Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai lembaga pengembangan ilmu bertujuan melahirkan masyarakat berpengetahuan, berkeahlian, kompeten, dan terampil. Maka perguruan tinggi harus mampu memberikan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat dengan baik, salah satu upayanya adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja dosen dalam mewujudkan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perencanaan program peningkatan kinerja dosen STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh; 2) Strategi peningkatan kinerja dosen STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh; dan 3) Pengawasan dan evaluasi peningkatan kinerja dosen STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Subjek penelitian terdiri atas ketua dan pembantu ketua bidang akademik, ketua LP2M dan dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan peningkatan kinerja dosen yang dikembangkan antara lain; pengiriman tugas belajar, pengiriman short courses, penataran atau lokakarya dalam pembinaan dan kajian keilmuan yang relevan bagi dosen, program pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam menunjang kemampuan akademik; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan kinerja dosen, disesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun sebelumnya, pelaksanaan peningkatan kinerja dosen mengarah pada Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi; 3) Pengawasan yang dilaksanakan dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja dosen didasarkan atas kinerja tri dharma perguruan tinggi, penilaian administratif oleh pimpinan, dan penilaian-penilaian lainnya.

Abstract

Peran utama dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah adalah guru. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya tersebut guru dituntut untuk berusaha keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya. Kinerja guru dapat berkembang atau meningkat, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, dengan kepuasan guru yang meningkat maka guru akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan profesi dan mutunya Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat (t-hitung = 7,475 dan F-hitung sebesar 55,868).

Abstract

Rajinawati, Class management in improving student discipline at West Aceh District Public Elementary Schools. The aims of this research are 1) To find out the types of classroom management applied in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency 2) To find out how classroom management is applied in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in Cluster 1 Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. 3). To find out what obstacles schools face in implementing classroom management in improving student discipline in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, State Elementary School in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research is State Elementary Schools (SDN) in cluster 1, Aceh Regency District. The number of subjects in this research was 20 people consisting of class III teachers, school principals, and school supervisors and school committee members. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the data analysis concluded that the types of classroom management applied in improving student discipline at West Aceh Regency State Elementary Schools can generally be summarized into 4 (four) stages, namely the types of management planning, organization, actuating controlling. Specifically, the types of management referred to include time/discipline management, administrative management, management management, student management, collaborative management with parents/guardians, school committees, school residents and supervisory management. The implementation of classroom management in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in SDN Cluster 1 Meureubo District has been running according to the condition of the available facilities and infrastructure. The application of classroom management in improving students' learning discipline, namely entering class on time, doing assignments and collecting assignments given by the teacher on time, bringing notebooks according to the subject (schedule), and not talking to friends during lessons. If you look at the existing class management, the management at SDN Cluster 1 Meureubo District is quite optimal and quite good. Obstacles faced by schools in implementing classroom management to improve student discipline include violations of school rules, lack of student discipline, limited learning facilities, limited teacher resources who have not received training related to classroom management and other obstacles such as lack of parent participation in learning. children are still limited to discharging their responsibilities.

Abstract

Teacher job satisfaction is one of the factors that must be considered, if teachers feel satisfaction at work, it will create an atmosphere full of togetherness, having the same responsibilities, a good communication climate and also high work morale so that the goals of the organization or school can be achieved effectively. maximum. But on the other hand, if the teacher is not satisfied, it will create a stiff, boring atmosphere and low team spirit. Against the background of this phenomenon, this article discusses the results of quantitative research aimed at finding out the relationship between motivation, compensation and organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers at the Bireuen Regency State Vocational High School. By using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, which was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques, data analysis showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction of 0.432, compensation had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction of 0.287, organizational climate had a positive and significant effect. on teacher job satisfaction of 0.248 and motivation, compensation, organizational climate together have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction of 54.281. The conclusion obtained is that hypotheses one, two, three and four are accepted or rejected. Ha accepts Ho.

