Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki faktor utama dalam mengembangkan masyarakat yang berkualitas. Hal ini juga terjadi pada pembelajaran muatan IPS dalam kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambangkan media pembelajaran berupa permainan Rumah Ludo Nusantara pada muatan IPS Di Sekolah Dasar dengan materi keberagaman budaya di Indonesia untuk peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar untuk menarik minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini melibatkan satu ahli media, satu ahli materi, satu guru, serta 14 siswa kelas IV SDN Paseban 18 Pagi sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media ini adalah observasi dan angket. Media ini memperoleh hasil sebesar 96% dari ahli media dan 90% dari ahli materi. Hasil evaluasi dari guru dan siswa juga mendapat nilai rata rata 96%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media Rumah Ludo Nusantara memperoleh nilai sangat baik (SB) sehingga dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPS pada materi keberagaman budaya di Indonesia karena mampu membantu siswa dalam memahami materi secara optimal dan mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari- hari.

Abstract

Research conducted at SDN Paseban 18 Pagi saw the boredom of students in learning, especially in social studies subjects, due to the lack of use of supportive learning media. In addition, researchers also noted an attitude of intolerance among students regarding differences. This encouraged researchers to analyze the need for developing ludo kebhinekaan learning media to improve social studies learning that pays attention to cultural diversity in grade IV. This study involved 1 teacher and 14 grade IV learners at SDN Paseban 18 Pagi. The development method used is the ADDIE Model, which involves five stages: Analysis, Planning, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. At the needs analysis stage, researchers used observation and questionnaires to collect data from teachers and grade IV students. The results showed that 78% of students expressed a lack of interest in social studies due to monotonous learning without the use of learning media, while 69% of teachers saw weaknesses in improving students' tolerance attitudes. This research became the basis for the development of learning media that is expected to overcome the lack of interest of students in social studies while improving their understanding and tolerance attitude towards diversity.

Abstract

The Rumah Ludo Nusantara learning medium is going to be developed as part of this study with the intention of teaching Cultural Diversity to fourth-grade students in Social Studies. Experts in the fields of media, material, and language participated in the research, which was conducted using the research and development technique in conjunction with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Additionally, the research was conducted on students in grade IV at SDN Paseban 18. 4 students participated in one-on-one testing, 8 students participated in small group testing, and 18 students participated in field testing. Data were collected using a quantitative descriptive approach, with evaluation scores of 92.18% from media experts, 93.75% from material experts, and 96.87% from language experts. Trial results showed average scores of 96.25% (one-to-one), 93.75% (small group), and 91.27% (field test). These findings indicate that Rumah Ludo Nusantara is highly suitable for use as a Social Studies learning tool on Cultural Diversity in grade IV.
