Abstract

Performance is a behavior that every person has as a work performance that is produced by employees in accordance with their role in the company. Timeliness, Effectiveness, Work Commitment and Independence are believed to be able to influence employee performance in achieving predetermined goals. Data mining has grown rapidly and adds value to information stored in databases. One of the fairly simple data mining algorithms is the Rough Set. The research application of the Rough Set algorithm is to analyze employee performance using the rought set method on the employees of Café Dapoer Enha Sago, Pesisir Selatan Regency by analyzing 10 employees with the results in this study are as follows; Based on the number of 10 samples of Dapoer Enha Sago employees who have been tested using the Rought set application, it can be seen that the results are that the performance appraisal of 10 Dapoer Enha Sago employees shows good results 3 employees and 7 employees who have very good performanc

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence Organizational Culture and Work Environment have on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The population in this study was 40 respondents with a sample of the population, namely 40 employee respondents of PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The sampling method of the study was carried out by questionnaire and observation. The research sample technique used was the Saturated Sampling technique using Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance. There was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style have on the Performance of Employees of the Highways and Construction and Spatial Planning Department of West Sumatra Province with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents. The population in this study were 53 employees who worked in the West Sumatra Provincial Development and Development Agency for Works and Spatial Planning in 2021/2023. The results of this research are (1) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on work motivation at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province (2) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation at the Department of Highways Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province (3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Department of Highways Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. (4) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Cipta Karya Highways Service and West Sumatra Province Spatial Planning. (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Cipta Karya Highways Service and West Sumatra Province Spatial Planning Service. (6) There is a positive and significant influence between Employee Performance on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. (7) There is a positive and insignificant influence between Leadership Style Transformational on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Training on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City, under the supervision of Dr. Dori Mittra Candana, SE, M.M., and Mrs. Selvi Zola Fenia, S.Psi, M.M. This is a quantitative study. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City. The analysis methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS), outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study was done using the SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results can be concluded as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Training has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Work Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance; and Organizational Culture can mediate the relationship between Training and Employee Performance with Work Motivation as the intervening variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees as respondents, namely at PT. Semen Padang. In this study, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool was used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that (1) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (2) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (3) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (4) There is a significant positive influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (5) There is a significant positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Semen Padang. (6) There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang. (7) There is an insignificant positive influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at PT. Semen Padang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the analysis of the influence of motivation and length of work on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Batipuh Community Health Center. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample for this study were Batipuh Community Health Center employees. The research results found that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Length of Work on Job Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. There is no positive and significant influence between Length of Work on Employee Performance. There is no positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction does not mediate Motivation on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction does not mediate Length of Work on Employee Performance.
