Abstract

Strategic efforts to maintain rice production, which is the staple food of the Indonesian people, must continue to be carried out, one of which is maintaining production in rice-producing areas such as Indramayu Regency is a step that must be prioritized. Knowing the prediction of the upcoming rice harvest is the right effort to make. Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic is a method that can be used as a calculation to make predictions, the selection of fuzzy Tsukamoto is due to its ability to predict with factors that have uncertainty such as rainfall, in addition, land area and harvest yields can also be used as variables to obtain predictions through fuzzy Tsukamoto. This study was conducted to implement fuzzy Tsukamoto for predicting rice harvest yields, where the results of the fuzzy Tsukamoto logic process that have been carried out produce six rules at the inference stage in the category of increasing or decreasing harvests, which are used as the basis for the defuzzification process to find the output value of the harvest. The calculation results are then applied in a website-based system using the Laravel framework and MySql DBMS so that they can be used to predict rice harvest yields. Based on the prediction process carried out through a system based on the fuzzy Tsukamoto method, out of 31 sub-districts, 16 sub-districts have the potential to experience a decline, and 15 sub-districts have experienced an increase in rice harvest production in Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

In the use of information systems and technology, risk is something that must be anticipated. Risks can arise from various things such as information security, fire, hardware damage, etc. that can disrupt the organization's business processes. With the possible emergence of risks in the use of information systems and technology, risk management is needed to facilitate the identification of possible occurrences of these risks. Risk management is the practice of identifying, assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah is a vocational high school that has 5 areas of expertise competence, namely culinary, beauty, fashion, industrial chemistry, and computer network engineering. SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah as an organization engaged in education has implemented online exam information technology. Of course, the application of information technology raises a problem. From these problems, risk management is needed to minimize risk by conducting a risk assessment. NIST 800-30 is a standard document developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. NIST 800-30 has two important stages, namely risk assessment and risk mitigation. This research will use the NIST SP 800-30 method as a method that will solve the existing problems. Therefore, a risk assessment was chosen using the NIST SP 800-30 method (Case Study: SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah)

Abstract

Kabupaten Indramayu, sebagai produsen ikan tertinggi di jawa barat memiliki implikasi degradasi sumber daya laut dan juga overfishing. penyebab utama hal tersebut belum optimal dan komprehensifnya pengolahan data pengolahan dalam pengendalian tangkapan. masalah lain pada sistem penjualan ikan masih didominasi mekanisme tradisional di tempat pelelangan ikan (TPI) yang kurang efisien. untuk mempercepat penjualan ikan yang tidak bisa bertahan lama banyak praktik penjualan diluar TPI yang ujungnya menekan harga dan mengurangi pendapatan, sehingga data penjualan tidak valid. untuk mengatasi hal tersebut penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam pengelolaan data tangkapan dan penjualan berbasis kebutuhan konsumsi. untuk mengetahui proses yang ada, tahapan diawali dengan menggambarkan proses bisnis, kemudian analisis dan perancangan sistem, sampai prototyping untuk gambaran sistem awal. dari sistem yang dikembangkan terdapat dua proses utama yaitu sistem pengelolaan data tangkapan yang dikelola petugas syahbandar dan dinas, serta sistem pelelangan yang dikelola admin TPI, dengan pengguna lain yaitu bakul sebagai pembeli dan yang melakukan proses penawaran serta dinas perikanan. dimana kedua sistem tersebut terintegrasi satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based information system to support the incubation of superior fishery product businesses in Indramayu Regency by integrating the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system (DSS) for collectors. The research is motivated by the limited market access faced by fish farmers in Indramayu and the dominance of intermediaries in the marketing chain, which reduces farmers' bargaining power. To address this issue, the system applies the SAW method to generate commodity recommendations based on several criteria, including price, production capacity, location, commodity type, and harvest time. The system was implemented as a web-based platform to facilitate digital interaction between collectors and fish farmers. System evaluation was conducted through functional testing and user satisfaction assessment. Black box testing on 53 system functions showed that all functions operated according to system requirements. In addition, a user satisfaction evaluation involving 12 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire resulted in an average score of 85.00%, which falls into the “very good” category. The results indicate that the integration of the SAW method can provide objective commodity recommendations and improve the efficiency of commodity search processes for collectors. Furthermore, the developed platform facilitates faster interaction between collectors and fish farmers and supports the expansion of digital marketing networks for superior fishery products. This study contributes to the development of digital decision support systems to strengthen the fisheries business ecosystem at the regional level.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar dari sektor perikanan, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena belum adanya sistem informasi terintegrasi yang mendukung pengelolaan rantai nilai perikanan secara digital. Permasalahan utama meliputi kurangnya digitalisasi data produksi dan distribusi, pemasaran yang belum berbasis teknologi, serta tidak adanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan SIPASTI (Sistem Informasi Inkubasi Bisnis Produk Perikanan Unggulan Berbasis Spasial dan DSS) sebagai solusi digital untuk mengintegrasikan data produksi, distribusi, pemasaran, serta pemetaan spasial dan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak waterfall yang mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, implementasi modul dengan framework Laravel dan basis data PostgreSQL/PostGIS, serta pengujian sistem oleh mitra. Inovasi utama dari sistem ini terletak pada integrasi modul-modul bisnis dengan pemetaan spasial dan DSS berbasis kriteria efisiensi dan keberlanjutan. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 12 responden yang telah menjawab 15 pertanyaan pada instrumen pengujian. Hasil pengujian secara keseluruhan tingkat kesiapan teknologi yang dibangun memperoleh skor pengujian 4,31 atau dapat di interpretasikan sangat sesuai.
