Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource competence, motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Inspectorate Office of Bantaeng Regency. The population and sample of this study were 50 employees of the Regional Inspectorate Office of Bantaeng Regency, using a saturated sample and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) HR competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t test value obtained by HR capabilities (X1) of 3.908 where the t test value> the t table value 1.30, (2) work motivation has a positive effect but not significant to employee performance, as evidenced by the t test value on motivation (X2) of 1.519, where the t test value> t table 1.30, (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the environmental t test value. Work (X3) of 3,465> t table value of 1.30, with a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05, (4) HR competence, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, as evidenced by the results of f count of 39,724 with a significant value of 0,000, where the significant value the t table value is 1.30, and with a sig value of 0.000

Abstract

The objectives of this research for three years (2021-2023) are: Year I: (1) Mapping MSMEs in South Sulawesi which have prospects to become suppliers of large or export-oriented businesses, (2) Analyzing the effect of strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in sustaining South Sulawesi's economic growth; Year II: (1) Conducting guidance and education to MSMEs and coaching agencies at the levels provincial and district in strengthening and increasing competitiveness, (2) Reviewing and establishing strategies for strengthening and increasing MSMEs competitiveness; Year III: ( 1) Build a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and (6) Applying a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs so that unable to sustain the economic growth of South Sulawesi. Diladata collectionkukanthrough a survey with 120 respondents in four districts of the sample (Makassar, Pare-pare, Bantaeng and Bulukumba). Testing the hypothesis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the help of Software SPSSVersion 25. The results revealed that strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs had a positive and significant impact on supporting economic growth in South Sulawesi. For this reason, the goal of this research is to build a model of MSME competitiveness, it is important to realize it in the next research stage in 2022 and 2023. The implication of this research is to contribute ideas to the Government South Provincial Sulawesi in the form of a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja dosen melalui mediasi proses pembelajaran di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, sebanyak 100 orang. Menggunakan teknik sampel Jenuh, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Kompetensi dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Kompetensi, sarana prasarana dan proses belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses belajar di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar, Sarana prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses belajar di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros, 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros, 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey lapangan dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumen pendukung. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. teknik yang digunakan untuk menetukan sampel adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Data dianalisis dengan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara sendiri-sendiri atau parsial, bahwa faktor Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh secara bermakna atau signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawaiDinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros 2) Secara parsial, tiga faktor atau variabel yang menjadi analisis penelitian yaitu faktor Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh bermakna dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Maros, 3) Dari ketiga faktor tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya adalah Budaya Organisasi, kemudian disusul oleh Kompetensi diposisi kedua, dan terakhir adalahlingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan melalui kinerja guru pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path) dengan populasi sebanyak 176 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 yang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Dari hasil analisis jalur 1 komitmen organisasi dan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terahdap kinerja guru pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t tabel variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 2,836 dan variabel manajemen berbasis sekolah sebesar 10,099. Dari hasil analisis jalur 2 dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung variabel komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru masing-masing sebesar 2,244, 8,153 dan 6,475. Sedangkan hasil analisis koefisien r2 pada anailsis jalur 1 sebesar 0,529, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi atau sumbangan pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi dan manajemen berbasis sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 52,9% sedangkan sisanya 47,1% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel- variabel lain. Pada hasil analisis koefisien r2 pada analisis jalur 2 sebesar 0,540 yang artinya kontribusi pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 54% dan sisanya 46% adalah pengaruh dari variabel lain. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Adapun saran yang diberikan yaitu diharapkan sekolah mampu menata manajemen kesiswaan yang lebih baik lagi untuk meningkatkan mutu siswa.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can expand employment and provide economic contribution to economic development, and increase public incomes as well as boost economic growth. Thus, they play a role in achieving national economic stability. However, the quality of human resources in SMEs still low, as well as advanced production techniques, low innovation, and lower banking access. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the knowledge, skills, and abilities of entrepreneurship of human resource of SMEs towards the performance of SMEs in South  Sulawesi. The population study was all SMEs in South Sulawesi by clustering at four cities: Makassar, Pare-Pare, Takalar, and Bulukumba totaled 680,610 business units with 3,403,150 workers. The purposive sampling and random sampling of 160 respondents was employed and the analysis was by using multiple linear regressions. It shows that knowledge of entrepreneurship has positive but not significant influence towards the performance of SMEs. Entrepreneurial Skills and competence both have positive and significant influence towards the performance of SMEs because they were able to manage the business, although not evenly.  Entrepreneurship ability more dominantly affects the performance of SMEs due to the volume of business or sales began to increase, with net profit rising.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of human capital strategy in go-public manufactur-ing companies, examining the several effects of variables, and also the effect of interven-ing variables on the development of human capital. The population consists of 151 go-public manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The purposive sampling method was used and 12 companies were taken in which 10 of respondents from each company consisting of managers and staff, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It shows that the first, the external environment has positive and significant effect on the planning and management of human resources, education and training, and the development of human capital, but has no significant effect on improving employees, employee performance and recognition, and employee satisfaction. Second, the internal environment has a positive and significant impact on the planning and management of human resources, employee improvement, education and training, employee performance and recognition, employee satisfaction, and the development of human capital. Third, planning and human resource management, employee improve-ment, education and training, employee performance and recognition, and employee satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on the development of human capital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine  the role of innovative behavior and self-efficacy as a mediator of the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of teachers of the State Vocational School of Manokwari Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 189 respondents, data collection using questionnaires and using SEM-AMOS analysis. The test results showed: 1) competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, 2) competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, 3) competence had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, while work discipline had no positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 4) innovative behavior and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance,  5) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through innovative behavior, 6) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance through self-efficacy. This study concludes that fostering innovative behavior and self-efficacy is essential to improving teacher performance, particularly in challenging educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Risk Management Mediation and Network Capabilities, the relationship with Human Capital, Dynamic Capabilities and Business Performance in SOE Banking in Manokwari, West Papua Province. The sample of this study is  206 respondents from state-owned banking employees in Manokwari, West Papua. The research data was obtained from filling out questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-AMOS analysis. The results of the study showed: (1) Human capital and dynamic ability have a positive and significant effect on risk management and network capability; (2) Human capital does not have a significant effect on business performance; (3) Dynamic capabilities have a significant effect on business performance; (4) Risk management and network capabilities have a significant effect on business performance; 5) Human capital does not have a significant effect on business performance through risk management; (6) Human capital and dynamic capabilities have a significant effect on business performance through network capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of individual characteristics, leadership, and performance of lecturers in Papua and West Papua, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the Indonesian Higher Education Quality Assurance System (SPMI) acting as mediating variables. A quantitative approach was used for this research, with a sample size of 210 lecturers drawn from a population of 1,176 private university lecturers in these regions. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The findings reveal that individual characteristics and leadership both have a positive and significant effect on OCB and SPMI. Furthermore, individual characteristics do not directly affect lecturer performance, whereas leadership has a significant positive impact on performance. OCB and SPMI were also found to positively influence lecturer performance. Additionally, individual characteristics and leadership were shown to affect lecturer performance indirectly through OCB and SPMI. These results provide insights into the factors that contribute to improving lecturer performance, emphasizing the critical roles of leadership and the mediating effects of OCB and SPMI.
