Abstract

The existence of humans in an organization has a very vital position. The success of an organization is largely determined by the quality of the people who work in it. Rapid changes in the environment require their ability to capture these changing phenomena, analyze their impact on the organization and prepare steps to deal with these conditions. This journal is descriptive analysis. This method solves problems by describing and analyzing them, then looking for solutions to the problem based on the results of the literature review. Apart from that, there are several authors' points of view which are used as a basis for finding solutions to problems based on the results of the literature review. Apart from that, there are several author's points of view which are used as explanations to find solutions to the problem of work experience on employee performance. The definition of work experience consists of several types provided by experts. Experience in all activities is very necessary because experience is the best teacher. The meaning of this is that a person learns from the experiences they have experienced. HR management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in order to help realize the Company's goals. They also need to implement workplace practices that are based on upholding fundamental rights in the workplace and international university standards, and fostering good HR management relationships as important for increasing productivity and decent work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of sharia service quality, price and customer satisfaction on repurchase interest at Kheyla Mart. The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling method was based on Morgen's table, the respondents in this study amounted to 278 customers. The data used was taken through the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses SEM analysis techniques using a test tool, namely SMARPLS. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the variables of sharia service quality (X1), price (X2) and customer satisfaction (X3) had an effect on repurchase interest (Y). In particular, each variable of sharia service quality, price and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Kheyla Mart.

Abstract

Society 5.0 merupakan konsep yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dan manusia untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Dalam era ini, masyarakat dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti kebutuhan akan keterampilan baru dan keberagaman di tempat kerja. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi pelatihan yang berfokus pada teknologi terkini dan peningkatan keterampilan interpersonal. Era Society 5.0 membawa tantangan baru bagi perusahaan dalampengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Perpaduan antara teknologi canggih dan kebutuhan manusia menjadi fokus utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif dan produktif. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi kesenjangan keterampilan, adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, dan perubahan budaya kerja. Selain itu, perusahaan juga harus menghadapi tuntutan untu menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi, SDM yang kompeten dapat berkontribusi secara efektif dalam menghadapi masalah sosial dan memajukan ekonomi lokal. Penekanan pada pengembangan SDM di Society 5.0 diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam dan kompleks.Metode utama penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, perusahaan perlu mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan SDM yang komprehensif. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran, dan pengembangan soft skills. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara perusahaan, pemerintah, dan lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa tenaga kerja siap menghadapi perubahan yang cepat. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, perusahaan tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kinerja SDM, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada kemajuan masyarakat secara keseluruhan dalam era Society 5.0.
