Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variasi produk dan tenaga kerja terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio. Apakah memiliki pengaruh secara parsial , simultan dan variabel mana yang lebih dominan, jenis penelitian yang dilakukan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian uji Validitas, Reabillitas, Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T dan uji F.Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil data diatas dapat disimpulkan data tersebut valid, reabel dan terdapat hubungan secara parsial dan simultan , dan variabel yang paling dominan adalah variasi produk.Dari hasil regresi linier berganda yang mempengaruhi secara dominan terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio adalah variasi produk. Koefisien regresi Variasi Produk (X1) sebesar 0,563 artinya jika Variasi Produk naik sebesar 1 satuan maka peningkatan Peningkatan Laba akan meningkat sebesar 0,563 dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain yang mempengaruhi dianggap konstan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students has been a primary focus in the context of the ever-changing global economy. Students are often regarded as potential sources for innovation and economic growth in various countries. This research aims to stimulate awareness and entrepreneurial skills of students through the strong role of social media. In this study, the method employed is a qualitative literature review, drawing data from Google Scholar within the timeframe of 2020 to 2024. The study results indicate that in the rapidly evolving digital era, social media plays a highly significant role in influencing life, including education and entrepreneurship. Social media provides broad access to information, ideas, and opportunities for students. With the right approach, social media can stimulate awareness and develop entrepreneurial skills among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan empat variabel tersebut antara budaya kerja, kualitas pelayanan, sarana dan  prasarana terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan Masyarakat Desa Jejel Kecamatan Ngimbang, Kabupaten Lamongan, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumalah 93 responden diperoleh secara langsung dari responden. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software komputer SPSS versi 23. Dari persamaan regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai varaibel budaya kerja sebesar 0,794 dan nilai Beta sebesar 0,503, dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai variabel lainnya sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat desa Jejel Kecamatan Ngimbang Lamongan.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the influence of influencer marketing and product packaging on the purchasing decision of the Reyshaka Interior product. The research used a quantitative descriptive design. The survey included 270 participants, including a sample of 100 long-time consumers of Reyshaka Interior. Data gathering methods entail distributing surveys to participants. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed for data analysis. The study started in November 2023 and was completed in March 2024. The study reveals that influencer marketing and product packaging significantly influence purchase decisions for the Reyshaka Interior product. The predominant element is the influencer marketing variable, which surpasses consumer behavior. Consumer behavior can significantly influence purchasing decisions through influencer marketing and products. Keywords: Influencer Marketing; Product Packaging; Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of free shipping, trust, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are customers who online shopping through Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution via Google Form which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and f-test using SPSS 26. The results of this research state that the free shipping, trust, and online customer review variables partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee in Tambakrigadung Village. Abstract

In this study, the method used is the Net Present Value (NPV) method, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). The results of the study show that the net present value (NPV) is Rp. 31,024,617, - and is feasible because the NPV 0, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 8.25% is feasible because it is greater than the deposit interest value applicable to for the bank at this time, the Payback Period (PP) of 2 months is feasible because it is still smaller than the investment period, and the Break Event Point (BEP) of Rp.44,828,693 is feasible because the business is not profitable and does not lose if it earns income. amounting to Rp. 44,828,693, - The banana chip entrepreneurs still maintain the drying of banana chips by using solar energy, because the considerations of raw material prices and production and marketing costs are very sensitive to affect sales and profits.

Abstract

Batik art is a local cultural heritage that stores knowledge and local wisdom of high value. In other words batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has long been a part of Indonesian culture.   Therefore Sendang Lamongan batik is one of the cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, protected and supported by its development. This devotion tries to develop the design of Batik Sendang Lamongan motif as a result of cultural acculturation of its people, so that it can be an asset for cultural heritage. The focus and priority of design development motifs depart from the problem is still limited variety of existing ornaments. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality of batik products through the development of batik motif designs based on local wisdom.  Second, expanding the market segment, not only in lamongan area but also other regions including outside east Java province. This program method is a discussion and observation conducted to identify problems, conduct activities, training workshops on the development of batik motifs based on local wisdom, followed by mentoring, monitoring and evaluation.  This program produces new batik motifs based on local wisdom from flora natural sources, namely with The Leaves and Fruits of Borassus.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the perception of usability, the perception of the speech, the perception of comfort, risk and confidence in the interest in using financial technology in the economics Faculty of Islamic University of Lamongan. This research aims to know the perception of usability, perception of the speech, perception of comfort, risk and confidence in the interest of using financial technology in economics Faculty of Islamic University of Lamongan. This study used quantitative approach using Survey research type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the population in this research is the economics faculty student of the Islamic University of Lamongan school year 2019-2020, So that the selected sample as much as 95 students were counted from the Slovin formula. The analysis is done by spreading a poll or questionnaire online then conducted partial and simultaneous tests using independent sample T-Test with significant value 0,05. A partial test has been performed and produced tCount Greater than the ttable (X1 = 1,466<1,66216. X2 = 0,819>1,66216. X3 = 1,150<1,66216, X4 = -0,556<1,66216, X5 = 3,446<1,66216). So it can be known that the perception of usability, perception of benefits, perception of comfort, and risk does not have the influence of inopportune interest in using financial technology while the trust variable has partial influence on interest Using financial technology. And simultaneous testing has been conducted, produced FCount Greater than the Ftable (10,853>2,32). So it can be known that the perception of usability, the perception of ease, perception of comfort, risk and trust have a simultaneous influence on interest in using financial technology.

Abstract

Total Quality Management is a system that can be developed into a business approach to maximize the competitiveness of the organization through continual improvement of its products, services, manpower, processes and environment. In addition to the implementation of TQM, the company also implements other management accounting systems such as performance measuring systems and reward systems. The company also implements organizational commitments to increase the competitiveness of an organization. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Total Quality Management, performance measurement system, appreciation system and organizational commitment to managerial performance at the Dealer BONANZA MOTOR Lamongan. The method used in this study was a saturated sample or a full sample of 70 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that partial, TQM, Performance measurement systems and awards have no significant effect on managerial performance. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment has a partial effect on managerial performance. And simultaneously, TQM, performance measurement systems, reward systems and organizational commitments affect managerial performance. And the organizational commitment variables show the most dominant against managerial performance.

Abstract

Desa Puter memiliki potensi hasil pertanian dan peternakan yang cukup tinggi. Dalam sektor pertanian mampu menghasilkan padi, jagung, singkong, ubi dan berbagai jenis tanaman palawija. Dari hasil pertanian tersebut mereka menjual langsung produk hasil pertanianya ke tengkulak tanpa berfikir panjang untuk mengolah sebagian hasil taninya. Padahal dari hasil pertanian tersebut bisa diolah menjadi makanan berupa kue yang nantinya dapat dijual dengan harga yang ekonomis sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dalam keluarga. Saat dilakukan survey lapangan ternyata banyak masyarakat yang belum mengerti kalau dari hasil produk pertanian berupa jagung, singkong dan ubi bisa di jadikan makanan berupa kue yang bisa dijual lagi. Tujuan dari kegiata PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan serta cara bagaimana mengolah produk pertanian berupa jagung, singkong dan ubi jalar dijadikan makanan berupa kue. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu tahap survey, tahap sosialisasi,pelatihan pembuatan makanan berupa kue dari bahan baku jagung, singkong dan ubi jalar serta dilakukan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif yaitu mampu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga masyarakat di Desa Puter
