Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rubber Quality Laboratory of PT. Batanghari Tembesi Jambi. Rubber Quality Laboratory PT. Batanghari Tembesi is a unit that functions to analyze the quality of rubber that has been processed. This research aims to create an E-Archive Information System to overcome archive management that occurs at the Rubber Quality Laboratory of PT. Batanghari Tembesi, where this company still uses paper for archiving, namely the data from the SIR analysis and the results of the Cross Check data are printed and then stored in cupboards and cardboard boxes, which can cause the data to be prone to loss, damage, and take a long time to search for the data. The waterfall model is used in developing this information system because the work flow is clearer and more sequential, so that the development process works more regularly and focused. Meanwhile, in designing this system, system modeling tools such as Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activy Diagrams were used.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Darul Arifin berperan sentral dalam membentuk generasi muda berlandaskan nilai-nilai agama dan akhlak yang kuat. Namun, proses pendaftaran santri baru mengalami kendala dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Metode konvensional yang masih digunakan, melibatkan pengisian formulir manual dan pengiriman dokumen lewat pos atau whatsapp, terbukti lambat, memakan waktu, dan rentan terhadap kesalahan administrasi. Dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi informasi, penerapan sistem pendaftaran online menjadi solusi potensial untuk menangani masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dalam proses pendaftaran santri baru di Pondok Pesantren Darul Arifin dan mengevaluasi manfaat serta potensi penggunaan sistem pendaftaran online. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi pendaftaran, mengurangi beban administratif, serta memberikan pengalaman lebih baik bagi calon santri dan pihak pondok pesantren. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberikan kesempatan untuk mengumpulkan data yang lebih komprehensif tentang asal-usul santri dan kebutuhan pendidikan mereka, mendukung perencanaan program pendidikan dan pertumbuhan pondok pesantren secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The community service activities carried out are community service activities funded by the Jambi Dinamika Bangsa Foundation. The implementation of this activity is carried out in the form of practicum and discussion to train training participants, namely Madu Mayeesha UMKM actors in terms of graphic design and Facebook Ads and Shopee Marketplace, to increase sales through digital marketing. This training uses the following methods: problem formulation stage, solution determination stage, settlement method, evaluation stage, and output. This training utilizes Graphic Design software such as: CorelDraw, Photoshop and Canva to create promotional designs or advertising materials for mayeesha honey products

Abstract

Processing scholarship data at MTS Al-Hidayah Kota Jambi takes a relatively long time in determining who is eligible to receive the scholarship and in recording student data there are often errors in inputting student identities so that a scholarship decision support system is needed using PHP programming languages and MySQL DBMS. The author develops the system using the waterfall method and uses the unified model language system model approach using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and flowchart documents. The results of the system can display student assessment data and the results of the calculation of scholarship awarding with the TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan algoritma Naive Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dalam klasifikasi email menggunakan fitur TF-IDF. Dataset terdiri atas 5.572 email yang diproses melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi model dengan validasi silang 5-fold. Metode evaluasi mencakup akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan ROC/AUC. Hasil menunjukkan Naive Bayes unggul dengan akurasi 98,38% dan AUC 0,98 dibandingkan KNN yang mencapai akurasi 92,47% dan AUC 0,82. Naive Bayes lebih stabil dalam recall pada kelas spam (89%), sementara KNN memiliki precision sempurna (100%) namun rendah recall (44%).
