Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still many students who have no attachment to school and are not active in the learning process, which means that the level of student engagement is still low. This condition shows that schools have not succeeded in optimizing educational goals, so students feel bored, their interest in learning decreases, and often do not participate in learning at school, some even leave school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self-regulated learning to student engagement in students of State Senior High School 1 Surakarta. The research method is quantitative with stratified random sampling technique. The measurement tools used in this study were the self-regulated learning scale and the student engagement scale, and the data were analyzed using simple regression. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value was r = 0.863, p = < 0.01 (p < 0.05). This indicates that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and student engagement at State Senior High School 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Speech Delay in Children Requires Complete Parent Attachment to Catch Up on Developmental Gaps. Many fathers have not yet understood the importance of this role, which can impact the child's social development, cognitive skills, abilities, and self-confidence. This research aims to explore father attachment dynamics in families with children experiencing speech delay. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research involved four father participants with children aged 3-6 years experiencing speech delays. Data was collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results revealed five primary themes: the complexity of speech delay, child development, paternal involvement, family support, and paternal deprivation. The research findings demonstrate that children with speech delays require comprehensive parent attachment. Father attachment is formed through consistent involvement that emphasizes interpersonal communication, openness, and speech stimulation in daily activities. Family support motivates fathers to build attachment by meeting the child's emotional needs. Conversely, paternal deprivation causes child alienation and delays in language development and other aspects. This research highlights the urgency for fathers to establish attachment with children experiencing speech delays to ensure optimal development.Keterlambatan bicara pada anak memerlukan parent attachment utuh untuk mengejar ketertinggalan perkembangan. Banyak ayah belum memahami pentingnya peran ini, yang dapat berdampak pada perkembangan sosial, kognitif, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dinamika father attachment pada keluarga dengan anak yang mengalami keterlambatan bicara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian melibatkan empat partisipan ayah dengan anak keterlambatan bicara usia 3-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Hasil menunjukkan lima tema induk: kompleksitas keterlambatan bicara, perkembangan anak, paternal involvement, dukungan keluarga, dan paternal deprivation. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan, anak dengan keterlambatan bicara membutuhkan parent attachment utuh. Father attachment dibentuk melalui keterlibatan konsisten yang menekankan komunikasi interpersonal, keterbukaan, dan stimulasi bicara dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Dukungan keluarga memotivasi ayah membangun kelekatan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan emosional anak. Sebaliknya, paternal deprivation menyebabkan keterasingan anak dan lambatnya perkembangan bahasa serta aspek lainnya. Penelitian ini menekankan urgensi ayah untuk membangun kelekatan dengan anak keterlambatan bicara demi perkembangan optimal.

Abstract

Impostor Syndrome merupakan kondisi psikologis individu yang merasa pencapaian prestasi hanya sebuah keberuntungan dan takut terekspose sehingga dapat memicu kecemasan akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris bagaimana hubungan antara Achievement Goal Orientation dan Kecemasan Akademik pada siswa SMA dengan Impostor Syndrome. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling dan ditemukan 179 siswa mengalami Impostor Syndrome di SMA X Karanganyar. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Achievement Goal Orientation dan skala Kecemasan Akademik yang dikonstruksi menggunakan teori dari Ottens (1991) dan Elliot & McGregor (2001). Kedua alat ukur tersebut berada di rentang validitas 0.88-1.00 dan memiliki indeks daya beda > 0.30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika terdapat hubungan negatif antara kedua variabel dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -0.329 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan relatif lemah. Hal ini menggambarkan jika semakin tinggi Achievement Goal Orientation maka semakin rendah Kecemasan Akademik yang dirasakan siswa dengan Impostor Syndrome, dengan koefisien determinasi 10.8%. Selain itu uji homogenitas menunjukkan skor sig. 2-tailed 0.647 yang mengindikasikan jika tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara Achievement Goal Orientation dengan Kecemasan Akademik ditinjau dari jenis kelamin siswa SMA yang mengalami Impostor Syndrome. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa untuk menentukan arah orientasi tujuan prestasi mereka agar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya Kecemasan Akademik bagi siswa yang mengalami Impostor Syndrome.

