Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2001-2015. Variabel bebas adalah profitabilitas (X1) dan ukuran perusahaan (X2), untuk variabel terikatnya adalah struktur modal (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok ada 4 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel adalah 2 perusahaan manufaktur sektor rokok dengan 15 tahun pengamatan, sehingga diperoleh 30 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi asumsi klasik, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi (R) = 0,597 yang berarti tingkat pengaruh antara profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal adalah sedang, sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,356 yang berarti variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan dalam menerangkan variabel struktur modal sebesar 35,60%, dan sisanya 64,40% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.  Kesimpulan penelitian secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether service quality and Consumer Satisfaction variables affect employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT. ASDP INDONESIA FERRY (Persero). This type of research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study as many as 300 people are employees of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). The sampling technique used is the sampling technique using the incidental sampling technique and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is as many as 75 samples. The results showed that the value of t count could prove the quality of service influences employee performance. The value resulting from hypothesis testing for t count service quality is 3.918. It is known that the t- table value is 1.99300, because the t- count value is greater than t- table (t- count 3.918 > t- table 1.99300) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Consumer satisfaction is a partially positive influence on employee performance, and it can be seen from the t value. The value resulting from hypothesis testing for t- count consumer satisfaction is 2.182. It is known that the value of the t table is 1.99300 because the value of the t count is greater than the t table (t count 2.182 > t table 1.99300) with a sig value of 0.032 < 0.05, Service quality and customer satisfaction both have an impact on employee performance. With a confidence level of 5% or 0.05 of the calculation results obtained value of F table at 3:12 of the calculation results obtained arithmetic value off 23,408, to determine the influence is there or not then do the comparison value f count = 23,408 > f table 3.12 with sig value 0.000 <0.05. For the coefficient of determination (R 2) of 0.394 or 39.4%. The study results concluded that partially or simultaneously, the quality of service and consumer satisfaction affected employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategies used by customer service in serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and what efforts are made by the company to gain a positive image among the community.To identify these problems in depth, this research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis carried out by researchers is data reduction, data presentation, and finally decision making. The findings from this research state that this service strategy for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims plays a very important role in building a positive image in the eyes of the public for the company itself. From this research, it is concluded that the strategy analysis in serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims is to consistently implement the principles of service quality, create attractive promotions, collaborate with other companies, improve the work structure again. And analysis of strategies for building a positive image in the eyes of the public by making honest product promotions, establishing good relationships with the congregation, creating congregational alumni associations

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Pontang District Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with correlational analysis. The population in this study was 32 employees with a sample size of 32 employees taken from the total population or what is called a saturated sample. The results of testing hypothesis 1, leadership has no effect on employee performance, obtained a T value (T count 0.882 < T table 2.045), hypothesis 2 motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, obtained a t value (t count 3.332 > t table 2.045). Simultaneously the work environment and motivation for employee performance are shown by the Fcount value of 49.989 > Ftable 3.32. Partially, leadership has no effect on employee performance, but simultaneously leadership and motivation have an effect on employee performance with a contribution of 77.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effects of organizational culture, loyalty and motivation on employee performance at the General Election Commission of Banten Province. This research uses a survey method and a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by sending questionnaires to 36 people who answered. The Likert method and SPSS version 29 were used. The results of the research show that employee motivation, organizational culture and loyalty to work greatly influence their performance. The f-table value of 2.90 is less than 243.961, and the significance value of 0.001 is less than 0.05. Employee motivation, organizational culture and work commitment influence their performance at the Banten Province General Election Commission

