Abstract

ABSTRAKBMT Investa Mubarokah merupakan salah satu BMT yang ada di Kabupaten Cianjur. Perkembangan BMT Investa Mubarokah tedapat dari peningkatan partisipasi nasabah dan masyarakat, untuk itulah pola pengelolaannya harus professional. BMT Investa Mubarokah mempunyai visi dan misi. BMT Investa Mubarokah merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa keuangan yang sedang berkembang sehingga memerlukan langkah – langkah untuk melakukan strategi pemasaran yang baik. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif terdapat beberapa yang mempengaruhi dalam menarik minat nasabah yaitu kualitas pelayanan, minat, produk dan strategi. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling kebetulan. Variabel yang terdapat dalam peneltian ini yaitu Variabel bebas terdiri dari Pelayanan (X1), produk (X2). Sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu minat (y). berdasarkan hasil uji t variabel X1 diperoleh nilai t hitung 3,459 dan  t tabel (df = 24) sebesar 1,710 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,003 < 0,05. . sedangkan hasil uji t variabel X2 yaitu sebesar t hitung 0,082 < t tabel (df = 2) sebesaran tingkat signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk tidak berpengaruh pada minat nasbah terhadap produk BMT. Lalu hasil dari uji F adalah 11,961 > 4,20 yang berarti kedua variable berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel y.ABSTRACTBMT Investa Mubarokah is one of the BMTs in Cianjur. The development of BMT Investa Mubarokah itself increases in list of customer and citizen participation, therefore the management must be set professional. BMT Investa Mubarokah has a good vision and mission. BMT Investa Mubarokah is a growing financial services company that requires steps to carry out a good marketing strategy. It is this vision and mission that encourages BMT Investa Mubarokah to innovate using marketing strategies in order to attract customers' interest. The research methodology used is a quantitative method; there are several factors that influence customer interest, namely service quality, interests, products and strategies. Sampling in this study used a coincidence sampling technique. The variables contained in this research are independent variables consisting of services (X1), products (X2). While the dependent variable is interest (Y). Based on the results of the t-test of the X1 variable, the t-count value was 3.459 and the t-table (df = 24) was 1.710 and the significance level was 0.003 <0.05. While the results of the t-test of the X2 variable, which is equal to t count 0.082 < t table (df = 2) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the product has no effect on customer interest in BMT products. Then the results of the F test are 11.961 > 4.20, which means that both variables have a significant effect on the y variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe whether the reading material in English textbooks for 10th-grade high school students was by KTSP, and the school fulfilled the content, language use, and readability aspects, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the 10th-grade reading material through swot analysis. The researcher uses the descriptive qualitative method for a detailed explanation. The results will be described in words without any statistical calculations. The data were collected from the reading section of the textbook and, more importantly, the SWOT analysis results as a complement to the explanation of the previous explanation. The checklist form was used during the research analysis. The findings show that the strength and weaknesses of each material and learning will be found.
