Abstract

Company XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of electronic goods in Purworejo. XYZ company was founded in around 1990 and is one of the oldest existing companies in Purworejo. Currently, it is known that the business processes in the xyz company are still carried out manually. Starting from the process of ordering goods, selling goods, and making reports is still done manually and this company has not used an Application or Information System. This makes it difficult for companies to recap expense reports every month and difficulty in finding data that is needed quickly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have an application or information system that can be used to facilitate the business processes of xyz companies. To facilitate the creation of applications or information systems, an architectural design is needed. In this study, the company's architectural design will use the TOGAF ADM Architecture, where TOGAF ADM has a framework that can be used to design, evaluate, and build the architecture of a company. The results of this study are in the form of an architectural design that can be used to support business processes and make a recap of expenditure reports at xyz companies.

Abstract

Procurement of goods in Indonesia continues to experience rapid growth. In 2022, the Indonesian government has allocated a budget of Rp. 2,714 trillion to fulfill government spending. Procurement of goods is almost carried out every month, to meet office needs and support operational facilities. Document storage is one of the important things in every company, however, until now there is no mobile application that can help archiving documents online. This is a problem where files are created and stored manually, so it is still difficult to find files and in transparating data. From the existing problems, there needs to be an innovation that can facilitate the process of managing and storing matching files. One of the innovations was carried out by designing a mobile application using the Design Thinking method. The Design Thinking method can be used to solve problems by rearranging problems into user perspectives that produce design ideas. The results of this study are in the form of a procurement mobile application design. It is hoped that the design and development of the mobile application will be able to provide convenience for Company XYZ in storing procurement documents. So that procurement can be done appropriately, effectively, efficiently, and the procurement documentation process can be carried out quickly.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan pribadi merupakan keterampilan penting dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern, terutama bagi kalangan muda seperti mahasiswa, guru, dan siswa sekolah menengah. Rendahnya literasi keuangan di Indonesia masih menjadi hambatan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat dan kebiasaan menabung. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kolaborasi Bank Jateng dan Institut Teknologi Bisnis dan Kesehatan Bhakti Putra Bangsa Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap konsep dasar perencanaan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 85% peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka, 78% peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai strategi pengelolaan pengeluaran dan menabung, dan 70% peserta minat untuk membuka tabungan di Bank Jateng. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan perubahan sikap positif terhadap perencanaan keuangan dan produk tabungan lokal. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara lembaga pendidikan dan perbankan daerah mampu meningkatkan literasi dan perencanaan keuangan masyarakat Purworejo.
