Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the promotional strategies implemented by the Pandeglang Regency Tourism Office in order to increase tourist visits in Pandeglang Regency. Research methods Data collection was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions..The results of this research show 1. Promotion through print media such as brochures, pamphlets and electronic media as a means of promotion does not have a significant impact in increasing tourist visits because of the current tendency of society to access the internet more than conventional media, 2. Tourism events carried out by the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy of Pandeglang Regency, Banten are the most effective promotions in increasing tourist visits because every event held has a target of bringing in large numbers of visitors. Apart from that, tour agents and freelance bloggers play an active role in promoting tourism via the internet and social media

Abstract

Permasalahan Mitra:1.Kegiatan Bumdes Maju Bersama belum bisa berjalan dengan baik, karena terbentur masalah sumber daya manusia, modal usaha dan sarana pendukung,  2.Bumdes belum  bisa menerapkan manajemen usaha, 2. Bumdes belum bisa menciptakan produk yang lebih kreatif dengan menggunakan mesin teknologi, 3.Bumdes belum bisa menerapkan laporan keuangan baik manual maupun digital,  4.Bumdes belum bisa menerapkan pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi (e-commerce).Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan mitra sasaran Bumdes Maju  Bersama dalam mengelola usaha kerajinan serabut kelapa dan barang bekas, melalui penerapan kewirausahaan, manajemen,mesin teknologi  pemasaran berbasis online (e-commerce).Metode melalui sosialsiasi, penerapan teknolog, pelatihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi dan program berkelanjutan.Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa anggota Bumdes Maju bersama masih banyak yang belum menguasai kewirausahaan, manajemn, teknologi infromasi. Dengan demikian Tim PMP Universitas Bina Bangsa dan mahasiswa yang terlibat akan terus melakukan pendampingan

Abstract

Drug abuse and juvenile delinquency are serious issues with significant implications for the future of Indonesia’s young generation, particularly among students of productive age. This community service activity was conducted in the form of legal counseling aimed at educating teenagers about the dangers of drugs and the legal consequences of deviant behavior. The methods employed included interactive lectures, group discussions, and legal case simulations to encourage active participation. The program was implemented at MTsN 05 Pulo Ampel, involving students as the main participants. The results indicated an increased understanding among participants regarding the risks of drug abuse, its impact on health and future prospects, and the importance of avoiding delinquent behavior. This activity is expected to serve as a preventive measure to reduce drug abuse and misconduct among teenagers while strengthening legal awareness from an early age.
