Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum in the Character Education Based Independent Curriculum at MTS Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, as well as effective Islamic Religious Education curriculum implementation strategies according to the needs applied in Character Education at MTS Negeri 01 Bengkulu City. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an approach through interviews with 32 people consisting of class VII (Seven) students of MTS Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, Islamic Religious Education subject teachers in the clumps of moral creed, hadith quran, fiqh and SKI as well as the head of Madrasah, waka curriculum and student affairs at MTS Negeri 01 Bengkulu City, It can be concluded that the Character Education-Based Islamic Religious Education curriculum is very necessary to be implemented at MTS Negeri 01 Bengkulu City because the madrasah needs broader character education so that there are no more students who behave not in accordance with religious norms and rules in Madrasah. Character education can be implemented with strategies, namely by identifying Islamic religious values, developing teaching materials, exemplary teachers, active and participatory learning, and character building through extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study was to determine and examine the "Analysis of Islamic Religious Education Curriculum grade VI at SD Negeri 07 Bengkulu City. This research was conducted using a phenomenological approach. This type of research is qualitative research that looks and listens more closely and in detail to individual explanations and understandings of their experiences. The phenomenological approach is based on the researcher's interest in examining more deeply the phenomena experienced by key informants. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 07 Bengkulu City. The informants in this study were the principal, Islamic Religious Education teacher, and grade VI students. Data collection was conducted using several techniques, namely; (a) observation; (b) interviews; and (c) documentation studies. To ensure the validity of the data, several efforts were made as follows: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) making continuous and careful observations, (c) triangulating, and (d) involving peers to discuss. From the results of the review in this study, it was found that there is an independent curriculum which is a reference in implementing Islamic religious education subjects, which produces students who have noble character, independence, critical reasoning, creativity, mutual cooperation, a sense of diversity in accordance with the objectives of the independent curriculum integrated in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of cultures and customs attached to a variety of ethnicities, races, cultures and religions. So that a multicultural education is needed, namely education that respects differences, so as not to become a source of conflict and division. One of the important objectives of the concept of multicultural education is to help learners to acquire knowledge, and appreciate others of different ethnicities, cultures and personality values. Multicultural education has four values, namely: Equality Value, Tolerance Value, Democratic Value, and Pluralism Value. The above values have views that complement each other in responding to multiculturalism education. National Identity is a national personality or national identity, namely characteristics or characteristics, feelings or beliefs, culture or habits owned by a nation that distinguish one nation from another. Indonesia's national identity is pluralistic consisting of a fundamental identity, namely Pancasila, an instrumental identity, namely the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the design of the Islamic Education learning framework in implementing religious moderation in students through teaching and learning activities in class. The aim is to monitor Islamic religious education learning activities starting from the pre-session stage to the evaluation stage in Islamic religious education learning, seen from the learning planning process, learning implementation, assessment in learning to the evaluation process and follow-up in the learning process in implementing religious moderation as a guide. In this study, a research technique oriented to Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) was used by Albert Bandura which holds that a person learns from direct experience but from events that he witnesses and then he understands to be implemented or imitated. through selective observation and remembering what is conveyed by others in the form of behavior or words that affect their abilities and understanding in the future. In Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) research accuracy and methodological phases are very important. By using the Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) approach, researchers want to be more flexible in knowledge, observation, and research on Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Learning Based on Religious Moderation in Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Madrasas or Schools. 73 Islamic Islamic Education teachers and madrasas as well as schools from various schools in Indonesia participated in this study. Examining the three stages of learning, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, it is known that the Islamic moderation-based learning model applied by teachers in several schools and madrasas in Indonesia is quite good and effective in increasing students’ understanding of the values of religious moderation.

Abstract

The uniqueness of these diverse cultures has implications for the mindset, behavior and personal character of each as a tradition that lives in the community and region. Intercultural pluralism provides opportunities for conflict when there is no mutual understanding and respect for each other. This article discusses the relevance and historical significance as well as the comparison of multicultural education in an Islamic perspective as a process to minimize conflict in the context of empowering a plural and heterogeneous society to understand and respect each other and form a character that is open to differences both for Indonesia and views on other countries. One of the efforts that can be made to fight for multiculturalism is through multicultural education. A global perspective on multicultural education that is becoming more useful in promoting core human values. Multicultural education will not only reap the benefits of pluralism, but also become a pillar of academic excellence, a democratic model of pluralistic societies and an attraction for international economies and human resources as they better human relations within their own nations and with other countries in the world that are increasingly interdependent, resulting in religious harmony, nation and state.
