Abstract

Dokumen pemohon paspor merupakan dokumen yang wajib diberikan oleh pemohon paspor kepada petugas imigrasi pada saat pengajuan pembuatan paspor. Kelengkapan dokumen pemohon paspor wajib untuk dilakukan pengecekan terlebih dahulu sebelum dilanjutkan pada proses selanjutnya. Peningkatan jumlah pemohon paspor setiap tahunnya, menjadi hambatan sekaligus tantangan tersendiri bagi petugas teknis dilapangan untuk melayani masyarakat dengan baik. Penelitian ini menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) dalam menentukan layak atau tidaknya dokumen pemohon paspor. Dalam metode SMARTER ini terdapat penentuan kriteria dan sub kriteria beserta bobotnya dengan menerapkan  Rank Order Centroid (ROC). Kemudian hasil akhir dari proses ROC akan memperoleh nilai utility dari masing-masing kriteria sehingga akan didapatkan perangkingan dari setiap alternatif. Sedangkan kelayakan dokumen yang dijadikan tolak ukur dari proses ini adalah sangat layak, kondisional, tidak layak atau ditangguhkan, dan sangat tidak layak, yang masing-masing memiliki bobot yang berbeda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan akan memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 80% antara hasil aktual dengan hasil dari metode SMARTER.

Abstract

Belajar adalah proses seseorang memperoleh pengetahuan, dari tidak bisa menjadi bisa. Belajar juga biasanya melibatkan antara dua individu yaitu pendidik dan peserta didik.Melalui pengalaman belajar yang telah dipersiapkan oleh pendidik di dalam nya ada proses melihat, mendengar,mengamati, dan memahami segala sesuatu yang ada di sekitar peserta didik.Dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Desain Web (User Experience) dimana dalam prakteknya pendidik mengaitkan antara materi dengan situasi di lapangan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Leraning membutuhkan media pembelajaran untuk dapat melakukan proses pembelajaran dengan baik. Media yang digunakan adalah media film berbasis animasi dimana mahasiswa mendapat gambaran tentang bagaimana riset dari User Experience dilakukan. Hasilnya setelah dilakukan pengujian secara statistik  ditemukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal walapun hasil uji t menunjukkan H0  diterima yang berarti peningkatan nilai mahasiswa secara kognitif tidak ada perbedaan pada nilai pretest dan postest yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya proses belajar yang dilakukan tidak secara langsung diakibatkan pandemi sehingga tugas pun tidak dikerjakan maksimal.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi desa berbasis web di Desa Sleman, Kecamatan Sliyeg, Kabupaten Indramayu. Di era Teknologi 4.0, integrasi teknologi digital menjadi krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleksitas infrastruktur IT dan meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di pasar global. Desa Sleman, sebagai bagian dari konteks pemerintahan lokal, menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen data administrasi desa yang masih dilakukan secara manual, membatasi aksesibilitas dan transparansi informasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menganalisis hambatan dan kebutuhan dalam pengelolaan data administrasi desa serta menerapkan sistem informasi administrasi desa berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan proyek ini mencakup survei mitra, penyesuaian sistem dengan kebutuhan desa, persiapan implementasi, dan evaluasi akhir. Dengan adanya sistem informasi administrasi desa yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat, admin, dan pegawai desa dalam pengajuan administrasi terutama surat dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di desa sleman.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMeningkatnya proses komputasi secara langsung berdampak pada tingginya tingkat emisi karbon dioksida (CO2). Untuk meminimalisir situasi tersebut, terdapat kampanye komputasi hijau yang berfokus pada penggunaan komputasi hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan. Langkah awal penerapan green computing perlu dimulai dari sektor pendidikan, dalam hal ini SMK, sebagai lembaga strategis yang tidak hanya sekedar teori namun juga praktek penerapan green computing. SMK Teladan Kertasemaya sebagai sekolah yang memiliki komitmen ramah lingkungan ingin menerapkan konsep tersebut dalam kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan dimana dua fokus utamanya adalah pengurangan kertas dengan menerapkan sistem informasi monitoring praktik kerja lapangan dimana proses absensi, pembuatan jurnal harian, laporan, keluhan, dan penilaian dapat menggunakan perangkat web dan mobile agar lebih efisien, proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode RAD yang dapat menghemat waktu dan menjamin kualitas sistem yang dikembangkan, serta penggunaan teknologi virtualisasi untuk server menggunakan VPS yang lebih hemat energi dan biaya, yang merupakan tujuan komputasi ramah lingkungan.Kata kunci: green computing, sistem informasi, Monitoring PKL, SMK Teladan KertasemayaABSTRACTIncreasing computing processes directly affects high levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. To minimize this situation, there is a green computing campaign that focuses on the use of energy-saving and environmentally friendly computing. The first step in implementing green computing needs to start in the education sector, in this case vocational schools, as strategic institutions to not just theory but practice green computing. Kertasemaya Teladan Vocational School, as a school that has a commitment to being environmentally friendly, wants to implement this concept in field work practice activities where the two main focuses are reducing paper by implementing a field work practice monitoring information system where the attendance process, making daily journals, reports, complaints, and assessments can be used. web and mobile devices so that they are more efficient, the development process is carried out using the RAD method, which can save time and guarantee the quality of the system being developed, as well as the use of virtualization technology for servers using VPS, which is more energy and cost-efficient, which is the goal of green computing.Keywords: green computing, information systems, fieldwork practices, monitoring, Kertasemaya Teladan Vocational School

Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector that supports the economy of many countries, especially in regions with fertile land and large agrarian communities. However, farmers often face challenges in marketing and selling their agricultural products. Limited access to broader markets and a lack of accurate information about market prices often make farmers reliant on intermediaries, who can suppress prices and reduce their income. Information and communication technology offers a solution through information systems that facilitate direct marketing. These systems enable farmers to sell their products directly to consumers or traders and access up-to-date market data, supporting better sales decisions and increasing efficiency and productivity. User interface (UI) design plays a crucial role in the success of these systems. An effective interface must be intuitive and easy to use for all users, including farmers, traders, and consumers with varying levels of technological understanding. Therefore, the design of the interface should consider ease of access and use for all user groups, including those less familiar with digital technology. This research aims to design a smart e-commerce interface for the sale of agricultural products using the Wireframing method. This method is expected to make the interface design process more systematic and efficient, as well as minimize the risk of failure.

Abstract

In minimarkets, the product is a staple that will be sold and bought. The products in this minimarket will determine the grouping of stock data at the Toba Store. Given this problem, it is necessary to create a new system using Rapidminer that can group stock data at Toko Toba, which was carried out at the Toko Toba Sedong minimarket and carried out in November 2021-January 2022. This k-means algorithm will not be affected by the order of objects which has been used.  In stock management that is carried out inaccurately and carelessly will cause very high and uneconomical storage costs, because there can be vacancies or excess goods and certain types of items. This study aims to group stock data using Rapidminer at Toba Stores into 2 clusters. The method that will be used in this research is using the K-Means Clustering method. This research is also strongly supported by 1 data mining tool, namely Rapidminer. Data mining on Rapidminer tools for cluster 0 there are 15 items and the data contained in it, for cluster 1 there are 9 data contained in it.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - In this modern era, technology is developing rapidly in various aspects of life, where technology that is already known for its effectiveness has also begun to be widely used both from the education sector, government, and in the trade sector. Endo Tani shop is a type of trading business that sells various types of agricultural fertilizers, which is located at Jl. Parakan - Trajaya Blok Rabu RT/RW 004/005 Parakan Leuwimunding Village. As for the problems that exist at the Endo Tani Store, the data processing of incoming goods and outgoing goods is still using a manual system, namely by writing in books or on paper that has been provided, the data search process becomes constrained and inefficient because they have to search first in the document. This is of course less effective and efficient, considering that paper bags can be damaged or lost, which allows inventory data to be lost. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to these problems, namely designing a computerized inventory system. In the process of collecting data with the aim of solving problems, the authors use primary data sources, namely (Observation and Interview). The software methodology used for development is the prototype method, this inventory system is built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and the data is stored in a MySQL database. The final result obtained in this study is an inventory application that is expected to help and facilitate shop owners in processing goods data, searching for goods, and being able to produce the information and reports needed quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

This community service initiative focuses on developing a web-based information system for village administration in Sleman Village, located in the Sliyeg District of Indramayu Regency. In the Technology 4.0 era, integrating digital technology is crucial to addressing the complexities of IT infrastructure and enhancing organizational competitiveness in the global arena. Sleman Village, within the local government framework, struggles with managing administrative data manually, which limits information accessibility and transparency. This community service aims to identify the obstacles and requirements in managing village administrative data and to implement a web-based administration information system. The project’s approach includes conducting partner surveys, customizing the system to meet the village’s needs, preparing for implementation, and conducting a final evaluation. By making the village administration information system accessible to the public, administrators, and village staff for administrative tasks, particularly letter submissions, the system results in a customizable design, collaboration with stakeholders, user-friendly features, phased training and assistance, and improved public accessibility.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an agriculture-based country, where the majority of its population works as farmers. The agricultural sector in Indonesia significantly contributes to supporting the national economy. Indramayu Regency, located in West Java Province, is famous as a national rice production center due to its major role in national rice production. However, many farmers are still disadvantaged due to the lengthy agricultural product marketing chain, which makes the marketing system inefficient. Farmers are limited to selling their produce only to local traders at lower prices. This situation needs improvement so that the agricultural products of the Indramayu community can be better enjoyed by both consumers and farmers. This research aims to develop an agricultural product sales information system by creating an e-commerce website. An e-commerce system can be an option for farmers, serving as a means for promotion, communication, and information delivery, while also reducing the distribution chain in agricultural product marketing. The development of marketing channels for agricultural products can influence the demand for production, thus encouraging increased production among farmers. Additionally, the prices offered to buyers are relatively cheaper, which can increase the sales of agricultural products and provide greater benefits to farmers.
