Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the benefits and disadvantages of the compensation and benefits package for employees working at the PT. Olam Indonesia Unit in Medan. The type of research being conducted here is known as associative research, which takes a quantitative approach. For the purpose of data analysis, the technique employs linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 statistical software. One hundred and eighty employees from the PT. Olam Indonesia Unit in Medan are the sample size for this study. In this particular research project, the method of data collection that is being utilized is known as questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that there is a positive correlation between the amount of compensation received and the amount of work performed, as well as the benefits received from the work performed. Last but not least, compensation and benefits are beneficial in relation to the performance of work.

Engineering collecting data using a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The research results show that compensation, work discipline and work ethics are partial And simultaneous influential positive And significant to performance employee BPJS North Medan branch employment. There is a strong correlation between compensation, work discipline and work ethics with employee performance and the percentage size, namely 48.5% and the rest 51.5% can explained by variable other Which not researched.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening at spiritual tourism Salib Kasih Tarutung. The population in this study were people who had just made a visit in the period January 2023 to January 2024, with a sample size taken as many as 75 visitors as respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire wish was then analyzed quantitatively using the structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square Analysis method with the help of smart-PLS. As a result, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, then customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the effect of training and development on the performance of non-medical employees at H. Adam Malik Hospital. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was all administrative employees (non-medical) at H. Adam Malik General Hospital, totaling 488 people. Meanwhile, for the sample, researchers used Random Samples Based on Area or Region (Cluster Random Sampling). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that from the research results it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between training on employee performance, there is a positive influence between development on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between training and development on the performance of non-medical employees at H. Adam General Hospital. Malik Medan and the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.595, which means that 59.5% of the training and development variables can explain the high performance of employees

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment, both individually and collectively, on the job satisfaction of employees at H&M Center Point Medan. The study population consisted of 54 employees, all of whom were included as respondents in the sample. The employed sampling technique is saturated sampling. The collection of primary data involved the use of a questionnaire, which was subsequently subjected to quantitative analysis using the multiple linear regression method with the assistance of the SPSS 24.0 software. The research findings indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work commitment have a substantial and positive impact on job satisfaction among employees at H&M CENTER POINT MEDAN. Furthermore, when considered together, work discipline, work motivation, and work commitment collectively contribute significantly to job satisfaction
