jika human capital meningkat maka kinerja karyawan meningkat , 4) Insentif tidak berpengaruh. signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya pegawai tidak mendapatkan pemerataan insentif yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja dan kinerja menurun, 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai, begitu pula sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Human Capital, Insentif, Kepuasan kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract               This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and analysis) on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees of PT Angkasa Pura Hotels, Ibis Budget Makassar Branch. The population and sample of this study amounted to 45 people, using saturated samples. This study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS to examine the effect of human capital and incentives on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results showed that: 1) Human Capital has a positive and significant direct effect on employee job satisfaction, meaning that if the level of human capital increases, employee job satisfaction will also increase. 2) The provision of incentives has a significant positive direct effect on employee job satisfaction, if the incentives are increased, employee job satisfaction will increase, 3) Human capital has a significant positive effect on employee performance, if human capital increases, employee performance increases, 4) Incentives have no effect. significant to employee performance, meaning that employees do not get an even distribution of incentives which can affect the level of job satisfaction and performance decreases, 5) Job satisfaction has a significant positive direct effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher job satisfaction, the higher the level of employee performance, and vice versa .Keywords: Human capital, Incentives, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

There are several things why Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students are not interested in entrepreneurship after graduation, including not taking risks, fear of failure, lack of capital and preferring to work as employess in other people. As a result, individuals think that entrepreneurship is something that is difficult to do and is more fun to work for companies or other people. This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Data collection is done through questionnaires. For the determination of respondents in this study conducted randomly. While determining the sample size of the population using Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis using tables and Likert scales. The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of the SMK Negeri Makassar students are in the positive category, seeing the total weight of the indicators is 7733 according to the interpretation of scores in Median-Quartiles III or 6000-8000.

Abstract

Era digital yang semakin maju saat ini, Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) telah menjadi elemen krusial dalam kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan bisnis, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran SIM dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis UMKM berbasis e-commerce. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. SIM adalah sistem yang esensial dalam mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menganalisis data untuk mendukung operasional sehari-hari serta strategi jangka panjang UMKM. Selain itu, SIM memudahkan manajemen dalam perencanaan, pengawasan, pengarahan, dan pendelegasian tugas kepada departemen-departemen yang terkait, serta membantu memberikan arahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Manfaat e-commerce bagi UMKM meliputi: a) Penghematan waktu; b) Akses pembeli lintas wilayah; c) Peningkatan eksposur pasar; d) Peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan; e) Peningkatan manajemen pemasok; f) Pengurangan biaya operasional; g) Pemendekan waktu produksi; dan h) Kemudahan dalam pembayaran online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM memberikan kerangka kerja yang krusial bagi UMKM untuk merespons dinamika pasar e-commerce dengan lebih adaptif dan mengambil keputusan yang lebih informasional. Implikasi penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya adopsi teknologi informasi yang tepat dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan UMKM di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model peningkatan kinerja karyawan serta mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan mengeksplorasi pengaruh signifikan efektivitas kepemimpinan, keterikatan kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 110 responden, dianalisis menggunakan Path Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan kerja dan etos kerja. Kedua variabel ini terbukti mampu bertindak sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Secara teoritis, temuan ini memperkaya literatur dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan panduan strategis bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pendekatan terintegrasi yang menggabungkan efektivitas kepemimpinan, keterikatan kerja, dan etos kerja karyawan.
