Abstract

This study aims to explore students perceptions of academic stress in the context of higher education and identify its impact on learning motivation. The focus of the research includes students' responses to academic stress, the strategies they apply, and how these perceptions affect the level of learning motivation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation and interviews. The theoretical study in this study refers to Lazarus and Folkman's Stress Theory. The research subjects consisted of two informants of 5th semester students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences. The results showed that academic stress arises from subjective evaluations of situations that exceed resource capacity. Stress triggers involve poor time management, tight assignment deadlines, course difficulty, poor lecturer interaction, and non-academic activities. Subjective evaluations affect stress levels and motivation to learn. Nevertheless, stress management strategies can improve students' well-being and academic performance.

Abstract

The title of this journal is The Nature of Humans as Social Beings in the Islamic View, namely humans as the most perfect creatures that Allah created should be able to know why and what our essence was created and what we should do as servants of Allah, Allah created humans with the aim of being caliphs on earth with the creation of human beings in the form of reason is what distinguishes humans from other creatures with the privilege that humans should be able to think, believe and fear God, carry out God's commands and stay away from what is forbidden. Humans are the most perfect creation of Allah SWT. He is a creature that has various abilities, especially the ability to communicate with other humans. With this ability, humans are said to be social beings. Humans themselves are said in the Qur'an as Al-Insan, Bani Adam, and Al-Basyar. Al-insan which means humans are social beings, namely humans are creatures of nations and tribes, he has the ability to get acquainted with other humans.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik konsumen Generasi Z. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan interaktif, serta pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya keberlanjutan dalam pemasaran, pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Instagram dan TikTok, serta teknik membangun loyalitas konsumen melalui pendekatan nilai dan teknologi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membangun kapasitas UMKM lokal agar lebih adaptif dan kompetitif di pasar modern. Melalui strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan, diharapkan UMKM di wilayah tersebut mampu menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen Generasi Z serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis komunitas yang inklusif dan berdaya saing.
