Kulit merupakan lapisan jaringan terluar yang menutupi dan melindungi permukaan tubuh. Kulit yang tidak dijaga kebersihan dan kesehatannya rentan terinfeksi bakteri, virus dan jamur yang dapat merusak kulit serta menimbulkan penyakit seperti jerawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara membersihkan wajah dengan kejadian akne vulgaris pada mahasiswa kedokteran, Universitas Abulyatama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 mahasiswa pendidikan dokter angkatan 2022, Universitas Abulyatama, yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner mengenai perilaku membersihkan wajah dan foto wajah setiap responden. Mahasiswa yang sedang menderita penyakit kulit lain, sedang cuti akademik, atau tidak bersedia menjadi responden dieksklusi dari penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama sebulan yaitu pada bulan Mei tahun 2023. Hasil uji Chi-Square mendapatkan ρ-value = 0,000 (p<0,05), sehingga terdapat hubungan antara membersihkan wajah dengan kejadian akne vulgaris pada mahasiswa pendidikan dokter Universitas Abulyatama. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan pada institusi dan edukasi kepada mahasiswa khususnya tentang kejadian akne vulgaris.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pelaksanaan super tax deduction serta tantangan dan strategi dalam pelaksanaanya di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data berupa sumber data primer dan sekunder. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mplementasi kebijakan insentif super tax deduction yang diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 45 Tahun 2019 dan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan RepublikIndonesia Nomor 128 /PMK.010/2019 belum optimal. Kebijakan ini memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia melalui praktik kerja/pemagangan, agar terlaksana secara optimal dan efektif diperlukan penyederhanaan proses, peningkatan sosialisasi, dan pengawasan yang lebih baik. Diharapkan manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara merata di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Pelaksanaan kebijakan insentif super tax deduction dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman Wajib Pajak terhadap persyaratan administratif, keterbatasan kompetensi di sektor pendidikan, dan minimnya edukasi dari Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Selain itu, kurangnya penguasaan atas penggunaan aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS) serta dampak pandemi Covid-19 semakin memperumit pelaksanaan kebijakan ini. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan langkah-langkah seperti meningkatkan kegiatan sosialisasi, menyusun rencana pajak yang lebih terperinci, melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap regulasi perpajakan, serta menyediakan pelatihan yang sesuai bagi sektor industri dan pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan ini, perusahaan diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan manfaat insentif untuk mendukung efisiensi pajak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

The research background was the unavailability of an included science module based on a contextual approach. This research purposes to make an integrated science module based on a contextual approach to substance pressure material and its application in the life of class VIII SMP/MTs that have criteria in valid and practical. This research type was research and development (R&D). Product developed used model of uses 4-D which is modified into 3-D. The process taken were define, design, and develop. In the process of validation, the module was validated by 3 lecturers as validator, namely material expert validator, linguist, and design expert. The results of the integrated science module development are valid from the validation sheets results that have been assessed by each validator with an overall average of 87.41% with criteria in very valid. In the process of practical, the module was tested by 3 teachers and 26 students of class VIII MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Practicality results were obtained from practicality sheets (teacher and student response questionnaires) which got 86.90% practicality scores by teachers with very criteria in practical and 82.13% practicality by students with criteria in very practical. The conclusion of this research was to make an included science module based on a contextual approach to substance pressure and its application in the life of class VIII SMP/MTs which was valid and practical to be used in the integrated process of science learning.

The village of Sialangrampai, located in Kulim District, Pekanbaru City, is an area with strategic potential in agriculture, UMKM development, and Malay cultural preservation. However, UMKM in the region still face various obstacles, including irregularities in financial record-keeping, limited marketing access, and low utilization of digital technology. To address these issues, the MBKM FISIP Riau University Real Work Lecture Program (KUKERTA) was implemented for 50 days, from June 23 to August 12, 2025, with the main objectives of increasing UMKM capacity, digital literacy, creative education, and strengthening local culture. The program implementation methods included surveys and problem mapping, seminars, training, mentoring, and field activities. The results included the registration of 10 UMKM on Google Maps, improved product branding, financial literacy seminars attended by dozens of business owners, tutoring activities for 20 children, leadership training for 35 students, and Zapin dance training involving 30 children. In addition, this program also produced social initiatives in the form of providing trash bins, installing educational information boards, and social-religious activities. The impact of this program included increased digital skills among the community, increased awareness of business management among business owners, increased participation in education, and the preservation of Malay culture. With the active involvement of the community, this activity showed that the synergy between universities, communities, and the government plays an important role in realizing sustainable empowerment.

Indonesia, as a state governed by law, upholds the supremacy of legal justice, particularly in addressing criminal acts such as homicide. One prevalent form of crime against life is violence involving sharp objects, often resulting in stab or incised wounds to vital body parts such as the neck. This study employs a case report method and library research to examine the legal and medicolegal aspects of a murder case involving sharp force trauma. The analyzed case involves a male victim with severe open wounds on the neck, head, and arm caused by a sharp weapon. Postmortem examination revealed that the cause of death was massive bleeding due to the severance of major blood vessels in the neck. From a medicolegal perspective, the incident qualifies as a criminal offense under Article 338 of the Indonesian Criminal Code, which addresses homicide. This study highlights the critical role of forensic medicine in determining the cause of death and providing scientific evidence to support the legal process.
