Abstract

The Indonesian government has made maximum efforts to optimize toddler development and prevent deviations through the Early Growth and Development Stimulation, detection, and Intervention (SDIDTK) program. However, the implementation of SDIDTK still needs to be improved, and only 53% of the work area implements it. Health Center Estuary Enim. SDIDTK training intervention has never been conducted in the midwife village of Estuary Enim. The novelty of this research is that the researcher analyzed the optimization of the implementation of (SDIDTK) in toddlers, with Questionnaire Pre Screening Development (KPSP) Towards Village Midwives. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of the implementation of early intervention detection stimulation for growth and development (SDIDTK ) in toddlers with a questionnaire for pre-screening development (KPSP) on village midwives. The method used in the quasi-experimental research and the research design used one group pretest and posttest design. The sample in this study was 36 Village Midwives. The results of this study showed that the implementation of SDIDTK and KPSP was mostly carried out (69.4 % ), while the rest was not carried out (30.6%). The implementation of SDIDTK and KPSP before the study was 69.08 ± 9.90; then, knowledge increased after the study, namely 96.89 ± 4.05. An increase in knowledge was obtained by 27.80 ± 10.36. The conclusion is that there is an effect of optimizing the implementation of SDIDTK in toddlers with KPSP on village midwives

Abstract

Merokok merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang berdampak bukan hanya pada perokok aktif, namun juga perokok pasif. Merokok juga menyebabkan ketergantungan bagi penggunanya dan salah satu upaya pencegahan rokok adalah dengan peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui penyuluhan dan kampanye anti rokok. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kampanye dalam rangka menurunkan perilaku merokok di masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua pendekatan, yaitu penyuluhan kelompok pada siswa SMP, dan pemasangan baliho. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Ilomata, Kecamatan Tibawa, Kabupaten Gorontalo pada mei 2023. Untuk mengukur efektifitas pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan meningkatkan secara signifikan pengetahuan siswa tentang bahaya merokok dengan nilai p = 0,009. Pemasangan baliho tentang bahaya merokok dilakukan di dua tempat umum di desa. Kegiatan peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ini diharapkan mampu untuk mencegah perilaku merokok di masyarakat.

Abstract

First pregnancy, or primigravida, often became a period filled with anxiety for pregnant women. This anxiety could be influenced by various factors, one of which was family support. Adequate support from family was critical to help pregnant women cope with anxiety during pregnancy, especially in the first, second, and third trimesters. This study aimed to determine the level of family support in overcoming anxiety levels in primigravida pregnant women during the first, second, and third trimesters at Kabila Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. This study used a descriptive quantitative design. Data were collected through a questionnaire given to 45 primigravida pregnant women registered at Kabila Health Center. The results showed that most respondents who received good family support tended to have lower anxiety levels. Conversely, pregnant women with less family support tended to experience higher anxietyFamily support played an important role in helping to reduce anxiety in primigravida pregnant women. Therefore, it was highly recommended that families actively provide support during pregnancy.
