Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Experience and Brand Awareness on Brand Loyalty in users of Samsung brand smartphone products in Pelang village, Kembangbahu subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. Analysis of the data that has been collected for this research will be processed using quantitative methods. The population in this study were residents of Pelang village, Kembangbahu subdistrict, Lamongan district, users of Samsung brand smartphone products aged over 17 years. In this research, researchers used data collection techniques using a Non-Probability Sampling system with Purposive Sampling Technique (Sample with Certain Criteria). The sample used in this research was 106 respondents. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination, previously the results of the questionnaire data were tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded from the two independent variables studied that Brand Experience and Brand Awareness have a partially significant influence on Brand Loyalty. This relationship produces the Multiple Linear Regression equation as follows: Y = 5.913 + 0.257X1 + 0.492X2 + e From calculations using Multiple Linear Regression and a significance level of 5% or 0.05, the calculated F value is 163.301 > from the F table of 3.08 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that in this research the Brand Experience (X1) and Brand Awareness (X2) variables simultaneously and significantly influence the Brand Loyalty variable (Y).

Abstract

As times change, corporate players must broaden the marketing network for the goods they manufacture. One of them is the presence of e-commerce, which is growing more and more common as marketplace services become more accessible. encouraging corporate players to focus more on the visual appeal of their products, such as by using packaging that appeals to consumers, in addition to their quality. The ease of transaction services, which eliminate the need for in-person meetings, is next. Another strategy that works well to draw in customers is offering discounts as part of a campaign. At the Jamila cracker production facility, this activity offers e-commerce training together with socialisation. execution of the strategies created during counselling for the creation of Shopee accounts for online sales. The issue that partners are facing is that social media is not being used to its full potential as a marketing and sales tool. The service implementation team suggested alternate alternatives, such as hosting Shopee e-commerce outreach and training for Jamila cracker product sales, to address these partner issues and promote Jamila cracker product sales.

Abstract

Kegiatan mencuci tangan secara rutin merupakan protokol kesehatan 5M pertama dan diyakini efektif mencegah penularan sebuah penyakit. Karena mobilitas dan aktivitasnya yang tinggi, banyak orang lalai untuk selalu membawa sabun saat bepergian. Untuk itu lahirlah sebuah inovasi sederhana untuk penggunaan sabun ini. Artinya, dengan adanya sabun kertas, diyakini sabun kertas ini lebih praktis dan mudah dibawa. Diformulasikan dengan bahan-bahan alami yang tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Selanjutnya dengan memadukan bahan-bahan alami tersebut menjadi formulasi sabun yang berasal dari lmbah kertas yang diharapkan dapat memberikan keharuman dan antibakteri. Dari segi kepraktisan, sabun kertas tidak hanya mudah dibawa, tetapi juga mengurangi resiko sabun tumpah saat Anda membawanya kemana-mana. Karena kita tahu bahwa sabun cair memiliki kecenderungan untuk bocor keluar dari wadahnya dan sabun tersebut bisa bocor dan menyebabkan kerugian. Sabun kertas ini hemat karena Anda hanya membutuhkan satu botol sabun kertas saat ingin mencuci tangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan paper soap. Tujuan Tim Pelaksana Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memandang perlu untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat tentang cara pembuatan sabun kertas. Selain itu, sabun kertas juga bisa digunakan sendiri sebagai lahan bisnis dan tambahan pendapatan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

BlessCoco adalah perusahaan yang berlokasi di Lamongan dan mengkhususkan diri dalam pengolahan limbah tempurung kelapa menjadi cocofiber dan cocopeat. Mereka mengubah limbah tempurung kelapa yang sebelumnya dianggap tidak bernilai menjadi produk yang bermanfaat dengan nilai tambah tinggi. Proses produksi melibatkan tahap pemecahan, pengayakan, pencucian, pengeringan, dan pemrosesan untuk menghasilkan cocofiber dan cocopeat berkualitas tinggi. BlessCoco menekankan pada prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan limbah yang berkelanjutan dan produksi bersih dalam operasinya. Mereka juga berfokus pada inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran yang ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis mereka. Dengan usahanya, BlessCoco tidak hanya membantu mengurangi limbah tempurung kelapa yang tidak terpakai, tetapi juga menyediakan produk yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi, termasuk sebagai media tanam dalam pertanian dan hortikultura. Melalui kontribusinya, BlessCoco mendukung upaya pengelolaan limbah yang lebih berkelanjutan dan pembangunan ekonomi lokal di Lamongan.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the perception of usability, the perception of the speech, the perception of comfort, risk and confidence in the interest in using financial technology in the economics Faculty of Islamic University of Lamongan. This research aims to know the perception of usability, perception of the speech, perception of comfort, risk and confidence in the interest of using financial technology in economics Faculty of Islamic University of Lamongan. This study used quantitative approach using Survey research type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the population in this research is the economics faculty student of the Islamic University of Lamongan school year 2019-2020, So that the selected sample as much as 95 students were counted from the Slovin formula. The analysis is done by spreading a poll or questionnaire online then conducted partial and simultaneous tests using independent sample T-Test with significant value 0,05. A partial test has been performed and produced tCount Greater than the ttable (X1 = 1,466<1,66216. X2 = 0,819>1,66216. X3 = 1,150<1,66216, X4 = -0,556<1,66216, X5 = 3,446<1,66216). So it can be known that the perception of usability, perception of benefits, perception of comfort, and risk does not have the influence of inopportune interest in using financial technology while the trust variable has partial influence on interest Using financial technology. And simultaneous testing has been conducted, produced FCount Greater than the Ftable (10,853>2,32). So it can be known that the perception of usability, the perception of ease, perception of comfort, risk and trust have a simultaneous influence on interest in using financial technology.

Abstract

Total Quality Management is a system that can be developed into a business approach to maximize the competitiveness of the organization through continual improvement of its products, services, manpower, processes and environment. In addition to the implementation of TQM, the company also implements other management accounting systems such as performance measuring systems and reward systems. The company also implements organizational commitments to increase the competitiveness of an organization. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Total Quality Management, performance measurement system, appreciation system and organizational commitment to managerial performance at the Dealer BONANZA MOTOR Lamongan. The method used in this study was a saturated sample or a full sample of 70 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that partial, TQM, Performance measurement systems and awards have no significant effect on managerial performance. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment has a partial effect on managerial performance. And simultaneously, TQM, performance measurement systems, reward systems and organizational commitments affect managerial performance. And the organizational commitment variables show the most dominant against managerial performance.
