Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas dengan menggunakan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini, Profitabilitas diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan bank BUMN yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)  periode 2009-2018 sebanyak 4 perusahaan, kemudian sampel ditentukan dengan metode sampling jenuh atau metode sensus yaitu dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yang terdiri dari 4 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), analisis jalur (path analysis), dan uji sobel.Hasil uji hipotesis dan uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa: 1) CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. 2) CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap LDR. 3) LDR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. 4) LDR tidak mampu memediasi hubungan CAR terhadap Profitabilitas.Kata Kunci :  Capital Aadequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR),                        Profitabilitas.

Abstract

PT.Banten Muda Mandiri is a company that produces and sells building materials in the form of concrete for fences, roads, bridges and so on, which is located at Jalan.Raya Cikeusal Panosogan Kampung.Dukuh RT.13/RW.03, Cikeusal Village, Serang Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and distribution channels on sales volume at PT Banten Muda Mandiri Cikeusal Serang. In this research the method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. This research has a population of 100 by taking a sample of 80 respondents. Data management techniques were analyzed using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the research results, the effect of price on sales volume was obtained through the t test of (0.739 > 0.05) and the calculated t value was (0.335 < t table value 1.99085) and the effect of distribution channels on sales volume was obtained through the t test of ( 0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value (7.190 > t table value 1.99085). In the simultaneous test (0.000 < 0.05) and calculated F (43.579 > F table value 3.12). So it can be concluded that price and distribution channels partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at PT. Banten Muda Mandiri Cikeusal attack

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the promotional strategies implemented by the Pandeglang Regency Tourism Office in order to increase tourist visits in Pandeglang Regency. Research methods Data collection was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions..The results of this research show 1. Promotion through print media such as brochures, pamphlets and electronic media as a means of promotion does not have a significant impact in increasing tourist visits because of the current tendency of society to access the internet more than conventional media, 2. Tourism events carried out by the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy of Pandeglang Regency, Banten are the most effective promotions in increasing tourist visits because every event held has a target of bringing in large numbers of visitors. Apart from that, tour agents and freelance bloggers play an active role in promoting tourism via the internet and social media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional keripik talas beneng khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.Karena selama ini para pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng yang ada di kabupaten Pandeglang masih kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produknya.Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan kekuatan,kelemahan,peluang dan ancaman dari produk keripik talas beneng itu sendiri.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pemasaran produk keripik talas beneng belum maksimal di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Dengan demikian perlu adanya penerapan bauran pemasaran yaitu : Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat,diharapakan dengan penerpan bauran pemasaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan penjulalan produk keripik talas beneng yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yield to maturity pada obligasi korporasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2018. Faktor yang menentukan yield to maturity pada penelitian ini adalah inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, maturity dan peringkat obligasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh bahwa tingkat suku bunga, maturity dan peringkat obligasi berpengaruh terhadap yield to maturity sedangkan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhdap yield to maturity. Secara simultan, inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, maturity dan peringkat obligasi berpengaruh terhadap yield to maturity.

Abstract

The esoteric aspect of Islam, namely sufism, can provide essential values in influencing people's views and attitudes in their lives that, in turn, motivate them to achieve their goals in life as individuals and as a collective society. This study aims to analyse sufism as part of Islamic teachings, emphasising aspects of social morality (equality, compassion, mutual help, tolerance, ukhuwwah or brotherhood) initiated by M. Amin Syukur. This study applies a qualitative method using a content analysis approach. The results discovered that M. Amin Syukur promotes social sufism, i.e., sufism that concerns social life. Such sufism has characteristics, namely humane, empirical, and functional. M. Amin Syukur's Sufistic idea is rich in human values for creating social order and good community relations.Contribution: This study provides a new understanding that the function of sufism in society can be measured by its role, i.e. its contribution to society. Those who perform spiritual journey (sālik) must be active in all aspects of life, such as economy, politics, and society. Such Sufism by M. Amin Syukur is called social sufism.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The majority of the residents of Cinyurup village are beneng taro farmers and entrepreneurs of beneng taro chips, but the management is still simple and is not managed systematically and well-planned, so that it cannot provide maximum results. The aim of this training is to increase competitiveness for the small and medium entrepreneurs of taro chips into independent small industries. The method of implementation is through : seminars of material delivery, discussion, practice, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this training show that not all small and medium industrial entrepreneurs are taro beneng chips those in Cinyurup village who have not implemented business management, have not processed distribution permits, halal certificates, produced product innovations and online marketing, due to limited funds and human resources. Key words: training, business management, competitiveness, UIKM ABSTRAK Mayoritas penduduk warga kampung Cinyurup adalah petani talas beneng dan pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng, akan tetapi pengelolaannya masih sederhana dan tidak di kelola dengan sistematis dan terencana dengan baik, sehingga belum bisa memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing kepada para pelaku usaha industri kecil dan menengah keripik talas beneng menuju industri kecil yang mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan melalui : seminar penyampaian materi, diskusi, praktek, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukan belum semua para pelaku usaha industri kecil dan menengah keripik talas beneng yang ada di kampung Cinyurup yang belum menerapkan manajemen usaha, belum mengurus surat ijin edar, sertifikat halal, memproduksi inovasi produk dan pemasaran online, karena keterbatasan dana dan sumber daya manusia. Abstract

This research activity aims to explore and develop the potential of MSME-based tourism villages through local branding. This development is one of the efforts to drive the community's economy, where the MSMEs in Pulo Panjang Village have not been able to be developed optimally. The local branding design was carried out in Pulo Panjang Village, which has many MSMEs and tourist attractions with excellent development potential. The research method uses qualitative methods through observation, interviews, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation presented as data. This research shows that developing MSME-based tourism villages with local branding must apply the Penta helix method. There must be a collaboration with several parties, such as the government, entrepreneurs, local media, academics, and the community in Pulo Panjang Village

Abstract

The aim of this training is to increase the knowledge and skills of partners, in this case the group of opak craftsmen, farmer groups and teenagers from the Al-Barokah Mosque, located in the Waqf Village, Sukaratu Village, Majasari Pandeglang District, Banten, in implementing marketing of opak products using information technology-based marketing. online (e-commerce). The methods used in this training are: socialization, application of information technology, online-based marketing training and assistance (e-commerce), evaluation and monitoring. The results of this training show that the target partners: opak craftsmen groups, farmer groups and mosque youth, 50% can implement online marketing (e-commerce) through social media (WA, Facebook, Instagram), waqf opak websites and increase opak sales by around 50% - 80 %

Abstract

Green Economy menjadi pendekatan penting dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama dalam pengelolaan desa wisata yang menggabungkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Desa Lontar, sebagai objek penelitian, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata namun menghadapi tantangan terkait rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep ekonomi hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi edukasi mengenai konsep Green Economy dalam konteks pengembangan desa wisata, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi multimedia dan Augmented Reality (AR).  Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi edukasi ini digunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti materi edukasi Green Economy dan visualisasi AR dari objek wisata lokal. Hasil Evaluasi menggunakan uji usability, menghasilkan rata-rata skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 89,17%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna terkait penerapan Green Economy, mendukung pertumbuhan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik. Aplikasi dapat menjadi sarana edukasi yang bermanfaat dalam mempromosikan keberlanjutan lingkungan di desa wisata.
