Abstract

The Tangerang City Metro Police SPKT Unit as one of the agencies serving the community is required to have adequate quality. The problem that arises is the lack of quality of service at the Tangerang City Metro Police SPKT which is characterized by inadequate facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the Model C Police Report service at the Integrated Police Service Center for the Tangerang City Metro Resort in providing services to the community. This research uses a qualitative method and data collection using observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis in this research uses the service quality dimensions namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the services provided by SPKT Polres Tangerang Metro Kota are not good enough because there are still deficiencies in the indicators in each dimension, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy.

Abstract

The research shows that the Disability Service Unit Foundation applies transparency, accountability, and conditional functions in its services. There is also community participation in program implementation, services without discrimination, and a balance of rights and obligations between service providers and recipients. Researchers aim to analyze and describe the public service standards carried out by the mother wing foundation. Researchers conducted with a qualitative approach method and data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory put forward by Lijan Poltak in Sinambela (2006) includes public service standards which have 6 indicators in them, namely transparency, accountability, conditionality, participation, equal rights, and balance of rights and obligations, to analyze and observe the Mother's Wing Foundation in South Tangerang. The results of the research at the Mother's Wing Foundation show that each indicator has been running well, but there are some shortcomings in the services at the Mother's Wing Foundation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the radicalism-terrorism narrative on online media websites in 2022 as an effort to foster moderate understanding in accessing digital media. This research method was carried out using netnography. The results of research on indicators of radicalism found evidence that it was still high. Some of the narratives that were developed became the tendency of each media. This means that not all Islamic media are massively framing the caliphate issue. This fact was found based on searching through keywords on each website that was the object of research. For example, in the media eramuslim.com, the percentage of narratives framing the issue of the caliphate is still low when compared to other narratives

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas didefinisikan sebagai metode dan tindakan operasional yang dilakukan. Untuk memenuhi standar kriteria kualitas. Semua proses produksi akan dilakukan pemantauan dan pemeriksaan sebagai bagian dari pengendalian mutu produk . UD Mitra bisnis merupakan salah salah satu unit dagang yang berdiri pada tahun 1994 yang bertempat di desa Makmur Dusun 5 Kecamatan Lima Pulah, Kab Batubara,Sumatra utara. UD Mitra bisnis merupakan usaha yang memperoduksi lidi,tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kualitas produksi lidi dan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi perusahaan dalam melakukan pengendalian kualtias , Dalam melakukan analisis kualitas terhadap produk Lidi peneliti menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dengan menggunakan instrumen SQC yaitu Analisis Dengan Check Sheet, Histogram , Diagram Pareto, Diagram Sebab Akibat dan Peta Kendali P, Dari hasil pnelitian terhadap pengendalian kualitas dikatahui bahwa ditemuan produk defect berupa warna kurang bagus sebanyak 10.000 Kg dan Produk defect adanya sisa pelepah pada lidi sebesar 4.500 Kg sehingga dilakukan pengendalian kualitas menggunakan Statistical Quality Control (SQC) yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas produksi perlu dilakukan perbaikan karna produk Defect dalam keadaan tidak terkontrol

Abstract

This study uses library research methods with Abdullah Saeed's contextual interpretation theory which offers to conduct a review of text contextualization and socio-economic analysis. historical with several steps, namely, a) identifying the world of the text, b) analyzing the text critically, c) analyzing the text in relation to the initial community and, d) analyzing the text in its current condition. This article concludes that the application of verse 62 of Surah Al-Baqarah regarding religious pluralism in current conditions and situations can be applied through the implementation of one's faith with socially righteous deeds by following the applicable rules. This is for the sake of creating inter-religious harmony without having to interpret that all religions are equal and equal under the pretext of freedom of religion.   Diskursus pluralisme agama dalam Al-Quran dapat ditemukan dalam beberapa ayat, salah satunya dalam surah Al-Baqarah ayat 62. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan atau library research dengan teori interpretasi kontekstual Abdullah Saeed yang melakukan tinjauan pada analisis kontekstualisasi teks dan sosio-historis dengan beberapa langkah yaitu, a) mengidentifikasi dunia teks, b) menganalisis teks secara kritis, c) menganalisis teks dikaitkan dengan komunitas awal dan, d) menganalisis teks dengan kondisi saat ini. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan ayat 62 surah Al-Baqarah terkait pluralisme agama pada kondisi dan situasi saat ini bisa diterapkan melalui implementasi keimanan seseorang dengan amal saleh secara sosial dengan mengikuti aturan yang berlaku. Hal ini demi terciptanya  kerukunan antarumat beragama tanpa harus memaknai bahwa semua agama sama dan setara dengan dalih kebebasan beragama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pelayanan publik yang berkualitas sebagai upaya negara dalam memenuhi hak-hak dasar masyarakat. Kinerja pegawai sebagai pelaksana pelayanan publik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya adalah kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden pegawai. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa baik kerjasama tim maupun komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai R square sebesar 0,462 mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel independen menjelaskan 46,2% variasi terhadap variabel independen. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas kerjasama tim dan komunikasi di lingkungan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia secara nyata mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Western scholars’ objections to the authenticity of hadiths began from the 19th century until the 20th century. They argued with various skeptical narratives that the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad never existed. In the dynamics of hadith studies, the ideas of Western scholars have become a new paradigm that has sparked serious responses from Muslim scholars including Mustafa Azami. This article aims to analyze Azami’s role in fighting Western Scholars’ Hadith skepticism, as well as Azami’s influence in Indonesia as a pioneer of this study. This article uses a qualitative method involving literature review, and then analyzes it using Thomas Khuns’ paradigm shift theory. This article concludes that Azami has proven the Hadith Skepticism thesis put forward by Western scholars, which is not sustainable because there is inequality in the realm of hadith science. Likewise, Western scholars’ ideas about the authenticity of hadith have also not been developed. Meanwhile, Azami's academic work has had a huge impact on hadith studies in Indonesia.
