Abstract

One of the challenges faced by BPJS Kesehatan in implementing the JKN program is that there are still many JKN participants who are in arrears in paying their monthly JKN contributions. Community service activities aim to increase community compliance in paying National Health Insurance contributions, increase public knowledge about the importance of paying JKN contributions on time, and increase public understanding of the mechanisms and procedures for paying JKN contributions and paying JKN fines. The implementation method is carried out by applying pre-test, socialization, mentoring, question and answer and post-test. The target of the activity is 59 community members who are in arrears in paying JKN contributions in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. Community service activities have a positive impact on the community in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The implementation of socialization and mentoring activities is able to increase public knowledge about the JKN program and increase public awareness to pay JKN contributions on time.

Abstract

In Tirtomoyo Village there are still many residents who do not know about the JKN program, as evidenced by the results of a preliminary survey conducted by researchers of 25 people, 21 people did not know about the JKN program and 4 others already knew about the program. This study aimed to determine the knowledge level of PKK women participating in JKN-KIS before and after giving educational videos about JKN in Tirtomoyo Village. The object of this study was 30 respondents from members of the PKK participating in JKN-KIS. Data collection techniques by filling out the PreTest PostTest questionnaire. The results of the research value (P-Value 0.000) mean that there is a difference in the knowledge of PKK women participating in JKN-KIS about the JKN program in Tirtomoyo Village before and after being given the educational video. The conclusion from this study is that providing educational videos on the knowledge of PKK women participating in JKN-KIS about the JKN program in Tirtomoyo Village has an effect.

Abstract

The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is an effort to improve the quality of life for chronic disease sufferers through regular health monitoring and proper management. However, the level of adherence of Prolanis participants to follow the program remains a major challenge. One way to improve participant adherence is by involving health cadres who act as a link between participants and healthcare facilities. This Community Service activity aims to implement education and training for health cadres to increase participant adherence in following Prolanis. The results of the Community Service activity show an increase in cadres' knowledge about Prolanis and their skills in communicating with participants. In addition, cadres were educated to carry out measurements of height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), as well as blood sugar and blood pressure measurements. It can be concluded that training health cadres plays an important role in improving Prolanis participants' adherence, and this activity is expected to support the success of Prolanis implementation.

Abstract

JKN is a programme in the form of health protection so that participants can get the benefits of health care and protection provided to everyone who has paid contributions or whose contributions have been paid by the government. The increasing number of PBPU participants isn’t followed with level of compliance in paying contribution. One of the causes of deficit in BPJS Kesehatan is the level of compliance of PBPU participants in Indonesia in paying contribution only reached 59%. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and the compliance level of PBPU Participants in Paying JKN Contribution in Tumpang. Method: Research design of this study is quantitative analytic study with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling method on 100 samples with the following criteria: JKN PBPU participants in Tumpang, aged 15 - 64 years, and willing to become respondents. Results: As much as 70% of the total respondents have good knowledge and 30% respondents have less knowledge. Meanwhile the level of compliance is 55% obeyed the JKN contribution and 45% did not comply with the JKN contribution. Conclusions: The results of statistical tests using Chi-Square showed that the P-Value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05. So that statistically there is a relationship between knowledge and the compliance level of PBPU Participants in Paying JKN Contribution in Tumpang. BPJS Kesehatan is expected to increase socialization related to the JKN program and for further researchers it is recommended to add other variables that will affect the compliance level of PBPU Participants in Paying JKN Contribution.

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan terus berupaya memperluas cakupan kepesertaan agar dapat menjangkau seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan BPJS Kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan adalah melalui penyediaan teknologi sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk mengakses dan mendapatkan pelayanan. Meskipun demikian, masih banyak masyarakat yang datang langsung dan antri ke Kantor Cabang BPJS Kesehatan Jombang daripada menggunakan Aplikasi Mobile JKN untuk memperoleh pelayanan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai aplikasi mobile JKN. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pemberian sosialisasi dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait aplikasi mobile JKN. Diperlukan pelaksanaan kegiatan sejenis secara periodik agar masyarakat mendapatkan literasi yang baik terkait aplikasi Mobile JKN.