Abstract

Kinerja guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa serta mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang dicita-citakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial (1) kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru (2) motivasi terhadap kinerja guru (3) sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru 4) kompensasi, motivasi dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SD Negeri se Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey, populasi 155 guru, sampel 111 guru, teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling, berdasarkan ketentuan sampel oleh Slovin, teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner” skala likert” dan Teknik pengolahan data analasis jalur. Temuan penelitian secara parsial (1) pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,079; (2) pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,053; (3) pengaruh langsung sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,120; Temuan penelitian secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi, dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,24 sedangkan sisanya 0,76 ditentukan oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Produktivitas akademik sangat berarti disebabkan menjadi gambaran dari pencapaian kuantitas dan kualitas guru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang meliputi aspek pengajaran, penelitian kegiatan sosial dan penelitian ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial (1) budaya sekolah terhadap produktivitas akademik (2) kompetensi guru terhadap produktivitas akademik (3) motivasi terhadap produktivitas akademik 4) budaya sekolah, kompetensi guru dan motivasi secara bersama sama terhadap produktivitas akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SD Negeri se Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan survey, populasi 155 guru, sampel 111 guru, teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling, berdasarkan ketentuan sampel oleh Slovin, teknik pengumpulan data angket ”skala likert” dan Teknik pengolahan data analasis jalur. Temuan penelitian secara parsial (1) pengaruh langsung budaya sekolah terhadap produktivitas akademik sebesar 0,04; (2) pengaruh langsung kompetensi guru terhadap produktivitas akademik sebesar 0,05; (3) pengaruh langsung sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,02; Temuan penelitian secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi, dan sarana prasarana secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,11 sedangkan sisanya 0,89 ditentukan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the educational management problems that are being faced by several junior high schools in West Aceh Regency consisting of various types of problems that can be seen from school institutions, teaching staff and educational staff. The aim is to improve teacher human resources so that they can increase students' understanding. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Meulaboh and SMP Negeri 3 Meulaboh with the research subjects being the principal, deputy principal and teacher council. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using descriptive. Data collection from research subjects was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The principal's leadership style is to provide direction to follow the programs needed to improve teacher competency, control teachers, provide direction, protect teachers and provide sanctions if they violate. Meanwhile, the principal's strategy to improve teacher professional competence and teacher pedagogical competence is by placing teachers to participate in all teacher competency programs compulsorily. For supporting factors, there is support from programs from the department and government in improving teacher competency such as the MGMP program, education and training, and teacher training. This is different from the inhibiting factors where there are facilities and infrastructure and a lack of teacher motivation in improving competence.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to understand the management of teaching factory learning which includes planning, implementation and evaluation in realizing an entrepreneurial spirit for students; (2) knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors and their solutions; (3) knowing the results of teaching factory learning management in realizing students' entrepreneurial spirit. This research is qualitative research whose data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are (1) teaching factory learning management can be seen in planning that has been carried out well, organization that is structured and carried out well, implementation according to industry standards, evaluation of learning achievement analysis; (2) the supporting factors in teaching factory learning are infrastructure according to industry standards and competent teachers, the inhibiting factors are the planning time not matching the implementation, and there are not many industries collaborating to carry out teaching factory learning, while the solution is to make a schedule block and increase cooperation with related industries; (3) the results of the teaching factory learning management show that the teaching factory learning management is running well and can realize the entrepreneurial spirit of students.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the relationship between the managerial abilities of school principals and the commitment of State Middle School teachers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency (2) To determine the relationship between work stress and the commitment of State Middle School teachers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency (3) To determine the relationship work ethic towards the commitment of State Middle School teachers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. (4) To determine the relationship between school principals' managerial abilities, stress and work ethic on the commitment of State Middle School teachers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, a quantitative descriptive approach. This research is a population study that uses a research sample of 83 people, the sampling technique is total sampling. Likert scale questionnaire data collection techniques and data processing techniques for multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research findings obtained (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the managerial ability of school principals and teacher commitment with a significant value of 0.001. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between stress and teacher commitment with a significant value of 0.0031. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between work ethic and teacher commitment with a significant value of 0.0001. Research findings simultaneously showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the managerial ability of school principals, stress and work ethic on the commitment of State Middle School teachers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency with a significant value of 0.0000. The findings of this research have practical implications, namely providing awareness and input to related agencies and teachers, that in these agencies there is a problem that will affect various aspects therein, such as ineffective learning processes, lack of teacher commitment to the school, and so on. -other. From these problems, agencies can provide solutions to problems that occur in their agencies. It is hoped that suggestions to schools through this research can become a reference in making various policies in school principal management and decisions so that they can reduce teacher work stress in the school and improve the teacher's work ethic well, thus having an impact on increasing teacher commitment in the school.
