Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the effect of the recruitment process (x1), selection (x2) and salary (x3) on the performance of employee (y) at BRI Syariah Bank Palembang branch. To find out how much influence the independent variables (recruitment process, selection, and salary) have on the dependent variable (employee performance) multiple linear regression analysis is used. Respondents in this study were employees of Bank BRI Syariah, Palembang branch. Sampling using saturated sampling technique as many as 40 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is distributing questionnaires to employees online using a link. The analytical tool in this study used SPSS version 21.0. Using research instrument test data analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) test. Based on the results of the recruitment variable t test the value of t count > t table (2,793 > 2.02809) is obtained and a significance value of 0,008 < 0,05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.On the selection variable, the value of tcount > t table (2,237 > 2.02809) Is obtained and a significance value of 0,032 < 0,05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the results of the salary variable t test obtained tcount > t table (3,728 > 2.02809) and a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the value of the the f test results, the value of f count > f table is (13,099 > 2,87) with a sig value (0,000 < 0,05 ). Thus the hypothesis is accepted, this means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of recruitment, selection and salary on the performance of employees at the Palembang branch of BRI Syaraih bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pelacakan online dan penetapan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang yang merupakan pelanggan aktif jasa pengiriman J&T Express cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden, dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan online dan penetapan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, kepuasan pelanggan tercermin melalui prinsip keadilan, keterbukaan informasi, dan kemaslahatan. Oleh karena itu, sistem pelacakan yang transparan dan harga yang adil dinilai sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam ekonomi Islam dan berkontribusi dalam membangun kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of UMKM in Tanjung Baru Village. The data collection method in this research uses qualitative methods. There are two types of data that researchers use in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. In this research, the data techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were 3 MSME traders of sagar urung fish in Tanjung Baru Village. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy process for sagarurung fish UMKM in Tanjung Baru Village uses social media strategies such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. The MSME marketing strategy for sagarurung fish in Tanjung Baru village also uses the traveling method. This is done because of the encouragement of daily food needs. To get sagarurung fish, consumers need quite a long time to buy it at the market. Because the market is quite far from residential areas, the idea arose for the MSME Sagarurung fish traders to sell their fish to consumers by getting around using motorbikes or other means of transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application and understanding of business ethics in the Islamic perspective on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Old Baturaja market, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data collection method in this study uses qualitative methods. There are two types of data that researchers use in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. In this research, the data techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this study were 10 UMKM traders in the Old Baturaja market. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that traders in the Old Baturaja market still lack understanding of the ethics of buying and selling and some of them also consider the application of buying and selling ethics is not very important in trading. The understanding of traders in the Old Baturaja market is still very limited, most of them think that lying in buying and selling is like a culture. Because by being less honest or lying they can minimize their losses and get more profit. However, some of them fulfill the ethics of buying and selling that are good and right. Traders in the Old Baturaja market have not fully implemented the ethics of buying and selling properly. Such as honest trading ethics, not hoarding goods, prioritizing customer satisfaction, it has not been fully implemented by traders so that there are still buyers who feel disappointed. Abstract

This study aims to partially determine the effect of word of mouth (WOM), price, and service quality on decisions to use online motorcycle taxi application services maxim bike category on the masses of Palembang city. This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who used the online motorcycle taxi application Maxim Bike category whose number was unknown, so sampling was carried out using the Lemeshow formula with a coverage of 96 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is validity testing, reliability, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 30 statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use maxim bike services, price has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use maxim bike services, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use maxim bike services.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is a situation where a person has a desire to consume products that are actually not needed excessively in order to achieve satisfaction alone. With income and ease of using e-commerce, it can cause changes in people's consumption behavior. This is because people feel that shopee e-commerce is the most accessible online shopping platform . In addition, whatever item they are looking for is always there with many options and at a cheaper price. Therefore, people prefer to shop online through shopee e-commerce, both to meet their needs and only for items that are not really needed. This study aims to determine the influence of shopee e-commerce and income on consumptive behavior. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study are that shopee e-commerce (X1) has a significant influence on consumptive behavior (Y) as seen from the results of the t-test it is known that the value of sig is 0.002 <0.05 and revenue (X2) has a significant influence on consumptive behavior (Y) seen from the t-test it is known that the value of sig is 0.005 < 0.05. It can be concluded that shopee e-commerce and income have an effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Rajak Island Village, Betung District from the perspective of sharia economics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy and bank image on customer decisions in using mortgage financing products at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) KC Syariah Palembang. Islamic financial literacy plays an important role in increasing public understanding of Islamic banking products, which will influence decisions in choosing financial products. In addition, a positive bank image also contributes to building customer trust in the services offered. This study uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to BTN KC Syariah Palembang customers who use mortgage financing products. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and bank image have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. The implications of this study indicate that increasing Islamic financial literacy and strengthening bank image can be an effective strategy for Islamic banks in increasing the number of users of Islamic-based mortgage products. Therefore, a broader Islamic financial education program is needed as well as improving the quality of services and transparency in Islamic banking operations to build customer trust and loyalty..