Abstract

One of the essential foundations in the digital business era is online marketing, which uses internet platforms such as websites, social media, and online advertising to reach target audiences effectively, expand brand reach, and increase sales volumes in a market that is becoming increasingly connected and competitive. Within the context of the digital era, this research aims to investigate the online marketing strategies McDonald's Restaurant has implemented to boost sales. In the context of online marketing strategy, the primary focus of the research is on the segmentation, targeting, product positioning, and mixing strategies associated with online marketing. The purpose of this research is to investigate the difficulties encountered when implementing and promoting sales strategies and online marketing strategies using a qualitative approach. Collecting primary data through interviews and secondary data from documents and newspapers are both methods utilized in research. According to the research findings, successful online marketing has the potential to increase sales volume significantly. This research provides valuable insight into practical methods to improve sales performance by implementing integrated online marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, identifying market opportunities, and overcoming challenges in a dynamic and changing business environment. Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide outreach and assistance to the community of MSME actors in the Kepuh sub-district, Ciwandan sub-district, Cilegon city, so that MSME actors can understand management aspects, marketing aspects and financial aspects. The implementation method for community empowerment is by carrying out socialization and mentoring activities for MSME actors in the Kepuh sub-district, starting from identifying MSME actors and types of MSME products, determining the place and time to carry out activities. The result of this socialization and mentoring is that MSME players can understand and understand the material that has been presented, namely understanding management aspects, understanding marketing and understanding about running a business through MSMEs properly and correctly. The conclusion is that the assistance and outreach that has been carried out can help and the benefits can be felt by MSMEs in the Kepuh sub-district

Abstract

Community service through Student Work Lectures conducted by group 46 students in the Kepuh sub-district, Ciwandan sub-district by providing community assistance in social, economic, health, educational, legal and religious aspects as well as appropriate technology. Student Work Lectures are field activities carried out by students over a certain period of time and are an implementation of the Tridharma of higher education. The method for student work study activities currently focuses more on implementing work programs that have been prepared systematically. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Tangrang. Metode penelitian yang digunaan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data dengan total populasi keseluruhan 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sempel jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 karena seluruh populasi berhak di jadikan semple. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H₁) diketahui nilai signifikasi 0,037 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai sig <0,05 t hitung t tabel (2,117>1.661), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua (H2) diketahui nilai signifikasi 0,010 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau nilai sig <0,05 t hitung t tabel (2,647>1,661), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (H3) diketahui dari nilai sig 0.046 lebih kecil dari 0.05 atau <0,05 dan dengan nilai t tabel t hitung (2,025>1,661) sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Cisait memiliki beberapa kendalan diantaranya kendala dalam proses produksi ketika memproduksi produk makanan berupa produk intip, dikarenakan belum memiliki mesin produksi, selain itu juga terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran, pencatatan keuangan masih manual, dan belum memilikinya akta notaris BUMDes, sehingga kinerja BUMDes masih belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk membantu BUMDes Sejahtera Mandiri mengoptimalisasikan kinerja nya, mulai dari perbaikan proses produksi, pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi, hingga aspek legaliatas. Metode dalam kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat ini menggunakan metode kronologis. Berdasarkan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang telah dilaksanakan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa, peserta yang hadir mampu membuat standar operasional produksi agar mendapatkan produk yang terstandar, mapu mengikuti penggunaan media berbasis digital baik untuk pemasaran maupun pencatatan keuangan, yaitu dengan website ecommerce dan aplikasi SI APIK, juga mendapatkan pendampingan untuk pengajuan akta notaris BUMDes. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu dapat membantu mengoptimalisasikan kinerja BUMDes Sejahtera Mandiri di Desa Cisait Kecamatan Kragilan, baik perbaikan dari aspek hukum, manajemen, dan keuangan. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Cisait Village have several obstacles, including obstacles in the production process when producing food products in the form of intip products, because they don’t yet have production machines, in addition to limited marketing reach, financial records are still manual, and don’t have a BUMDes notary deed, so that BUMDes performance is still not optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to help BUMDes Sejahtera Mandiri optimize its performance, starting from improving the production process, financial records and marketing using technology, to legal aspects. The method in this Community Partnership Empowerment activity uses a chronological method. Based on the training and mentoring activities that have been carried out, the results obtained are that the participants who attended were able to create production operational standards in order to obtain standardized products, were able to follow the use of digital-based media for both marketing and financial records, namely the e-commerce website and the SI APIK application, and also received assistance for submitting BUMDes notary deeds. The conclusion of this activity is that it can help optimize the performance of BUMDes Sejahtera Mandiri in Cisait Village, Kragilan District, both in terms of improvements in legal, management and financial aspects.