Abstract

Employee engagement is the commitment of employees to perform corporate tasks to achieve their goals, this commitment is in the form of employee involvement in work duties involving work roles, physical, cognitive and emotional conditions. Employees with corporate engagement are usually tied to companies that are in government agencies, large companies that are still in government agencies. Meanwhile, many private companies have unique work systems such as the X psychology bureau, which operates in the field of service providers for psychological services, especially in the field of organizational industry. The X psychology bureau requires a high employee commitment to the company's performance system referring to the project as agreed with the client, so employees will have a flexible work system following the client's demands. This research aims to find out the dynamics of employee engagement in X's psychology bureau which makes employees willing to work for the company. This study used a qualitative method of phenomenology type, with three main subjects in depth and one significant tothers, data analysis in this study using the Interpretative Phenomenologic Analysis (IPA) method. The results of this study show employees have engagement in the company due to support, facilities provided by companies such as a positive working environment, development of employees' self-potential by providing projects according to employees' working styles and being able to prepare employees for career. This study was able to provide implications for subsequent research to be able to develop and explore the theme of engagement at a company's psychology bureau that has a unique work system referring to a project based on an agreement with the client.Employee engagement merupakan komitmen karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya, komitmen karyawan ini berupa keterlibatan karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas kerja yang melibatkan peran kerja, kondisi fisik, kognitif dan emosi. Karyawan yang memiliki engagement pada perusahaan biasanya terikat dengan perusahaan yang berada diinstansi pemerintah, perusahaan besar yang masih berada di instansi pemerintahan. Sementara itu banyak perusahaan swasta yang memiliki sistem kerja yang unik seperti pada biro psikologi X yang bergerak pada bidang penyedia jasa untuk layanan psikologi khususnya dalam bidang indutri organisasai. Biro psikologi X memerlukan komitmen karyawan yang tinggi untuk sistem kinerja perusahaan yang mengacu pada projek sesuai kesepakatan dengan klien, sehingga karyawan akan memiliki sistem kerja yang fleksibel mengikuti permintaan klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika employee engagement pada perusahaan biro psikologi X yang membuat karyawan bersedia bekerja diperusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis fenomenologi, dengan tiga subjek utama secara mendalam dan satu significant others, analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Interpretative Phenomenologic Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan karyawan memiliki engagement pada perusahaan karena terdapat dukungan, fasilitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan seperti lingkungan kerja yang positif, pengembangan potensi diri karyawan dengan memberikan projek sesuai dengan gaya bekerja karyawan serta mampu mempersiapkan karyawan untuk ke jenjang karier. Penelitian ini mampu memberikan implikasi kepada penelitian selanjutnya untuk mampu mengembangkan dan menggali tema engagement pada perusahaan biro psikologi yang memiliki sistem kerja yang unik mengacu pada projek berdasarkan kesepakatan dengan klien.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to determine the understanding and application of religious tolerance verses among boarding school high school students in the Soloraya area. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The findings show a positive understanding of religious tolerance verses in such schools. Students gain this understanding through formal and informal social guidance and interaction. They display tolerant behavior towards both Muslim and non-Muslim individuals. A variety of factors contribute to the development of tolerant attitudes, including student background, teacher understanding, effective classroom management, family roles, and harmonious relationships between school and family. Boarding schools such as MATIQ Isy Karima, Muhammadiyah Trensains, IT Al-Huda, Daarul Fath, Baitul Qur'an, and Al-Muayyad have implemented the values of tolerance through formal and informal activities. The article recommends concrete measures to increase tolerance among boarding school students, such as the implementation of a multicultural pesantren curriculum, visits by religious leaders, inclusive social activities, house of worship visits, and interfaith seminars
