Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelayanan Notaris-PPAT pelanggan Notaris-PPAT Bapak Joko Pranoto, SH, M.Kn. di kota tangerang selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas, yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert lima poin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai signifikansi variabel kepuasan konsumen (X1) sebesar .0052,012. (2) Nilai signifikansi variabel lokasi (X2) sebesar .016 < .05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,490 > 2,012 yang berarti variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. (3) Kepuasan pelanggan dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Jasa Notaris dan PPAT Tangerang Selatan Bapak Joko Pranoto, SH, M.Kn dengan nilai F sebesar 21,801 dan nilai signifikan sebesar .000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan Kantor Pelayanan Notaris dan PPAT Bapak Joko Pranoto, SH, Bapak Kn yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas indikator kepuasan pelanggan dan kinerja Notaris dan PPAT. lokasi kantor untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan Manajemen yang baik berorientasi pada ijazah. Kata Kunci : kepuasan pelanggan, lokasi, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective conflict management strategies in improving the performance of lecturers in higher education. Workplace conflicts often affect productivity, teaching quality, and job satisfaction among lecturers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines how strategies such as mediation, open communication, and collaboration can create a conducive working environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with lecturers and university leaders, as well as observations and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation. The results show that effective conflict management strategies can improve lecturer productivity, enhance the quality of peer interactions, and foster workplace innovation. Well-managed conflicts not only reduce tension but also increase job satisfaction and motivation.

Abstract

Paparan konten negatif seperti pornografi, perjudian, kekerasan, dan berita hoaks dapat berdampak buruk pada perkembangan mental dan moral siswa. Konten-konten tersebut tidak hanya mengganggu konsentrasi belajar tetapi juga berpotensi menyebabkan penurunan prestasi akademis dan memengaruhi perilaku sosial mereka. Pentingnya penerapan sistem filterisasi konten muncul sebagai solusi untuk membatasi akses siswa terhadap situs atau konten yang tidak sesuai, serta memastikan mereka hanya mengakses informasi yang relevan dan mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, filterisasi ini diharapkan tidak hanya melindungi siswa dari dampak negatif internet, tetapi juga meningkatkan literasi digital mereka, sehingga mereka dapat memahami dan menggunakan internet secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai literasi digital dan keamanan online bagi siswa SMP, dengan filterisasi konten sebagai langkah protektif terhadap konten negatif di internet. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui seminar dan lokakarya di SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan, menekankan kesadaran akan risiko internet dan memperkenalkan alat filterisasi. Hasil dari penerapan filterisasi konten kepada siswa/siswi SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan sikap positif siswa terhadap penggunaan internet yang aman. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan serupa di sekolah. Pembatasan konten-konten negatif internet tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab siswa/ siswi, melainkan tanggung jawab kita bersama. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah pun bertanggung jawab dengan kebijakan-kebijakan positif yang dibuat untuk menanggulangi menyebarnya konten-konten negatif internet.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving technology sector, the performance and sustainability of micro and small businesses hinge upon various factors, including technical expertise, market orientation, social capital, and innovation. Understanding the intricate interplay among these variables is crucial for devising effective strategies that foster growth and competitiveness within the industry. This research aims to explore the influence of technical expertise, market orientation, social capital, and innovation on the performance of micro and small businesses operating in the technology sector. Through empirical investigation and data analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) with a sample of 100 businesses, this study sheds light on the relationships among these key factors and their implications for business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi e-service quality yaitu site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal needs, dan efficiency terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi seluruh nasabah BSI yang menggunakan BSI Mobile di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form dengan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa reliability, user friendliness, dan efficiency berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile. Sedangkan site organization, responsiveness, dan personal needs tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Secara simultan, site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal needs, dan efficiency berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has transformed consumer shopping behavior; however, building consumer trust remains a major challenge, particularly in relation to product reviews and ratings. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews and ratings in shaping consumer trust on e-commerce platforms, with a specific focus on identifying key factors that influence consumers' decision-making processes. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzed 68 relevant articles published between 2015 and 2024. The findings reveal that review quality, volume, consistency, and reviewer credibility significantly influence consumer trust. Negative reviews tend to have a stronger impact than positive ones, while demographic and psychological factors moderate these effects. This study provides practical recommendations for e-commerce platforms to develop more transparent and credible review systems in order to enhance consumer trust.

Abstract

The alignment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology in marketing has revolutionized market segmentation and marketing strategies. This paper examines the factors that influence the relationship between the use of AI in market segmentation and marketing strategy, including data and resource availability, organizational readiness and corporate culture, and legal and ethical considerations. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis, this study identifies key hypotheses and discusses their implications for future research and practice. Despite challenges such as privacy concerns and ethical dilemmas, the integration of AI in marketing provides significant opportunities for enhanced customer experiences and better business performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan pajak di kalangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui sosialisasi Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Final. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pajak di kalangan UMKM, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman mengenai kebijakan perpajakan dan manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari insentif pajak. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini meliputi presentasi dan diskusi interaktif yang melibatkan para pelaku UMKM di lingkungan PT Danis Emran Gemilang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan minat UMKM untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas PPh Final. Para peserta menjadi lebih sadar akan kewajiban perpajakan mereka dan manfaat kontribusi pajak bagi pembangunan negara. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya dalam membangun budaya kepatuhan pajak di kalangan UMKM.
